Absolutely phenomenal facility, staff, and experience. We brought 187 ppl for 2 overnights and they absolutely killed it for accommodating us. Kim Fry in the sales department is a rock star.

Very great customer service was greeted at door guy offered to unload our luggage and transport it to our room, front desk is very helpful and quick at getting you checked in. Hotel is very clean and great food and bar, nice pool and hot tub and great business center. My go to hotel for now on when I’m in Knoxville.

Stayed for 3 nights and it was amazing. Loved the swimming pool fir my grandson.

I stayed at the airport location last Saturday them again this Saturday. The 1st experience was great but the second was a pure nightmare. We checked in and changed into our suits to enjoy the pool and hot tub. We get down there and there is about 14 people in the hot tub and kids going absolutely crazy. For an indoor pool the pool was like ice. Then we go to the bar to order drinks and the bartender was not at all pleasant. She looked at us and said "you can get in line, it's going to be a little while. " The bar was packed with people eating which gave her more work then she can handle. We got up this morning and went to the restaurant… another unpleasant experience. The poor waitress was running around like crazy because she had no help. People that came after us were able to eat and leave before we got our food. We then find out Che k out is 1pm (which wasn't told to us at check in) so we are gonna head to the pool… so I get my 3yr old grandson dressed and we head to the pool. Low and behold the pool is closed. We are locals and enjoyed coming to use the pool and hot tub. Needless to say I am not at all happy with this experience. I don't know that we will come back or suggest others to stay either. I spent over $125 for a room that we literally only slept in and didn't get to enjoy the amenities which is what we came for.

Hands down one of the best hotels I've visited! Super friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is absolutely amazing! I will stay here every time I'm in town. They completely understand the challenges that come with traveling for a living and have built an atmosphere that supports us 100% Thank you for the awesome service!

This staff was amazing for our recent stay. We came from just an hour away just for one night (kiddos wanted an indoor pool, which was amazing)!
My daughter left her blanket and stuffed animal and when we drove back to get it the next day, the guys at the front desk told her that they had fed her puppy and kept him warm for her. Such sweet people!

Excellent service and attention, I forgot my charger for my iPhone and the young Habatar kindly took me to the gas station to buy one. Also this hotel is next to the airport, excellent location. I rate it 10 stars ⭐️

The lunch buffet was great all week but Friday I wanted something different. I order a burger well done. 35 minutes later, I received a burger that I bit into and immediately knew something wasn’t right. Almost raw! Bloody juices filled the plate. I sent it back but no longer had time to wait. Sick all weekend. Yesterday when I returned, I found my backpack moved. Didn’t think much of it until this morning. It was sitting next to the a/c unit. The a/c unit flooded my room from the wall almost to the nightstand. Approx. 7 th. I picked up the backpack and found it damp. Laptop roller bag was damp also. I went downstairs and reported it. Maintenance was looking at it when I left. I took them to my car. Hopefully the hot days and bring in a car will dry them out. Overall, the entire experience at this hotel has been poor. I will not be returning.

Overall just a great hotel. Very clean every time I come here. Great staff who are always welcoming and pleasant. One of my favorite hotels I have visited.

This was our second time staying here for a little get away. It is always ridiculously clean, the people at the desk are always nice and attentive. The beds have to be my favorite part though, they're so comfortable!

As close as you can get to the airport. Very clean hotel with a great restaurant and bar. Shuttle drivers are friendly and will drop off and pick up anywhere you want within 5 miles. No microwave in room. Also, they do not honor the honors points for a business stay, and could not use my honors points to upgrade my business stay or earn points for my stay. (If I'm having to live out of a hotel for a month, I should be able to earn points, even if it's say half the rate of the standard. )

Overall, we had a nice stay. We got in pigeon forge a day early and tried getting a hotel room there, but they were sold out. The nearest hotel happened to be Hilton in Knoxville. We didn't go to the airport, but if you are flying out of Knoxville, you can walk from the Hilton. Very convenient, and noted for future reference. The room was very spacious and clean. Front desk staff was nice and helpful.

This hotel is so convenient to the airport. I needed help with my baggage I just called them and they sent the car over for me. I found the bed very comfortable and for me the pillows were great because I like to wad my pillow up underneath my head and neck. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly I had a nice breakfast. I was up too late to get the breakfast buffet. When I got ready to leave they drove me right to my vehicle and helped put it in my truck. I stayed there when I flew out and I stayed there when I flew in. And I will do that each time.

