Comfortable clean place to stay but needs some updating.

Found this place in the middles if the night when I couldn’t drive further. The night staff was very courteous and pleasant. The next morning my two new friends in the dining hall made me a breakfast fit for a queen (I was on the late side for breakfast) and lively conversation. What a way to start my day! Thanks so much! Next time I come through, this is where I’ll be stopping!

Great hotel the staff is friendly a the rooms are clean Don and the rest of the team go far and what's normal. I have the stay for work every week and its always a pleasure. Keep up the great work.

Really nice room for the prices, plenty of space to be comfortable for a few nights. The breakfast was really nice, eggs, waffles, toast, and the usual; and the night I was there they had a manager thing where they had pizza, soda, and beer on the house. Good location too, plenty to go and eat around it if you need more food. Only reason I knocked off the last star was that the toilet area smelled (before I used it) and the sink faucet is right up against the sink so there is like a quarter of an inch of space to wash your hands. Super friendly staff though and the shower was really hot and had great pressure, very relaxing.

Best place to hide from all the hurleyburley part of life. Staff members pleasant. The lady in the breakfast dept. Great. Front desk staff great. This tall white guy is always there when I need something or loss our way. He's just like an angel. Thanks for all you do.

Very convenient location to shopping and dining, nice rooms & except for the problem with my reservation, overall pretty good option.

It was my 1st time staying at this Sleep in The room was very clean very nice they help went above their duties and I really enjoyed my stay The next time I'm coming through Princeton I will stay at this hotel a gain.

My bed was so soft I wanted to bring it home. Excellent breakfast and staff friendly.

It is clean, people very nice, rooms a little small and breakfast only till 9, I like it till 10, but a very nice place to stay!

Typical hotel. Clean rooms and friendly service. got the room next to the elevator. A bit of noise during the night from loud people using elevator.

The staff was courteous, especially Brandon. He was very helpful while we were there. Clean rooms and the breakfast was good. Plenty of choices from waffles (huge) to eggs and gravy. No issues during our stay. Thanks for making it easy to check in and out!

Had a horrible experience in two separate rooms during a stay for a conference. In one room when we checked in the room had clearly not been cleaned. There was a mess on the floor in the bathroom, and there were hairs in the bed. It seemed like housekeeping may have rushed in and made the beds, and that was all. We arrived late at night and did not want to deal with changing rooms. The next day, housekeeping never even came to the room before our second night of stay. The hotel staff could only offer that we change rooms because they do not have housekeeping at night. In the other room we had reserved, the shower was broken. When the member of our party changed rooms, the new room's mattress was completely sunken in on one side and had an ant crawling across the bed. That was the final straw, and we did not stay an additional night. We left at 9:30 pm and found a much nicer, cleaner place to stay. Staff admitted that there had been lots of complaints about rooms, and really offered no solutions other than changing rooms (both of us, again). They also admitted that they had not communicated and had no idea about the broken shower from the night before, and had put someone else in that room.

Recently remodeled. Not bad for the price.

Good staff, pretty good overall experience. Not what I was expecting when I found out I was booked at a sleep inn, good suprise. Met the manager one morning and you can tell he genuinely wanted us to have a nice stay while we were there. Only gripes would be the pillows (small) and bed (tempurpedic @ home) but that's most likely just me missing my own bed. Over all it was good.

Came to clayton for wrestling event im officiating. We wanted to change rokms that had double beds but was told it would cost more to do so. So we keep the room we booked but if you want to change rooms do it ahead of time. Other than that its a nice place to stay at.

Dirty wash cloth left in shower. Hair on bed sheets. My friend found brown "stuff" smeared on his bed spread. After telling the front desk, they stated they were sorry and would let house keeping management know the next morning. Horrible experience.

Our stay was great! The receptionist was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again.

I will not stay here again. My room was not clean. Comforter had a stain, bathroom was unclean. I am not sure why the other reviews were good. The lobby is nice. Wasn't filthy, but for a hotel it didn't meet specs either. Clean up!

No hot water in shower and part of faucet broke off and when it was reported no discounts or apologies were offered toilet didn't flush very well either glad I was only staying for 1 night.

