I love this hotel. Wonderful staff.

Excellent staff, fresh breakfast, conveniently located and clean rooms. I have stayed 3 times — it is my go to place in Raleigh. Clean, well maintained, professional and friendly staff. It makes staying here a joy.

Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was above average but would like more selection in spreads — add Nutella and apple butter.

The rooms were clean and very nice. Staff and hospitality were very nice and answered all my questions. The location of the hotel was perfect for the event. My family and I came for a family reunion and the staff was very nice and told us the best places to see in town. I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to get away from downtown but still be close enough. Just wish the breakfast service was better so it wouldn't require a wait for replacement items.

I received courteous, helpful above and beyond service from Christina at the front desk. All interaction with staff was pleasant and most helpful. A great place to stay if attending shows at Walnut Creek venue, shuttle van not affiliated with hotel offers reasonable priced rides to and from the venue. No pool yet, but looks like they will be putting one in soon.

Decent place but old. Small bathroom and the room could have been cleaner. Fairly high price for the quality of the room, but close to downtown and the University.

Great rooms. Decent lobby area. BUUUUT It was what to expect from a Patel ran property. We all left our toothbrushes. They only gave us 2 if the 4 we requested. I will never stay franchise again. We checked out early to have breakfast at a different hotel.

Very limited parking… the staff did in an argumentative maner suggest a vaccant lot next door with 18 wheelers and a homeless guy living in his car… it does look as if they have tried to do some updating to the hotel… cleanliness is hit or miss overall. The rooms I stayed in have been clean just feels dark and muggy. If I am in the area again I will find a different hotel to stay in.

We came in with my kids Gospel group, and was referred to this hotel. I am so glad that we stayed. The property was very close to eating establishments, and shopping areas. Every person that we came in contact that worked at this establishment was awesome. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm in the area, and will be recommending this place, as well as looking into this hotel chain whenever we are travelling. Top of the line service.

This is is very nice hotel;excellent stay for the price. This would be our first choice hotel if it were not so far from family. Will stay again however.

Staff was the friendliest ever in the history of hotel personnel. The room was clean. My bad for not seeing the "split restroom"

I stayed with some friends in room 121. We had gotten a discount on our room and we just wanted to get some rest. We woke up at 6 in the morning all bitten up and itching. THERE WERE BED BUGS! my bed had over 8+ bed bugs in my bed and all over my pillow. This was my first and last time time at any best western.

Go anywhere but here if you value cleanliness and privacy. I am not sure when the carpets or the shower was last cleaned. Bed linens, shower curtain and window panel had holes, cuts and tears in them. There is mold a plenty in the bathroom. In my room in particular there are TWO ELECTRICAL WIRES — yeah you heard me — sticking out of the wall and ON TOP of them was the actual curtain rod! Walls are insanely thin, peeling paint everywhere. Also you may or may not have hot water. I wonder why my pictures keep getting taken down?

It's Beautiful inside & the front desk clerk is one of a kind! She's a jewel! This will be my go-to place when I'm back in town.

The first person I met was Shelby at the front desk. I had many questions, as I had a friend visiting from Jamaica, and wanted to ensure that he enjoyed his stay as it would be his first time visiting N. C. Shelby was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to book a room at this hotel. I also had the privilege to meet the manager, Latoya, who was very sweet and understanding as I expressed my extended — stay situation with my friend. Each day, they greeted me and asked if I was enjoying my stay and if I needed anything for my room. After checking out, I received a phone call informing me that housekeeping had found some money that I left in the room. Appreciation is an understatement. I can’t thank them enough for all they did to ensure I had the best experience at their hotel. I will definitely come back again.

The reviews below aren’t wrong. BEST customer service I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Ms. Ray in the breakfast lounge made me feel like I was at home, and the front desk staff seems excited and eager to check you in. My room is clean and comfortable. Excellent value. I’ll be coming back.

I'm actually still staying here but I wanted to go ahead and leave a review. First and foremost, this hotel has some of the BEST customer service I've ever received at a Best Western. The ladies at the front desk are warm hearted and will cater to your needs. Ms. Latoya was extremely helpful to me and I am very grateful. I met the owner once and he is pretty nice. The room was clean, A/C worked well, and breakfast was filling. Wifi wasn't bad either. Overall, I recommend this location and will be coming back.

