I have a disability and asked for handicap access. Bathroom was nasty took pictures and showed night clerk. I was there traveling to Florida W/my daughter. Someone had used the toilet and “ pee” was on floor and on the base of toilet, bath tub full of hair. NOT handicap accessible.

Breakfast sucked, was kind of loud hotel noise. Over all not bad thou.

Awesome pro staff. Clean nice safe atmosphere.

Nice rooms and very nice people.

Just don’t… spend your hard earned money somewhere else that is much cleaner and better customer service.

Holiday Inn Express in Chattanoo was a Great Stay, from check in to check out staff was courteous and professional… staff had warm cookies at the ready and allowed my children to swim for 15 extra minutes because they had picked up the toys and towels. The room was clean and in perfect order. It could have not been any better. Breakfast was Amazing and hot when we arrived at 830. It was not dried out and old just sitting under the heat lamps. The staff member kept the dining area in PERFECT order and all tables we wiped clean as the Guests would leave… 5 stars does not pay this establishment justice. Wr need more stars…

A comfortable overnight stay for our family of 4 passing through this beautiful part of the world. Clean room. The large bathroom was roomy enough for everyone to get up and brush there teeth before a nice breakfast. Ready for a beautiful morning of sight seeing. Just 4 miles from Incline Railway. The pool looked clean. We didn't get in because it was past the kids bedtime. I didn't see the 24 hour gym. The staff was super nice. Nice experience for our roadtriping family.

My wife and I stayed here after cancelling at another hotel and this place was absolutely fantastic. As soon as we walked in they were baking cookies for everyone and the two gentlemen at the desk were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Our room was very clean and felt extremely comfortable. When we got there our room was a little warm even with the AC on but we were on the top floor on a 100 degree day. After leaving for the rest of the day and coming back at night it was very cool in the room. I would easily recommend this room to anyone looking to stay in chattanooga.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean. However, my wife has mold allergies, and this location had a lot of it. We stayed there, because we had prepaid for the room and it was very late. After checking into the hotel and the room, I had to go to the story so that I could find allergy medicine, medical masks, and trash bags large enough for our bags. We left as much as we could in the car and hoped that it wouldn't be bothered. If you are not bothered by mold, this is a decent hotel. If you have mold allergies you may want to check elsewhere.

I stayed at this hotel during a work trip about 2 months ago. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but it needs some MAJOR renovations. During my 5 night stay, there were only about 2 times that both elevators were working. They have a really good breakfast and the staff was top notch. The pool was clean and not very busy. I've stayed at several Holiday Inn's and this was really outdated compared to the other ones. Overall, I would return and would recommend it mostly based on how wonderful and friendly the staff is.

This was an all-around enjoyable experience. Jason at the front desk was quick & helpful. The room has a trendy feel with vibrant colors. The bed seems to cradle you while you sleep. Upon waking up, the Keurig offers a robust cup of coffee. I'd recommend Holiday Inn Express & Suites to anyone passing through Chattanooga.

Staff could have been friendlier. No parking at all, I had to circle the parking lot several times before being told to park on the side of the parking lot without the staff even making eye contact. No towels in the pool and continental breakfast staff was not friendly and breakfast was weak.

While the designs of Holiday Inn Expresses vary from location to location I really like the warm color scheme and fireplace — everything about this design is friendly and inviting and visually says “Chattanooga”. The provided continental breakfast was great, but should you be looking for other food choices there are plenty in walking distance. Great view of Lookout Mountain; also awesome indoor pool. Fast and friendly staff, super clean and spacious rooms make this hotel a win. Plenty of parking as well. Can’t wait to come back when we have more leisure time. A+

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was busy, but good. I would gladly stay here again.

We had to change rooms because the first one was not cleaned right. There were other minor problems like my room key deactivated, only one elevator worked in this BUSY hotel, and the pool did not feel heated at all. Staff and location were great. Big variety for free breakfast. If you go cookies might be in the lobby in the mid afternoon.

Super convenient location, all the employees were very friendly. The free breakfast was better than others I have had. The room could have been cleaner, it was a little dusty and the tub had some hair in it.

We made a last minute decision to travel and reserved our room through the Ruby Falls package deal tour. We got an amazing deal for a corner room. We arrived earlier than expected and didn't know what time check in was. I called and spoke with Zach who was very happy to help. He advised me to call back in a few hours to see if our room was ready. We decided to go to Ruby Falls and called after to check on our room status. He told me then he'd have it ready by a certain time and he definitely did. He encouraged our decision to stay another night. It has been an amazing experience. Very clean, very comfy. Home away from home. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone and I'd definitely stay again.

The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating, and the hotel is in a great location. The rooms are clean and well maintained expect for the bathroom. The bathroom tub and the walls had questionable stains. Other than the bathroom my stay was enjoyable.

This place was great. Clean, quiet, spacious. For hotel breakfast it the food tasted good and there was a nice variety. Really close to some good sites too.

Our client Sagit Shir stayed here recently while on tour and was very happy with the property, from the super clean, quiet rooms, to the free breakfast buffet in the morning everything was very nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful with getting around town, and there was a great indoor pool to relax in. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the area!

Fantastic stay and we enjoyed the pool. It was the first time my kids stayed at a hotel and they loved it. The beds were soft enough and the a/c wasn't too loud. The walls looked a little faded but still in good shape. Great morning breakfast too.

Very clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Nice and quiet hotel Good hot breakfast with premade omelettes, sausage, biscuits. Gravy would have been the perfect final touch, but isn't available. Friendly staff. We will stay again.

