Very nice and clean. Very friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable. From someone who lives in motels more than 50% of the time I have no complaints. Very reasonable rates.

Everything about this place is a lie. Their were only 2 towels in the bathroom and I had to beg for a towel for my daughter. They locked the pool up a little more than an hour early because we were talking quietly with other people staying at the motel while our daughter was swimming 6 feet from us. No chairs at the pool. Bugs and spiders in the room. Used rolls of told it pepper in bathroom. Stained sheets on bed trash and other stuff on TV stand and we were told their would be a $10, 000 dollar fine if we sat a chair out side our room at any time. If you book online it will say wyndham you don't find out until later it's super 8 and you can cancel your reservation but she will tell you if she has your card number and she will still charge your card for the room. Not worth the savings.

I’ve stayed here three times all together and the first two times I stayed I had a great experience, the rooms are actually super nice but the last time I stayed my room didn’t appear to be too clean. There were a lack of amenities, which gave me the impression that whoever prepared the room might’ve been a little slack when checking / cleaning the room.

Nice clean and worth the price. If you have to stay at Super 8, this is a nice one.

Katherine is the manager, and she is super helpful and so kind! She made a tentative reservation for us 2 days in advance, so that we would have a room we like if we were able to afford it. We are currently staying at super8, and staying the whole week. The free breakfast could be better and more thought out, but they do offer cereal and oatmeal. There is no fresh fruit, from what I've seen so far. The rooms look awesome! They are newly renovated, and it shows. Hardwood floors, no more carpeting (I never liked carpeting). Very spacious main room and bathroom. The beds are comfortable. Each room comes with a little fridge and microwave, and a place to hang so clothes, 3 drawers for non-hangables, and a fairly large TV to enjoy. I would definitely recommend you try here; cheaper than all the ones around it (we checked), and friendly staff. There's a Speedway literally right in front of the building.

The front desk staff was very kind, and that's the reason I have two instead of one stars, but they seriously limited themselves on any help they would actually provide. We started for a total of 4 nights. Roaches and spiders, but the bug guy "couldn't come out until Monday" (reported on a Saturday morning). Didn't offer anything until we asked for bait traps. Toilet wouldn't flush properly half the time, and a bedside lamp with prongs so bent it couldn't be plugged in. Very limited breakfast selection. One front desk lady was very helpful when we were having an issue with the waffle batter (the only "hot" item offered aside from microwave oatmeal), by another employee seemed very put off when we requested new hot water (the one that was out was cold) because it was 5 minutes before the breakfast was scheduled to end. My son vomited in the middle of the night and the only help I received was a few rags and some spray cleaner (thankfully, when they remodeled they didn't install carpeting but what looked like laminate wood flooring). Cosmetically, things seem to have improved with the recent renovation they're advertising, but I'm guessing they didn't do much more than replace light fixtures, paint the walls, and get new decorations.

Don't use the reservation service, doesn't matter what you reserve they will give something else. Great job Marriot.

It's in very good location which can been seen from right off the interstate. The rooms are nice & look like they have been remodeled recently & are up to date. The front desk service was very friendly & helpful. The maids do a great job cleaning rooms.

The front desk was very accommodating. The rooms were brand new and well kept. Room service has been attentive as well. Internet is fast and hotel is close to food and stores.

Super clean rooms. Newly renovated. Beds are not too bad. Small bathrooms but still very nice.

I don't go to hotels that often. But Super 8 never really let me down. Good service, nice rooms.

I made a reservation for my birthday and specifically told the reservations agent that I was going to be spending the night alone but my kids would be there during the day to enjoy the pool and made sure that would be ok. The reservations agent said that would be fine and proceeded to finalize the reservation. When I got to the hotel, the front desk agent told me that my kids couldn't swim in the pool, only I could. I told her that I had cleared all this with the reservations agent and was told this would be fine. The front desk agent then proceeded to tell me that she'd make an exception just this once (which she reiterated several times as if I was too dumb to understand) and then told me that if the pool started getting full up, I would have to make them get out of pool. I replied with, "if you make my kids get out of the pool, I'm coming in and asking for my money back because this is not what I was told when I made my reservation. " To which the front desk agent responded by giving me my card and my license back and telling me to go somewhere else then. I happily obliged and I will never go back to that place again. Plus, the hotel looked shabby, and the pool was kinda small.

