Very out dated, not well maintained rooms. Room was clean but the couch was well worn on one side where the locals bend over their hookers while watching TV. Ooh and the "Continental breakfast" was coffee and Little Debby snacks, that's it. The main entrance/lobby has an alarm on it which goes off as long as the door is held open. Not just a nice chime, but like a fire alarm. Rooms are equipped with the world's smallest soap bars just enough to clean the hooker off your shaft after a rerun of Matlock.

It was a comfortable bed when I needed it at midnight on my way home from an event south of Atlanta. It isn't much to look at, and the parking was very tight. Also, be careful as you walk around the corner of the building to go up the stairs — — the bottom of the stairs is right there for you to bonk your head.

I really enjoyed the staff the most and, by staff, I me and the only person that I spoke to and the only person I would ever want to speak to, and the main reason I would come back: Robin. Don't be fooled, she makes a very complicated position look as easy as waking up in the morning — as easy as breathing. She was friendly and made us feel right at home. We came in last minute during a rainstorm and she met us at the door with a smile and towels for the kids. She was very personable and had us laughing and warm in no time she knew the area and had good knowledge of all of the activities that Chattanooga has to offer. I hope this particular post is 1 that her management will take notice of because she was a ray of sunshine that I can only imagine is a necessity for the day-in-day-out operations of their business. Thank you again, Robin!

For the money this place is perfect. A lot to offer. We enjoyed or stay here. Beautiful location on a beautiful island.

Quite place and rooms are nice… good place to stay if visiting any of lookout mtns attractions.

Its not fancy but its very nice, very clean, everyone is very friendly, and its affordable. The bed was very comfy, it was super quiet and convenient to restaurants and gas stations. I would recommend.

For an outrageous price you get an unnecessarily awkward bed, good Wi-Fi, and a lack-luster breakfast of some cookies, coffee and that's it. Which other cheaper, more well know place you might now get all of that but at least they have a real breakfast and staff who give a damn.

The staff was friendly and honestly the room was very clean which is more important to me than what it actually looks like it was updated for the price it was really good continental breakfast I guess if that's what you want to call it coffee and some packaged rolls. For the price other motels were at that price in offered a better continental breakfast but the room was really clean.

Accommodating. Staff doesn't speak English well and well charge your card several times in attempt to check you in with no clue as to when you'll be refunded the other 4 nights charged for 1…

Clean! However the bed was not good, very comfortable. Wi-Fi was strong. Very sparse breakfast.

Need to control the noise after ten pm at night. Other than that very nice folks, very clean and what we was told about the place.

The newly renovatied rooms are very clean and the memory foam beds are comfortable would stay here again.

Quite but power went out went out at the littlest of failures, poor back up generators. Needs serious up keep.

Wish I could give it a minus star. Filthy from the start. Dirty bed linen, then told they have no extra linen to give us. Wouldn't let my dog stay here.

Where do I begin… good price is as far as the good goes. Broken door frame, mold growing on the night stand, filthy floors and everything is old leaky and dirty. No toilet lid and the bathroom door No longer closes. It's not worth stopping! *** WARNING the lobby is NOT and indication of room conditions.

The staff was super nice the Toombs were emaculantly clean really good rest while I was there.

Paid for 2 days at check-in, placed DND sign on door, and house keeping came on not once but Twice the next morning. Smh.

Pretty good value for price. Inexpensive but clean and nicely maintained. Decent location to city downtown (about 3 miles on I-24) but at 1/3 the cost of downtown hotels.

Been to a few Americas best value inns, this one was the nicest ive stayed at. Still older but clean. Also the bed was very comfortable, we didn't want to get up and leave the nect morning.

I was very unsatisfied with my experience here. The Pictures online are nothing like the rooms. Out room was dirty, the wall was missing a chunk out of it, fridge was disgusting like it had never been cleaned (needless to say that didn't get used), the pool smelled like feet, and after some water got on the floor we tried to wipe it up and the towel was black. We called several other hotels, but they were booked otherwise we would have left. I do not recommend this hotel, in fact we cancelled our 1 day reservation the following week due to our experience. Do not stay here. Awful.

The room we had was fairly clean HOWEVER there was dried blood on the duvet and mattress pad. It was obvious that neither items were washed to attempt to remove the blood. There was no smoke detector but there used to be. The deadbolt was broken. The one ice machine they possessed was broken. Please notice the theme. The place could be really nice if the owners put some TLC into the place. The $80 per night right was a ripoff IMO.

