It was a nice room but it was 12am and he said the only one available is a Jacuzzi room but I saw more rooms open with ash trays as I passed by.

Located close to downtown Raleigh. Rooms are resonably priced. Check in was a breeze!

The room was clean the staff was friendly and they served continental breakfast in the mornings. We're will stay there again.

2 star hotel for a reason, probably should be a 1. Outdated and not very clean. Pillows are so flat they're non-existing. Breakfast is hilarious, you've got two choices; cold cereal or cold store bought bagged pancakes. Everything is cold because there's no microwave. Probably going to check out early and get a real room. Update: the gaping 3/8 inch wide openings around the doors should be sealed so that the random crack heads walking around outside don't blow their cigarette smoke in. Walls are so thin that you can hear every word from next door and upstairs along with every footstep outside. Leave your security deposit in cash or on a prepaid card as I'm pretty sure my credit card number was stolen from the front desk…

It has always been clean and the staff also has always been so helpful no matter the issue.

Great price and place to stay in Raleigh area. Very nice staff and clean rooms. Will stay here again.

Loved the Jacuzzi tub but Wi-Fi sucked so I couldn't listen to music from online. No breakfast either.

Management wasn't polite or friendly at all. Charged me $30.00 to change room (upon their request). $50.00 for nail polish on a sheet. No comforters on the beds. Yelled at guest in front of the children. Attempted to kick the children and I off of the property. Crashed my 6 year old granddaughter's birthday sleepover.

Clean, breakfast included, close to all services… mc do, Walmart… Etc.

Excellent establishment to spend a night or more. Rooms clean and comfortable. Excellent location for getting around.

Staff was all very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. One person even overheard my kids talking about muffins and went to get more for them. The room was clean, but my non-smoking room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. If I hadn't been so tired, I would have tried to go elsewhere because of that.

Serviceable but tired lodging. Conveniently near shipping center, but on a too dark side street. It was OK for me since I just needed a place to crash.

Was very disappointed! 9-8-2017.10:07 am. Called to check for rates and availability, I was given a outrageous price. Was told"because of hurricane Irma, we are trying too keep locals out to accommodate them. Just last night I checked in 5 people from Ohio. "Even if I am a local or if I am a traveler, which I am! Why should the rates of a hotel change, in a potential weather crisis. I've stayed at this property before, no issues what so ever! This has definitely changed my perspective on this property. Will never stay here when in the area!

My room was quite nice. And my favorite thing about this hotel is the showers they have plenty of room and plenty of water pressure.

Great price. Less than a mile from where I was working. Still have some smoking rooms available. Friendly staff. Good rooms with a decent sized fridge. Clean and quiet too. Will stay again if I come back to the area.

I stayed here during Hurricane Matthew. Though it was beyond crowded, the staff was extremely friendly, and very helpful. I want to say I had room 257 and it was wonderful. Got more than what I actually paid.

I wouldn't even give it one star as of tonight but I had to click something to be able to write a review. They have bed bugs in rm 147 and I will be calling corporate in the morning. Disgusting and uncomfortable! I will be back Monday to get my money back.

I found a 4 inch worm in the bathroom. The placed has been painted and looks good but the doors do not close tight and I think the worm came in there. I also think other bugs may have did the same. I would not recomend this place at all.

Decent hotel — — 30 Sept 2011 — $55/night Room 303 – King, no-smoking, facing east This hotel has 62 rooms. Maybe one third occupied. Check in/out was quick and accurate. Staff was polite. Outside halls, but was still quiet. Basic hotel room. No space for second computer. No easily accessible electrical outlets for occupant use. Good television, lots of channels. Odd shower unit, has three large protrusions for the soap dishes and a wavy floor; a large person would not be able to use this shower. No place to leave second suitcase open, other than floor, because who wants to place clothing and other items in the dresser drawers for a one night stay. Minimal breakfast, but clean and stocked. Adequate seating.

The room was not air-conditioned and it was 111 outside. But it was a fine place.