My husband and I stayed here for the simple fact that we had our dog with us. We stayed 1yr ago on our way to Florida and it was very clean and newly remodeled. We decided to come back to the area to visit family and thought we would stay again. Our first experience was great. This time it was HORRIBLE. The rooms were very dirty. I'm not sure if they need new cleaners that care or just better management to make sure cleaning is being done properly. I guess we will need a new pet friendly place to say.

This has got to be the worst hotel room I have ever seen. We got a room that was supposed to be non-smoking, but we walk in and are immediately overtaken by a strong smoke odor. I knew right then and there that I was going to ask for a refund, but I decided to look around the room some more. It was dusty as hell. The paintings were nearly half concealed by curiously gaudy lamp. Not that anyone cares about hotel art, but this shows a hilarious lack of judgement by the staff. The real kicker was the furniture. I wish I had taken pictures but my phone was dead at the time. They put these "marble" tops on the desk and TV stand because that looks really nice in photos and they get to brag about the renovation. But the furniture was not made to hold that kind of weight. They were both collapsing under it. The desk in particular had its legs bowing in each direction and looked to be one gentle bump away from totally collapsing. The nightstand, also fitted with the marble, was being crushed to the point where the drawer didn't close anymore. I went to go get a refund and tell the front desk woman that the room was smokey. To which she replies "I know. There was a man who stayed there for 2 weeks and smoked and we didn't know about it. " Okay. Then why are you selling it to me as a nonsmoking room. Terrible terrible place. After over an hour on the phone with expedia, we got a room at the nearby Sleep Inn, which is fit for royalty in comparison.

It's a clean place to sleep and there is a small pool, but there is no privacy at pool and it's in a rather congested area at times. There are many hotels around it but it's a budget motel so it's not like it's wonderful. I asked for 2 extra pillows for our double bed room and they said they had to charge me 5 bucks for the second pillow. What even is that? Why nickel and dime someone? It's definitely not a place to stay on vacation if this is the attitude and treatment of customers. Good for a couple nights, otherwise I'd look elsewhere.

I am absolutely disgusted in the unprofessionalism of the staff of this hotel, particularly Lexi. I reserved a room after 6pm using the Wyndham app. I accidentally entered a wrong number in the credit card field when I booked it. The hotel attempted to charge me before I arrived at 9pm and the number declined. Instead of calling me to correct the problem Lexi canceled my reservation and gave my room away! I did not find out about this until I showed up. She rudely told me "Oh, about your reservation… " then told me they were sold out and said "its not our policy to contact you about a room cancellation after 6pm". Its graduation weekend in Raleigh and nearly impossible to find a reasonably priced hotel. I have stayed here in the past but I'm not sure that my husband and I will be back!

The staff was very nice. They allowed us to stay with our dogs. The continental breakfast had a waffle maker! The rooms where we'll managed and clean. It was a great experience for the price.

Kathy was awesome. She was able to help me out when all the other places around were booked up for the Jimmy Buffett Concert. Everyone was super nice and the room was immaculate. This super 8 was off of exit 312 behind Cracker Barrel. Next time I go see a concert I'll Definetly stay there again!

Everything was great. Staff was very nice. Room smelled very musty but bought some air fresher. Breakfast seemed decent did not have a chance to grab any but others looked to be enjoying it.

Let me first start out by saying the room was nice and clean, the furniture was updated, and I was actually very shocked when I walked in. Unfortunately when my husband and I went to bed I had a hard time getting to sleep because I felt like something was crawling on me, I turned on the light numerous times looked at the sheets and didn't see anything. Next morning I get up, we check out and within a hour or so, I'm itching on my legs and arms. I pulled back to see and I had numerous bites on me. I knew they were bedbug bites, and they were inflamed. My husband called the hotel and told them the situation and there reply was" ok thanks for letting us know" of course my husband was enraged and demanded to talk to someone else. Needless to say they weren't concerned about me or the next person that checks into room 101.

Bed skirts have greasy looking spot stains on them, Blood specks on the mattress cover, smelt like dog pee, Katherine was quiet rude to me and other customers behind me, I over heard Katherine talking about bed bugs in one of the rooms. I hope that they can overcome these problems. Not to happy with the lady who works up front.

Too much random activity coming into this hotel. Drug activity and prostitution that owner hasn't even caught on to. Shameful!

Their cleaning staff is NOT HONEST! I know my daughters iphone was left in the room and they said it wasnt there.

Hands down the best motel I've ever stayed at. The pool was great. The room was clean and very nicely decorated. I don't have any complaints. The price was ideal and the location was good, right behind a store and a restaurant. It doesn't get any better than this when it comes to motels.