I stayed here for 3 nights while attending a conference at the Raleigh Convention Center. Upon my late check In, the two ladies at the front desk were extra nice and very helpful. They actually upgraded my room to two full beds considering I was traveling with a coworker and we had been unable to book a double bed online. The hotel was very clean and we always had fresh towels and the room was completely cleaned every day. The highlight of our stay was Mrs. Ray who works the breakfast area in the mornings. She is such a sweet lady who does an exceptional job and takes pride in her work! She was such a pleasure to talk with. The breakfast area was spotless. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is a very short drive to downtown without the price.

Where do I even begin my husband and I absolutely love this hotel we have never felt so at home. We work on the road so we basically live out of hotels from here to Los Angeles California. We have been in the Garner area for the past couple months and staying at the Best Western Plus Edison Inn we have nothing but positive to say about this hotel and honestly that says a lot me being a female I can be picky I can't find one negative thing to say from the environment the staff the owner all making us feel so at home it's actually going to be hard when we have to leave the Garner area to leave Shelby, Miss Judy, Miss Ray, Maggie, and the Assistant General Manager Latoya, the Owner Dilip and his brother ND and his family. And for everyone who gets to know him Wesley. I wish them all nothing but great success for their hotel they truly deserve it and no doubt they definitely have earned it. Now about our rooms the beds are absolutely comfortable the rooms are plenty spacious the breakfast my husband Every Morning has a gravy biscuit got to have his gravy biscuit and he's a picky eater so it says a lot that's telling you the breakfast is good shopping everything you need is so convenient there and it's such a good comfortable area I could go on and on. All I can say is if you're ever in the Garner area this is definitely the place you need to stay.

A great place to stay. Very clean, a fantastic breakfast. The staff was very acommadating. We were coming from out of town. Needed our room a little earlier. Had a wedding at 4 pm. So a wonderful place to stay.

This was our second stay at this property since it's close proximity to a concert venue. A very welcoming front desk staff who make check in a breeze. Rooms are quite clean and comfortable. I do agree with another's guest comment regarding the size of the bedpillows… but I do travel with my own pillow. Breakfast area is kept well stocked and immaculate. Looking forward to another concert and a restful nights sleep.

The hotel has everything I have come to expect from Best Western. I was treated with respect and kindness. The amenities were exactly as advertised. If you're looking for a negative item to justify not staying with Latoya Manuel asst. Gm. And the staff that served me, just stop. You'll be glad you came. I will ALWAYS stay here when in the Raliegh area! Thank you, Best Western. You never let me down!

The room was very clean. Not excessively spacious, but definitely enough room. Breakfast was good. Service was friendly and pleasant. The lobby area was good for sitting. It had a small business area with 2 desktop computers.

We love this hotel and the wonderful staff. We have only had one bad experience and that was a television that did not work. We were immediately moved to another room. The renovations are beautiful. The staff is the reason we return every year.

Very clean, very friendly staff. I took one point off bec the pillows were just half in size, square in shape and so I found it a little small and struggled to be able to get my sleep although I was very sleepy and tired.
Also on a note, the Priceline paid reservation that my husband made was not honored even as he showed the Priceline email with confirmation/ticket reservation # it did not show up in their system. As we are so tired and past midnight already he paid again just so we can get a room for the night and tried to settle the issue another day!

Shelby, at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating.
The rooms are clean and quiet and have no odor like some motel rooms have. The a/c is not noisy and controlled by the wall thermostat.
The breakfast is incredible; everything you could imagine.
The prices of the room is reasonable.

Good location if you need to go anywhere south and east of Raleigh. Lots of good places to eat nearby. The staff is nice and helpful if needed. The rooms are clean. Free breakfast of scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal and yogurt.

It was great mostly. The breakfast was nice. They only gave us 2 rolls of TP which was odd. Other than that, no problems. No hidden fees. Good stay.

Lady at the front desk was rude, exceedingly not helpful, and the overall facility looked disgusting.

My family and I had a little trouble finding the hotel at first. All the employees were very friendly, but the rooms and breakfast were nothing special. Our sink was right inside our door and separate from our bathroom, which was very inconvenient when trying to get ready in the morning. The bathroom was so small and if anybody was using the sink they blocked our only exit from our room.

The Best Western Plus Edison Inn was a great place just off business 70 in Garner, NC. The room was very clean and nice. The staff was very inviting and helpful. My stay here was great and would recommend it.

