Very clean and staff was amazingly nice, we stopped here for a 1 night stay and it was by far the best nights sleep I’ve had at a hotel!

AWFUL experience here. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. First — this hotel allows animals in all of the rooms. Our room was not well cleaned and was infested with fleas. My mother had flea bites all over her back, and we showed pictures to the staff who was unapologetic. They offered a very small reduction in the rate as compensation only after several attempts to convey our discomfort. Second — We stayed here for a wedding and were overcharged above the guaranteed wedding group rate. It took two whole months and multiple phone calls with unhelpful staff members to get the credit back. Awful service, unapologetic for dozens of painful and disgusting FLEA BITES and overcharged us on top of everything.

Do NOT stay here! Absolutely disgusting. They should be ashamed to be a part of the Marriott brand. Had a nightmare of situation. After traveling hours to get there. We get our room which has a strong smoke/musk smell and right away I noticed little bugs flying all over the place. They were drain flys coming from the kitchen sink. The toilet had urine stains around it with some sort of liquid left on the top of the toilet and our remote had grime all over it. We had boogers on the wall and other foreign material on the light switches. We immediately went to the front desk and asked to check out and get a refund. This was around 7:30 pm, we were told that associate does not know have to do so and that we would have to wait till after 9:30 am to speak to manager (we were planing to leaving by 7 am). So we were offered another room that we were promised was clean. It was cleaner but still not clean. The second room had a used bar of soap in the shower with cut beard hairs all over the glass shelf and towels next to the shower sink. Inside the bed were three long curls hairs and next to the bed were some dead flys. On top of not being able to get a refund; they still charged me $10 for parking. Which keep in mind this is not in the city and they have plenty of parking so I’m not sure why they try to add on a $10 fee to their guest. Marriott guarantees safe stays during Covid-19, and they are not putting in the practice the procedures put into place.
