Very good Hotel is its rating in all respects fair! very nice staff, very nice modern rooms with good facilities, Wifi free of charge! Breakfast was very good. Fitness Center, Swimming Pool, Mini-Market, Vending Machines, Ice Machine. All in all, a good place to sleep, and that is it! I can only recommend!

Nice place to stay. Really close to shopping and restaurants.

Recently spent 14 days here for work. The staff made my co worker and I feel very welcomed. They made being away from home for two weeks a lot easier. Honestly every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The hotel was very clean, breakfast every morning was good, but what’s sets this hotel apart from the others is the staff. Thanks for everything from your friends in 328 and 330!

Very nice place to stay. Update review. This is our second time here in 8 months. Love Tristan at counter hes awsome and pleasant. We had great time last times and this time. So close to everything. There restaurants right here in walking distance. You get something for certain places to eat show room key and save 15% on food at restaurants. I highly recommend this place. Very clean here too.

Stayed at the hotel for a wedding. The patio out back had nice fire tables that kept us warm allowing us to have a good time on a nice summer night with all the family in town! Rooms were nice, thought it was hard to tell that the window shade was behind the sheer cover so the first night was a little hard to sleep with all the lights.

It was a very comfortable stay, room service was quick to get me anything I needed. We only stayed one night but it went very smoothly and it was a very comfortable bed also. Breakfast in the morning was great too! Lovely place!

My stay was from March 27 2018 to April 3 2018. Front desk, day, evening and late night crews staff were excellent, friendly and courteous. One night, I came from a late night outing and my cellphone fell in the elavator shaft, I told the late night crew what happened and early in the morning they called my room to tell me that my phone is at the front desk. House keeping staff, Ms. Lala was my room cleaner during my time and I can say she went above and beyond to make sure my room was kept clean. Anytime you are at the hotel ask for Ms. Lala in housekeeping. My bathroom sink had a slow clog flow, when I told the front desk it was fixed and clog free right away. Breakfast was good, the family room great atmosphere for eating and just to relax and watch tv. Tuesday and Thursday nights meet and greet with guest and staff was so warm and welcoming, I liked it and good lite food snacks was delicious. Pool and whirlpool heated is very good. Thank you staff for making my stay very nice. I will be back.

Clean hotel with a decent pool hot tub area. Staff is very friendly and the beds are comfortable. Weekends are very busy and loud.

Tristan was AMAZINGLY helpful. Even though it was cold and windy, he was still outside trying to light the fire pit for us. The rooms are amazing. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Very conveniently located near shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and my boyfriend and I look forward to coming back!

Made last minute reservations during a power outage due to a snow storm. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. Even though there was a bus full of people stranded there as well, including a few rooms of teenager that were all going back and forth between rooms on surrounding ours, I did not hear them once I was in the room, so soundproofing was great (not always the case, I've been to more than my share of places where I hear the hallway noise and small children having a hard time settling in in adjacent rooms). TV is a little small for my taste but the average traveler isn't going to this hotel to just "hang out" in the room. Can't speak about the bed, we all woke with mildly uncomfortable backs but had been shoveling more than our share of snow the day before so that was to be expected.

I deliver pizza here several times a week. One of the nicest hotels in the area staff is great very clean. Fairly new building.

This is a great hotel right on the highway. Staff is friendly and attentive. And don't bother hanging a Do Not Disturb sign on your guest room door handle. Housekeeping is coming in your room no matter what.

We able to get a room thanks to your great staff. Very helpful. We drove for hours trying to get a room and your staff got one for us. Thanks to micro-motel and hampton inn. Each played a part in our best sleep in a inn yet. Thanks again to lala whom prepared the breakfast. The main desk attendants were great. The manager on duty the young man whom helped us with our remote batteries thanks. Our trip was 2, 000 miles. Glad to have stayed there and anyone needing a great place to stay this is a gem!

This hotel was opened in 2011 and still looks brand new today. We really enjoyed our stay. We have been on the road for 12 days and wish every hotel would be like this one!

Clean rooms, comfy beds. Staff was very friendly, funny, and genial. Breakfast was good, with excellent omelets. Outdoor patio is very cozy with fire pits lit at night. Pool is large enough for comfort, as is the hot tub.

Hotel in a great location. Several restaurants within walking distance. Entire city of Dickson seemed like it was built yesterday. It was very clean. We felt very safe there. Nick and the rest of the staff treated us like family. You can tell they actually enjoy their jobs.

Three of us stayed here in a double queen room for one night. Place was clean, comfortable, and the staff at the front desk was friendly. Lots of shopping options nearby including plenty of restaurants that offer a discount if you show them your room key. There is even a grill on the patio area by the pool if you want to cook your own meals. Breakfast was provided and it was excellent. Just we needed before hitting the road. If we needed a hotel in this area again, we would stay here.

I am staying here for 8 days and after having a awful experience at the days Inn right up the road it was nice to be able to come in and see smiling faces. The 2 people at the front desk were very nice and extremely helpful. The room was clean and beautiful. All around the holiday Inn made my trip so much betterm :)

Can't make it to Miami Beach? Stay here! This is not your usual Holiday Inn, no sir. I don't know if the Miami style interior is the way of the future for the chain, but bring some ambient surf sounds and a box of conch fritters to this extremely well run hotel and you can imagine you are staying at the Eden Roc.