Was there for 3 nights, Fri-Sun. The staff was very engaging, helpful when I had questions. The weekend was hot but the lobby and public areas were all very comfortable. Everything around (computers, coffee machine, etc) worked well. The hotel was very clean, and quiet. It is just off Hwy 70 but sits back far enough so you don't hear trucks and general traffic, yet everything is not far away. Very convenient location to Raleigh, NC State, even RGA golf course. The room was comfortable, very clean, nice modern TV with a high def feed. Most hotels have flat screens these days, but without a good HD picture, so what. This hotel had great, clear channels. Breakfast was more than adequate, everything was stocked and attended to. No, it's not a gourmet breakfast, but there are enough places around that you can go buy whatever quality breakfast you want. But for the inclusion of your room rate, this one will meet likely what you do at home. We will stay again, as another visit is already booked. Thanks to the staff.

This place is a joke. The temperature throughout the hotel is kept at 78. If you like sweating while you eat breakfast then this is the place for you. The biscuits were hard, gravy is basically water, and the eggs have no taste. This place has no elevators, you can see the patch jobs on the holes in the wall in your room, and the toilet paper is rougher than sandpaper. This is the first and last time I ever stay here.

I was going to stay at the cheaper hotel down the street, but saw the reviews. So glad I changed my mind. This was a clean hotel! I felt so comfortable. They have a wonderful continental breakfast. I was so please with the price and the service.

This is a great place to stay. It is close to everything and yet far enough off the main road that traffic noise is not a problem. The staff is the friendliest and they made our stay even better.

My husband and I had an extended stay while looking for a new home a year ago. This place is the best! The Staff, oh my goodness, the NICEST, most considerate and caring folks you'd ever want to meet! They went above and beyond with their courteous, gracious service and care, at a most very stressful time for us. The room was immaculate, and extremely comfortable. Wonderful selection for the complimentary breakfast every morning! Easy access to laundry room, gym, Internet, it was great! Just cannot say enough about how wonderful these folks are. They are a professional, caring exemplary Staff, but more so, caring people :) God Bless you all! And with all our hearts, thank you so very much for all you did for us during our stay with you.

My family stayed here while visiting me, and I hung out in their room for a while. It is very clean and quiet. The price was great too! Definitely recommend to anyone.

I've stayed in hotels all across the country, and I've rarely stayed in one so quiet, so clean, with such a warmly friendly and efficient staff! The hotel is a block or two off a major road — — and that block or two makes all the difference! You can hear birds singing in the morning. But no traffic whizzing by at all hours, and you're not under a flight path. You'll sleep sweetly! But it's easy to get to everywhere from here — — if you have any reason for being in Raleigh, stay at this hotel in Garner, instead. (Raleigh's only blocks away, too. ) You'll be so much more comfortable, rested, and happy from every interaction with the staff. And it really is beautifully clean. In the breakfast room (you get a full breakfast with your room) there's a proudly displayed Health Inspection Rating: 100%. You'll find that same standard in your room, in the halls — — everywhere. When I had to go back to the Raleigh-Durham area, I thought to myself, "Well, at least I know where I'm going to stay! " I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Stayed for a night. Wasnt over crowded with guest. 2 floors no elevator. Very close to shopping. U can tell whats been remodel and what wasnt, like the toilet and tub was old. Bed was plush. Stank fitness room. Internet service area not private.

I stayed at this property in May, during Memorial day weekend. To my surprise, this hotel was not packed at all. There was a bus group that stay here a few nights. But if you didn't see the bus, you would've never known a group was there. I enjoy the Best Western Hotel chain. I'm a Platinum Elite Member with close to 200, 000 points. Getting to that status and point level, does not happen overnight. This goes to show how much I enjoy Best Western. Before I arrive, I usually touch bases with a manager to assure everything is correct. A few days prior to my arrival, I spoke with the G. M. Who was by far the most pleasant person to speak to. She was very professional, understanding, and its exactly what I come to expect from any Best Western. At the time of check-in, I had the pleasure to meet LaToya who again displayed that very same professionalism. She greated me with a Warm Welcome, explained the property lay out, near by restaurants, and shopping centers. I also enjoyed the fact that I was already checked in prior to my arrival, which made the time standing at the counter a breeze. Once I entered my room, I found a welcome letter from the Hotels G. M. With a token of their appreciation, inside of a Specially Marked Box from Best Western. Inside the box was, bottled water, chips, cookies, and I think candy. Moments after I entered my room, the front desk called and asked me if my room was suitable and to my liking. I thought that was absolutely fantastic.