We had a great stay for 4 days. Friendly staff and nice rooms. VERY quiet for being next door to the airport. Down side was that the common areas were very humid and one of the elevators was not working, but no big deal. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant is very good and the pool was nice. Parking the first night was challenging because of an event, but the rest of the stay was fine. I'd stay here again.

Hotel is nice but dated. Rooms are clean, but the beds are broken down and the pillows are way too Flimsy. Need firmer pillows! The conference room that we had our meeting in the ac worked for about 2 minutes, then blew hot air.

I enjoyed everything about our stay except for the smell in the hallways. Our suite was clean and well kept though. The complimental breakfast was good and the staff was extremely nice. Took a while to get our drinks at the bar, but there were probably 30+ customers and only 2 employees to keep up with all of the orders. Our catered lunch at our event the first day was super bland, the second day was a lot better. Overall a good stay.

Great rooms, delicious food and drinks (at restaurant and room service) ; staff goes out of the way to make guests' stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

WARNING! This hotel will hold ALL charges against card used to reserve AND the card you use to pay! Be warned! The stay for one night 353.82 is holding on BOTH my cards and from Saturday. Today is Tues and I was told the hold would drop off in a few days. So ive paid 707.64 for one night until I get half back sometime in the next week. I was told "sorry, you should have read the sign at registration". I booked this online for my sons wedding night befor they flew out? be careful and prepared to pay if you stay here!

There were not any specific problems with this stay, just lots of little things that didn't live up to expectations. Check in took about 10 mins, even though I pre-checked in on-line. First room wasn't ready, then it was, then it had construction in it, then it didn't. Room itself was hard to cool, probably because it was afternoon sun facing. Even with the drapes closed and air cranked down to 64, it never got below 70. The bathroom door slides, but doesn't securely close, minimizing privacy. On the indoor part of the sliding door is a full-length mirror, which allows you to watch yourself use the bathroom while you're sitting there. Executive lounge food was very good, especially for breakfast. My perception, though, is that the associates who worked there did not want to be there — no engagement, no enthusiasm, no real friendliness. Also, on two of the three mornings we were there, they had a "Black Only" sign on the fancy coffee machine that would otherwise make lattes and cappuccinos. One morning someone was filling the various containers, so I can only surmise that the people who worked the other mornings did not want to bother with it (or they need to invest in one that works better). The workout room and the pool area were great.

Great venue for meetings. You can grab a quick meal at the food bar in Cooper's. The Womens Business Luncheon is held in the bar area, which is perfect for a small group.

Restaurant is high class caual. Friendly and accommodating wait staff. Ckean fast and great Sunday brunch buffet.

An interesting floor layout but it couldn't be closer to the airport (walking distance). Good place to eat, nice bar area, big meeting rooms, although the meeting rooms are directly across from the pool area. Parking is a bit of a walk from the lobby (rooms), and is almost always packed. Handicap parking is especially limited. Surprisingly, you don't hear the airplanes very much.

Great place to go for Sunday brunch. Great food and staff.

Weak expensive breakfast. And the Wi-Fi barely works.

The food there is great for anything from a quick meal to a get together!

Great access from the airport. Walk out the airport down a well lit path and you're at the hotel within 100 yards. Very clean, well managed hotel and even has a free shuttle for nearby restaurants. Definitely recommend if you need to stay in the area.

Every time I stay at the Hilton Knoxville they make me feel like I shouldn’t be there. They are very prejudice. The bar area is even worse. The male bartender is a jerk. The female bartender is even worse. She looks at you with disguise as she speaks to you, well if you’re of a different race than Caucasian! I’m not sure why they’re so rude but on several occasions of staying at the hotel I’ve experienced the same treatment. The concierge even asked me did I even stay at the hotel when I asked for a van ride to a nearby store. I’m quite sure they aren’t use to different races staying at their establishment. This is definitely not okay!

Always a pleasure to stay here. Clean nice beds, good facility. Swimming pool and hot tub. Very convincing location adjacent to TYS airport. The only place to stay if you are going to be in and around Alcoa. Not far from downtown Knoxville or Maryville. Lots of cool places up go in the immediate area.

The Room was clean and quiet. The front desk staff was very helpful. The only problem I had is that the bath tub would not keep water in.

Stayed in the executive club lounge. It was very nice and I enjoyed my stay. However it is weird having the ladies who work in the Buffet area constantly watching you when you try to get some food.