It's one of the cheaper places around Chattanooga, but it's still way overpriced for the quality. They own one ice maker, and it does not work. They provided one tiny bottle of shampoo for 2 guests, and when I asked for more, they couldn't find one. The smoke detector in my room was removed. The tub wasn't very clean. Breakfast was bad coffee and a honey bun. The towels were stained and gross looking. The shower had very weak water pressure. Some of the light fixtures didn't work. Phone didn't work and flashed with a msg non stop. The reason for not giving one star is the room had decent furnishings. Fridge, microwave, big decent tv. Overall pretty rub down and poorly managed.

HORRIBLE! I would not recommend anyone staying here! Rooms are out dated, the smell was awful, and to top it all off there was a Needle in our shower curtain! She offered us a new curtain but would not give us our money back. Word to the wise make sure you read all the reviews, and don't go for cheap! We definitely got what we paid for!

I stayed for a week when I had a family emergency. They put me on the back side of the bldg where they put anyone who rents a week or longer. Those are the old, unkempt rooms. Now I understand their policy for construction workers, but I certainly did not look like one. The 2nd night I was there my hest didn't work, the maintenance man fixed it, thankfully and told me the rooms on the other side were brand new and said that's where I should be. The next morning my toilet overfliwed. If I wasn't upset enough. I called the front desk and the woman asked me what I wanted, we'll obviously I need help. So she asked if I need a plunger, that would be nice and a mop. Then I complain about not being put In a brand new room the ones advertised on line. She started to give me a song and dance, I told her I didn't want to hear it I wanted my room changed. For $350 I want a new room. She came down 1/2 hour later with a plunger and 2 rags and told me she wold have a room for me when the people checked out and it was clean. Funny no one was th e re when I checked in. The 2nd room was much nicer, but don't expect to have to room cleaned, your linens changed, fresh towels or toilet paper. In face the only reason I got clean towels and more toilet paper was because they came and knocked on my door a 11:05 to tell me it was checkout time and a bill in hand. Excuse me but I'm here until Thursday and am fully paid.

Good comfortable rooms not fancy but not expensive clean.

Dirty crack house, should charge by the hour! Immediately left. No way would I put my family in that place!

Bad very bad hotel bed bugs all around!

This is the worst place I ever stayed in! The hall way and the rooms smelled smoke cigarette and I was in non — smoking room. The room smelled so bad and filthy, the beddings looked old, the mattress had no fitted sheet. I was so afraid to sleep thinking that a bugs can climb to my body. I spoke with the reception about the smell and he gave to me a Lysol spray. It was unbelievable. We ran away early in the morning to continue our trip. Please do not go to that place you will have nightmare.

The price was very good. Service was good too. I paid $45 for a 2 bed bedroom. And they give a military discount. The room was clean other than the bath mat was wet and was missing 2 pillow cases. But they fixed that. Other than that, it was a very good stay.

Im staying here at the moment and it is the worst place ive ever stayed in. Charged $63 and it was advertised on the net as free continental breakfast (coffee yuk). No coffee machine and the microwave is filthy and we had to move it from original plug as wouldnt work. Room v smelly and filthy as old crockery and inch dust under micro wave. Will not be staying in anymore ABV motels. Bedding looks used and no bath mat for floor. Archiac and money grabbers.

Clean carpet but otherwise really beat up. Cigarette burns in blankets. Cig butts on floor of non smoking room. Walls and doors were filthy, no plate covers over plug in sockets, bathroom fan did not work, plumbing for water backwards, hot was cold, cold was hot. Mattress on bed worn out. People running hotel were nice. Room over priced for what it was. Would not stay there again.

Recently renovated, and very nice stay for the price vs. Other national chains nearby. Wouldn't hesitate to return anytime when passing through.

This place is the clean and nice place to stay. The rooms are clean. Will stay here all the time.

Stay away to this place. Worst place I ever stayed, room smelled so bad, bathtub was clogged, spider web on the ceiling, no remote control for the TV, beddings looked so old, the mattress had no fitted sheet, towels are toooo old and almost cream white color, awful awful awful, bathroom looked filty.

Paid 49+tax — Pretty clean and cumfy for the price, would stay here again. No coffee in room, do have excellent Wi-Fi, fridge, micro wave, air works good and quiet. One of the strongest Wi-Fi signals around (3 full bars).