Have stayed there many times when going to a concert. The shuttle service is the best thing. Each visit has been progressively worse. Nothing ever works… the mattresses are flat and old. The rooms are foul and smell foul. Toilets have permanent stains and you want to keep your shoes on because the carpet is slimy and full of funk and toe jam and who knows what else. I expressed concerns upon check out and front desk lady said GM was unavailable but would speak to him about some form of compensation. It's a been a week. Crickets. Tried calling GM… guess what? He is unavailable. I even looked in night stand out of curiosity and found not a bible like you used to see… but rather. Some strange Arabic holy book. Really? Do not waste your money. Nastiest place ever.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The rates were reasonable. I'd say I got a little more for what I paid. Missed the continental breakfast because it was from 5am-9am.

The front desk clerk (young male) was very nice and polite. That was the best part of the stay. The pool was out of order the carpet in the hallway was dirty. We had a no-smoking room on the 3rd floor but it smelled like smoke. The fridge in the room did not cool and there was mold in the freezer! The list goes on…

New hotel, well maintained, and chosen as a bus driver stop for megabus.

The staff were hard working and polite. They were also prepared with important things that guests might have forgotten. There was a lovely exercise room although we didn't need it with all the sight seeing. The only problem was the load neighbours.

A fantastic place to stay! The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to accommodate your every need. Completely Clean rooms and Clean Spotless bathrooms. I would recommend this Sleep Inn to anyone in need of a Excellent place to stay! I would give this Sleep Inn 10 stars if I could!

I stay here at least one/two night (s) a month and the rooms always are clean, well stocked with clean towels, hot showers, adequate breakfast, convenient to nearby restaurants, Walmart within 2 miles, cheap gas prices, and very easy access to I-40. But the BEST part of my monthly stay is JACQUELINE! She is the Front Desk Manager who goes out of her way to greet me personally every time I am there. This is an outstanding value hotel with wonderful personal service.

This past weekend we stayed at the sleep inn to attend the Luke Bryan Concert … over the past 8 years we have always stayed here so that we would not have to worry about driving to and from the concert and wouldn't have to drive home that same night … this time it was way different … the shuttle was suppose to leave at 6 at the time of check in they stated that this was the only time to ride so I said that's fine. Well at 630 the shuttle finally makes it to pick us up I know he was in a hurry to make up time for being late (FRED THE DRIVER) however when you have kids in the back seat and you are going 85 in a 70 that is a little much being on a shuttle it felt like the wheels were going to come off we do get there that's for sure so on the way back we get in the shuttle and the shuttle is now going 91 plus in a 70 mph zone NOT SAFE! plus to stop it off there was a lady in the shuttle that stated she needed to throw up and to pull over fred figured hey instead of pulling over I am just going to drive faster to get her back needless to say I was scared for my life … no shuttle bus should be going that fast may want to tell fred to slow down before someone gets killed or the sleep inn as a major lawsuit.

This is a friendly consider it nice place staff is good. I travel a lot in my line of work and when in this area I stay at sleep in. The staff know me and make me feel like I'm home.

Check in was easy and friendly, regrettably thats where it ended. Bathroom took a 1/2 hour to get ready to be able to use. The Toilet and shower had to be cleaned, from urine and hair of last occupant, and toilet seat was broken. Shower has manufactures packing label on it from refit when installed. Rust on shower doors. Molding in need of paint. Holes in furniture could have easily been covered or repaired, carpets in need of cleaning Badly (i work in the flooring industry trust me they are way over do. And installed poorly) Doors to room need attention, a do not disturb sign would have been nice, and maybe a TV remote and a channel guide. The staff never said hello to me the entire rest of the stay. First hotel I stayed in where they did not come back later in the day to make up your room. If they missed you the first time around because they walked in on you in the shower because you did not have a do not disturb sign. Should of stayed at the Holiday Inn Express.

What more could you need from a hotel? Excellent service, awesome staff, close to Raleigh, clean and comfortable rooms. And if you are going for a concert at Walnut Creek, you get shuttled there by their van, and gain VIP entrance. I love this hotel, and this is the only place I will stay when visiting Raleigh/Garner/Clayton.

Do NOT stay here. We woke up to find that the sheet had pulled during the night to reveal a VOMIT soaked mattress. This was on both sides of the mattress right at head level. Needless to say, this was repulsive and we, of course, left immediately. We are telling everyone not to stay there. Please don't risk it. Better prices and conditions all around the area.