The holiday Inn express on exit 174 is an absolute joy to stay at! SUPER CHEAP and clean rooms! The front desk clerk was such a life saver and super friendly he found us a room and gave it to us cheap! DEFINITELY SATISFIED AND WILL RETURN.

Not impressed for the price. Room had no microwave. Room door had light coming in all around it. Mattress was too soft, old and worn out, offering little support. Carpeting in room was old. This hotel is definitely in need of some upgrades and renovation. On the up side, breakfast was good, especially the cinnamon rolls! We've stayed in a lot of the HIE's, but quality is highly inconsistent, but I think that's going to change. There are competitors much more on the ball than the Holiday Inns.

Everything from check in to check out was good. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the selection was better than most. The hotel is conveniently located and easily accessible.

This hotel location is great. I was able to surprise my husband with a weekend getaway to the aquarium. Staff was okay. When we first arrived, the front desk staff informed us that there were no rooms available for early check in, even though the parking lot was empty. I told my husband that it was no big deal, I can just change in the back of the car, and then we can head to the aquarium and check in later. He finally went back inside to speak with the front desk staff and a room magically appeared. The room was clean for the most part, but our sheets were stained in several places. We ended up sleeping on top of the bedspread under the blanket that was in the closet. If you want a quick one night stay with a great location, then this will be a good place.

Hurricane Irma hit at the same time that Chattanooga was hosting IM 70.3 worlds. To say that this hotel was slammed is an understatement. Still the staff was friendly. And continued to make everything pleasant for all guest. If I could give them more stars I would.

Everything was so clean, there was plenty of fresh towels. They were very polite about providing extra bedding for us and also over the counter allergy medicine to one of the people in my party. The complimentary breakfast was great, too!

This was my third time staying at this location and as usual, it was great. The staff are all friendly and say "Hello" or "good morning" when they meet you in the hall. The young lady at check in was awesome, sorry I did not get her name, but she is outstanding! She even managed to get us two rooms side by side. Thanks for that, it was really appreciated. The rooms were both very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good, there was a lot of variety and just what we needed before we hit the road again. One small note, the bathroom needs work — it is showing its age. Thanks guys for another great stay — you did not disappoint us in any way!

Our 1st room reeked of cigarette smoke as soon as we entered, so we immediately went back downstairs for another. We had asked for the quiet side. Maybe there isn't a quiet side! So we kept the AC on all night at 74 to drown out the truck noise. All in all, not the best HIE we've stayed at. Breakfast was old by the time we got downstairs. Just not impressed. And we aren't the type who give poor reviews, unless warranted.

Day 2 of 5. Breakfast buffet 9 of 10. Rooms and mostly a/c, great. Check in was smooth. Have a Great day.

After an incident at another hotel, I called this one after midnight and they were able to get a room to accommodate my family. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Free breakfast was delicious. Thank you for your help in giving us a good night rest after an 11 hour drive.

This hotel is what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. It is clean abd in good repair. The rooms have a refrigerator and codee maker. Breakfast is the usual items. Coffee and fresh fruit in the lobby all day. They have a nice, pleasant staff.

This was a nice hotel, very clean with a hot breakfast included. Staff was very nice and check in was easy. A short walk across the parking lot is a Cracker Barrel and a Taco Bell. Plenty of parking, look around back or for a parallel spot if you want to protect your car.

The staff was very helpful with getting extra pillows and blankets for my son. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned well. My only suggestion is to try and clean the A/C filters better so the rooms didn't have a musky smell. The pool was clean and we had a relaxing stay. Would definitely go back on our way through again!

Hotel was very clean. Every employee was friendly & helpful. Front desk allowed us to look at the room before we decided to stay there. Breakfast was great, even though two buses of sixth graders were there. The location was convenient.

Not far from the lookout mountains nor the city but a little too close from the highway. Small indoor pool, very nice when you're the only one enjoying it. AC too noisy in the room and room door not soundproof. Friendly staff. Good bed, clean room. No view from our room but I guess you can ask for it (if the hotel staff is reading, this is a hint ;-) ).

Room was comfortable and the amenities are standard for this sort of hotel. The indoor pool is fairly small and not heated. The breakfast was actually the best part. Good pancakes and excellent cinnamon rolls. The AC unit was fairly noisy in my room.

When we checked into our room it had other people's belongings still in there. Soon the housekeeping staff to collect their items they left and to "finish" cleaning the room we were already in. Ugh! We tried to use the indoor heated pool but it was freezing. Then we had to wait 1.5 hours for clean bath towels. The only good thing I found was the hot breakfast included in our stay.

Didn't stay at the hotel, but it didn't seem to meet the quality expected of the Holiday Inn Express brand. The building was older, and landscaping could have been better kept. It did have a nice breakfast area though.

Loved it, but there was no hot tub for my husband. So it was pretty great other than that. My husband loves the free cookies and fruit so that made it a plus along with their free breakfast.

I enjoy Holiday Inn Express but this one did not have a hot tub, the heating and cooling system is constant, and the keycards kept getting erased by the automatic doors.

Comfortable beds, quiet, good service, decent breakfast.

We had a two night stay booked here on points. Check-in with James was quick and I was given a corner king room on the 3rd floor. Quiet hotel, nice pool area, decent free breakfast and the Wi-Fi better than average speeds. There is a Cracker Barrel and Taco Bell directly across the parking lot. Getting to downtown Chattanooga from the hotel is quick and easy.
