The facilities are acceptable. The rooms are comfortable. There were some issues but they were addressed immediately.

I believe this is the newest hotel in the area. It's definitely convenient if you're staying for an extended period of time as it has a kitchen in the room. All utensils, plates, etc are included. This is my third time coming up here for work and I will keep coming to this hotel.

Worked here. 99% of other staff were extremely friendly and helpful when I started. But there was one lady who was rude to me the minute she saw me. I was an insider so I can tell you that it is not what it seems. If you leave your room clean enough when you leave, all the cleaning ladies will do is make the beds. They wont go any further into cleaning if they dont have to. Half the employees that I worked with admitted to doing drugs and some of them even admitted to selling drugs. There is a lady and man staying at this hotel long term and they hadn't received any housekeeping in over a week and they had asked several times for it. There was one girl who got fired for stealing from a client staying at the hotel and trust me when I say, its not only her who was stealing from what I witnessed. The maids will drop sheets on the floor, step on them and still put it on the beds because they dont feel like getting new ones. Id inspect your rooms 100% to make sure they were actually cleaned and to make sure nothing is missing. And id be careful with some of the staff again because I have heard them speak about doing and selling drugs. So yes although they may be friendly, they really do not care at all. I just stopped working here yesterday. If anyone would know it would be me and I just wanted to warn everyone before they waste their money here.

Convenient newer hotel property in Dickson City. Ask for a mountain view room if available. Hybrid breakfast setup with a waffle maker, yogurt and cereals, breads with a toaster, and then refrigerated breakfast sandwiches that you put in a microwave. Rooms clean. Kitchenette handy if you need it. Would stay here again.

Hotel is nice and clean but they are shot off staff. Place is beautiful. Manager is doing everything. There was little rude staff who was not courtious at all. Help desk was very limited. Besides, This is nice place to stay with family. Scenic beauty if you get your choice of side. Pool is nice and clean. You can get coffee and tea good collection. Breakfast was fine. If I get choice I will stay again but hospitality need improvement a lot. I'm taking 2 stars because this is brand new hotel and best location but they definitely need more staff.

Place is awesome. Very clean and super comfy. I wanted to steal the bed, but it wouldn't fit in the car. Awesome place, great staff. I would love to live there permanently. Highly recommended.