Nice rooms. The hotel was really quite when we were there. Had the pool area all to ourselves. The bar is pretty neat. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel attached to the airport. Great for a short stay before a flight. There are no sidewalks to or from the airport and no restaurants near the hotel. They do provide a shuttle to places within close proximity. I'm a runner and due to being attached to the airport there isnt anywhere decent to go for a run.

I attended a conference and had a room here for two nights. Overall my experience was good. The rooms and the overall facility were a little dated. The staff and service are 5 star.

Service was excellent by the staff but the rooms could use a little updating. You can see that they're trying but it's not quite up to par with many other hotels. Still very nice place.

Nice desk workers. Quiet place to sleep. Cheap everything else though. Was not satisfied with television, nightstands had poor charging stations, bathroom floor had other people's hair on it, and the bad seemed way too soft. I think it would be better if they offer an option for a firm bed.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and made my check in very pleasant. I will definitely stay there again.

This hotel was literally in walking distance to the airport. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are spacious. I recommend for foregoing the digital key. There are still problems with it.

I have to say that I have stayed in hundreds of Hilton properties and this one is one of the best! Courteous, friendly, helpful staff… great rooms… and a really good restaurant on site! Overall a tremendous experience!

The hotel itself is very nice, albeit a bit noisy due to the proximity to the airport. But the reason for the 2 stars is that I booked a room with a king size bed and a sleeper couch and asked for a roll-away bed to accommodate for my family with 2 kids; we arrived at night to find out there were no rooms with sleeper couch in the entire hotel and all extra-beds were taken. The receptionist wasn't very apologetic and said he couldn't do anything. If I had called the hotel directly, he said, they would have told me there weren't any rooms with sleeper couch. Very upsetting.

Overall it was a good experience, my main gripes are layout concerns. I wish the parking lot was identified better as I passed it trying to follow the GPS directions to the hotel. I'd like it if there was a ramp walkway from CC level to the lobby level making it easier to carry luggage from the parking lot to check in at the front desk. There is an elevator, but it's just faster carrying a bag up the stairs. Aside from that I would stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised with how modern this hotel was. The staff was extremely nice, the furniture was new, fitness center was up to date, and it's literally right next to the airport. I will definitely stay here again.

Coppers restaurant is a great place to eat. On Sundays after church our family enjoys the fine dining experience and the excellent staff that is always smiling when we arrive. Kids 7 and under eat free!

Kinda unimpressed for the $150 we spent. We stayed here overnight prior to an early flight. Easy check in once we figured out where to go to find the front. All the parking areas at check in say "no parking" which was odd. Biggest advantage was that you can WALK to the terminal and keep your car there during your trip which saved us a few minutes in the morning. Rooms have been renovated nicely and were spacious, beds comfy, shower was hot. No complaints but from these Marriott loyalists, the only reason we'd come back here is that it was closer than the Courtyard.

Clean, friendly, and up to date hotel. Just as most Hilton's are. The beds are comfy and rooms are updated. Did have one minor maintenance issue with the shower, but wasn't a big deal. And hotel staff were happy to fix it. Unfortunately, did not get to try the breakfast during my stay, but I expect it was similar to other Hilton's.

Pros- Friendly staff Newly renovated Pool and hot tub are great — pool is very warm Bar is decent Free parking Easy walk from the Airport Terminal. Cons — Very old building. Slow elevator. Room faces atrium, which can get noisy. No privacy curtain to let sunlight in. And the reason for three stars is — The absolute WORST bright night lights I have ever seen! They are built into two light switches and are not optional or adjustable. Wear a night mask or bring duct tape to tape over if you don't like a huge spotlight on you at night. No mask or duct tape? Stay somewhere else if you are light sensitive. I.

Very friendly and professional staff. The in house restaurant went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied with our meal. Highly recommend this facility.

I have stayed at this beautiful Hilton in the past, and highly recommend it. But on this day, I met my Aunt for lunch, who loves the Monday buffet at the restaurant. What a yummy lunch we had — I've never been disappointed by this venue, from a high school class reunion, to a winter's stay when the kids were little and we enjoyed the indoor pool, to finding things we needed in the gift shop, and the always friendly and helpful staff, this is one of my favorite hotels!

Liked it. What you'd expect from Hilton. Personally not a fan of interior windows but overall, it was a good stay.

Fantastic rooms with a great pool. Very quiet and clean.

The room is huge, with 2 double beds Europeans however does not see sunlight as the window from the mini bar and the room opposite, therefore cannot open the heavy tents. The room is dark. Also the guys at reception they weren't but about nothing "problem solving" haven't been able to contact a phone number, I called 2 times and I came 2 times at reception but after giving items and trying to call their answer was: it should work, "I asked for a proposal for a solution to my problem. No answer. I am indignant. I didn't find such a service level at a Hilton Hotel.

