Stayed overnight with an airline flight crew, always a pleasant stay with Hampton Inn. The shuttle will take you within 5 miles and runs every 15 minutes. Free breakfast in the morning, and refrigerators in even-numbered rooms.

Wonderfully comfortable bed, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, fruit coffee and tea available throughout the day! One curious detail — once I opened the door, the passage into the room was barely wider than the luggage cart! Pack the cart carefully! It's not a problem once you put your clothes away. I'll definitely be staying at Hampton Inn again.

Great hotel. Free breakfast. Microwave and fridge are provided. Staff are very friendly. The shuttle is very timely. Would stay here again.

Stayed in room 132. The air conditioner was so loud we were not able to get much sleep. The breakfast that was served was poor at best and was way below average of most Hampton Inns. Overall the hotel and room were clean and staff were very welcoming.

With very friendly staff and a close location to the airport, this makes a great stay. Refrigerator, microwave, and coffee all in the spacious bedroom. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, and many restaurants close by seal the deal for the Hampton Inn.

Hotel and staff are nice. Beds are a little old feeling and the pillows could use some more substance, but overall a very good airport stay. Decent breakfast and pool. Gym is pretty sad though.

Staff was quite friendly, and told us about the extra amenities provided by the hotel. Location was quite convienent, and the room was pleasant. No bathtub, only a shower. The overall setup for the king bedroom suite was nice.

My group and travelled to Tennessee to participate in the Great Smoky Mountains Harley Owners Group Motorcycle Rally. I chose this hotel based on location and services, specifically a shuttle to and from "The Shed" in Maryville pronounced Marvel. The staff at the hotel was friendly especially Stanley our shuttle driver and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is located adjacent to the airport but that did not matter. There was literally no noticable jet notice within the building, however, flight crews come in in the evening for layovers and depart the next morning and do tend to get priority treatment but that is to be expected for an airport hotel with corporate contract. The complimentary breakfast was what one would expect and was adequate. They allowed us to occupy the lobby sitting area every night for as long as we wanted with no issues (we were drinking pretty heavily and loud at time). No other guests complained so again that speaks to how quiet the room are. The only negative experience was with the very rude and obnoxious maintenance guy… he should never be allowed to speak to guests… ever! Having said that I would/will stay here again and give it 4 out if 5 stars… maintenance guy was that bad!

This hotel was wonderful. My husband loves planes so he go to watch them taking off and coming in.

Been staying here for the last 14 years, and have never had any issues! Staff is always friendly. Breakfast starts at 6am but the staff always has it out earlier. Shandy is the best driver I’ve ever met. He is always prompt and courteous. He remembers my name and we always have good talks to and from the airport. Great place to stay while in Tys.

We have been to this particular Hampton at least 6 times. The people are ALWAYS friendly, professional and helpful. The airport shuttle is convenient and fast. We have another reservation next week.

Rooms were nice and seemed fairly recently updated. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Airport shuttle was timely and clean.

Pros — nice hotel room, nice staff, great location to the airport. Coffee 24hrs, breakfast was ok, good parrking. Cons — my office chair was broken and instead of getting me a new one the maintenance guy told me to use the chair cushion… So yes I had to use it to sit high enough to work on my work laptop. here is the worst part. I had to go to the doctor after my stay because I had all these tiny bumps pop up on my leg and what do you know. Doc confirm I was getting bitten by bed bugs. So yes if you don't know I will never stay here again. 1 star is for the cleanliness of your hotel Hampton. Clean your rooms please.

Clean rooms and free breakfast. Very nice location near the airport.

Well kept and very friendly staff. Breakfast had healthy choices as did the vending machines. Close to the airport too, right across the street.

Right in front of airport. I stayed here a few times. Clean and quiet.

Very nice and comfortable. Some of the beds frames are a bit run down and the grips are bent outwards. We both ended up with nasty bruises on our legs from bumping into them. Much quieter than the Hilton. No in room mini fridge however.

The hotel van arrived promptly to the airport to pick me up. The hotel was clean and the front desk staff were pleasant. They have a nice hot breakfast In the morning. I appreciate the ice cold bottles of water they have for you upon arrival at the airport. They are conveniently located by numerous restaurants.

The room was nice. It's was odd that only even numbered rooms had microwaves though, so if that's important to you then you'll want to request it. Locations was nice and the staff were friendly.

Rooms were clean and modern. Staff was friendly. Would stay here anytime.

Hotel is outdated. Very nice employees. Gym has all outdated equipment and no free weights.

Accomodations are pretty good. Only issue I had was with the AC unit in my room. I turned the temp low but it didn't run as often as I liked.

Friendly and professional staff, housekeeping is refreshingly friendly and accommodating, standard free breakfast options, great location with airport and restaurants. Rooms are clean and spacious, even with having a room right across from elevators noise wasn't a problem.

The rooms are cramp. Not ment for a family. Only good for over night stay to catch a flight. Hospitality was great.

Good beds, pillows were ok. Could use some firmer ones. Love the fridge/freezer in rooms. Not the best area but there are plenty of restaurants around.

The staff is very gentle and helpful! They have a free shuttle to the airport. Every small details make this hotel a great place to stay, like the hot cookies, the good coffee, the bucket with the cold bottles of water, the decoration of the room, etc.

Very quiet, despite being across the road from the airport. Staff are very friendly and helpful. For the eclipse they put out Moon Pies and Capri Suns. Breakfast was as expected, and they had plenty of cold water by the door for all guests, not just the special ones.

Comfortable hotel. Wasn't able to spend much time here but the rooms were clean and the beds felt great. Several restaurants close by.

Exceptional staff at the front desk on arrival and throughout our stay. If you check in online — the even numbered rooms have refrigerators :) The breakfast area is super small and options about the same as all Hampton Inn locations. Complimentary ice cold bottles of water in the lobby (at least while we were there) The rooms are standard hotel rooms, maintained and clean — no complaints. We did not use the pool or fitness areas so I cannot comment, but they both appeared to be well maintained.

A runway view from and friendly front desk staff makes a warm welcome to the hotel. Other than that it's just another Hampton inn without dinner options.

I used there lot as a park and fly. It seemed to go well. Service was prompt. They did, however, require a printed pass, not a mobile veesion, which was annoying.

Always clean. Quick shuttle to airport. Lots of food choices nearby. Good morning breakfast and friendly staff.

Works great as a hotel. Mini fridge in the room is nice, and complementary bottles of water in the lobby. AC unit in the hotel room is a bit loud but worked well.

They took very good care of us. The service was fantastic, and the room was small but very comfortable.

Service was nice and location was clean. Only thing was the amount of children running around the lobby and playing in the elevators. Probably not something that happens often, just bad timing.
