We were only here overnight but they did a great job. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was wonderful. This Hampton Inn is clean, conveniently located and a breeze to deal with. If you are looking for a dependable, nice, affordable hotel in this area of the Triangle, you will be happy here.

Checking in was easy except for the fact that I had a double charge pending which kinda sucked since that was money I could not use until 1 of the charges got dropped off. The room was ok but I have stayed at a better Hampton in the past. As far as the location of the hotel goes, it's kinda hidden which is kind of nice since it makes you forget that you are in the city.

Clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff was very friendly. I wasn't there long enough to use any of the amenities. There is no shuttle service that is associated with the hotel. They contracted someone to come make runs to the amphitheater. The downside was breakfast. The fruit tasted old and I saw the lady running things bringing the eggs out in a trash bag.

The staff was excellent, we had a nice time, the breakfast room was nice there was hot and cold food. They accommodated us. We will go there again if we’re in Garner; it’s in a great neighborhood. :)

Awesome staff We had 5 rooms due to a conference Carlos Areeyel and Janie could not have been any more accommodating and friendly Highly recommend this hotel.

Little hard to find the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean. Housekeeping never came by however to give me towels and empty trashcans.

The king suite was affordable and a lot bigger than usual. Very close to Raleigh and in a decent area.

Most of all the friendly, welcoming and helpful attitude of the front desk staff was above and beyond. If we need to stay in this area again we will definitely stay here.

Make sure you know that the hotel is kind of hidden from the road so be on the look out on where to turn. My stay here was fine. The rooms were ok and the breakfast was ok. It was just ok nothing fancy.

Friendly front desk clerk. Nice and clean room. Plenty of complimentary coffee and tea at lobby. And I'm always happy if I have waffles for breakfast. There was left over ice cream cup inside the freezer… LOL.

Decent rooms, good price, convienently located. However this location is beginning to show some age. All the press bars on the doors were worn, the shade on the window in my room was out of it's track. They have DirecTV, but the most basic channel lineup. I won't be back.

It was a very friendly environment as well as professional and clean. The front desk representatives were outstanding service providers and I recommended this hotel.

I have been a long time Hilton member. I mistakenly booked a reservation in Garner, NC and didn't realize my mistake until the day of the reservation. Corporate Hilton couldn't help me and directed me back to the property. Property management was completely inflexible. They would not allow me to cancel my reservation and charged my credit card a full night stay (admittedly according to the terms and agreement). I travel 3 nights per week and was hoping to make Hilton my hotel chain of choice. Given everyone's lack of cooperation — I will make all my future reservations with Marriott. They provide the flexibility a business traveler needs.

Nice staff, good breakfast, clean, comfortable beds and good location for visiting downtown or NCSU. I found it to have less traffic than where I usually stay in the airport area.

This place is awesome. I didn't have to use linen other than what was supplied. The room was sooooo clean. I inspected under the bottom sheet and under the mattress. The bathroom was clean in fact the whole room was VERY CLEAN. I will definitely stay here again. My husband and I were truly surprised and impressed. Ms Barbara was extremely professional as well as awesome.

I attempted to check-in to hampton inn garner approximately 5pm 12/30/2017. I told receptionist whose name tag read Barbara that my reservation was underneath xxx xxxx. She looked it up and asked if I was xxxx. I said "no my name is ashley, xxx xxxx is my mother. " She scoofed and asked "well is she coming? " I said "no, my name should be there. "She said "oo I see it here but shes going to have to be here. " She asks for my ID. I pass it to her in her hand and she looks at it and then placed it on the counter in front of me, expecting me to pick up from there. I said that that shouldnt be necessary since everything was already handled and paid for and called my mother on my phone for confirmation. While I stood at the counter I told my mother that the receptionist said she would have to be present in order for me to be admitted to checkin. My mother said no, that wasnt right. While I was speaking with my mother. Barbara got on the phone and began speaking with the manager. I got off the phone and waited for barbara to finish on phone as well. Before getting off the she made a joke about having to call back if she was attacked. She got off the phone and said that she spoke with her manager and that my mother wouldnt have to be present but that they needed a credit card on file. I told her the reservation was already paid for but she said that didnt matter. I again called my mother and repeated what barbara said. My mother asked if whoever I was speaking with was the manager.

The hotel is very conveniently located between a couple restaurants and a couple gas stations. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that the staff gets after cleaning very early and is very loud about it.

Very clean hotel with updated room fixtures. The bed is amazingly comfortable.

First stay here, will never return. The first floor is under construction. They put us right next to the construction, we literally had to weave in and out of piles of debris to get to our room. We had continuous construction noise throughout our stay, the worst being drills at 8am every morning. These were not distant sounds, it sounded like they were actually drilling our walls. All the dust and whatever else is flying around during construction were really fun for my allergies… the shower was moldy, rooms are dated… overall worst hotel experience I've ever had. I am waiting to speak to the manager Samantha to see how they plan to remedy the terrible stay.

The hotel is clean good common areas the parking is a little bit small easy accessible from the main roads.

It only loses a start because the shower curtain was too small for the shower, and a lot of water ended up outside the shower out itself. Other than that it was great. Nice service, great breakfast, and has a good atmosphere.

Very good hotel in the Raleigh/Garner area. Stayed one night here, and the staff were excellent. Very friendly (Carlos & Barbara) people, our rooms were clean & nice, and we had no complaints. The complimentary breakfast was fine — we had bacon, eggs, waffles, etc… They had a nice fruit bowl option. It worked fine for us, and we'd definitely stay there again.

Not able to cancel a reservation 5 days out is frustrating — especially for a Diamond member! Not good.

Nice hotel. Room was everything you would expect from a Hampton Inn.

The rooms were nice clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was typical for the Hampton Inn. The low rating was given because of the high noise level. The occupants in room next to me was very loud late into the night. I called the front desk twice to complain, but nothing was done about the situation.

Smaller sized hampton but I'm a good spot. Same good service.

The best service, rooms all done over, free breakfast buffet, not just an apple and toast it's huge and tons of food. If you don't have time to have breakfast, they pack you a breakfast to go, hot beverages served all day/night.

I had the pleasure of staying there for several days in a row this month. Called from the car rental place (they couldn't give me directions) and got great directions. Maggie (? ) was so nice and helpful the whole time. Alex was too. It was everything I needed. Will come back and stay again.

This hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very, very friendly and inviting. I often travel for work and Hampton Inns are always nice, but this one exceeds the standard. The gym was a little weak (one treadmill, one elliptical) and the breakfast area was small in comparison to other Hampton Inns but with a lot of the usual breakfast items. Overall I was very please and will book my room there when I am in town!