I attended a romance author event at the Hilton. The staff was all courteous and worked fast. We were served a meal and dessert as well. The iced tea and chicken were not very good… But the dessert made up for it. This was my first time attending an event at the Hilton and I'll be happy to do so again.

Overall the hotel is nice but I was there during renovations. While I knew to expect disruptions, I did not expect the full force hammering and sawing before business hours in the room directly next door. As someone with a late arrival flight and a two night stay I had hoped to sleep in a little. This was not an option. They could have assigned rooms differently to place early flight departures near rooms being worked on or started agressive work at a more reasonable hour. Also, my newly renovated room had several night lights built into the wall that provided too much ambiant light for sleeping well. And there was no privacy curtin to allow daylight in the room without being able to see in the window.

Nice hotel with a friendly staff. The rooms have been update and were clean and comfortable. The parking is confusing and a bit far from the hotel. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.

We are looking at hosting an event at the Airport Hilton. The staff has been very helpful, showing us conference rooms, explaining catering options, and so on. Great experience so far!

The Hilton is under renewal and while the end results are promising there is a lot if work being done. The staff is friendly and John the bartender is great.

Only ate at the Hilton restaurant as a flight I was waiting on at the airport was delayed. Excellent food and better than average service.

The new rooms are nothing short of amazing. The best staff I have ever delt with in any hotel. The restaurant has some of the best food I've ever order with fast and super friendly servers. What a great hotel no complaints what so ever.

The hotel is nice and clean but outdated. The rooms could use some renovating.

Clean but nothing special. Outdated room, bathroom, common areas. Paid double for the room compared to what is was worth. We ate at the on-site restaurant. It was almost vacant. I can see why. My wife got sick from the meal. My steak was average. The bill was not. This is the worst Hilton I have ever stayed in. You might as well book the Hampton Inn down the street for half as much.

The hotel front desk staff is absolutely wonderful! I work/live on the road, and they succeed every time in welcoming me back with friendly smiles, making the Hilton feel like home.

We had our wedding at The Capitol Theatre in Maryville and our bridal party and many guests stayed here. We were more then pleased with our stay! Sabrina Heath the sales manager there was so easy to work with and worked with us every step of the way! The hotel was very accommodating with group booking and were also very helpful upon arrival. The rooms were great and the amenities were wonderful. The guys enjoyed the indoor pool the morning of the wedding and the conference room we booked was wonderful for the entire bridal party to get ready in. The room service was awesome! The only complaint we had was that the bar located in the center of the hotel was very rude when we returned from the wedding. The bartender acted as though she would prefer that we not even be there. Aside from that the rest of the experience was amazing!

I have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years. This might not be the newest hotel, but everything was really clean and very well maintained. But for me it's not about the hotel, as much as it is about the staff. The staff was amazing, the food was great and they did everything they could to make me and our large group feel welcomed. Our group of over 700 came into their hotel. Most likely broke every small rule they have but rather than saying one bad thing, or getting on to us one time. They said are y'all having fun and what can we do to make it better. I want to say this with every bit of respect, this staff made our national rally amazing. And we all appreciate it! In all honestly will probably do it again at your hotel in 2 years! Again thank you for making our National Meeting a week to remember.

Old, dated, paint peeling off the walls of the indoor atrium, no refrigerator available in the room, understandable for a budget motel but not for a Hilton? They should be ashamed to have their logo on this facility.

The hotel is very clean and safe and the staff was nice. The only issue I had was with the pillows on the beds. If you bring your own pillow, which I didn't do, then your fine. Beds are comfortable. The pool and fitness rooms are pretty small, but they are both very nice.

No idea how this place has a 4.2 star rating. It's clean and the staff is friendly, but reeks like cigarettes, it's horribly dated, the kitchen closes at 11 and there is no fridge or microwave available. Awful.

Stayed here quite a few times for work. Location is great if you are flying out of TYS. Staff is very friendly. The rooms are a bit dated, but my biggest complaint is the lack of outlets in the room. There are very few outlets in the rooms, and they are all behind furniture which makes it very tough to use them.

Clean, Quiet, and lets you park for free. Left car for week no problems.

On Aug. 2, 2013 we had our 40yr High School Reunion at your facility. I just want to praise you for all your hard work to make our event a wonderful success. Everyone was very pleased with your attention to detail and even when we ran into a couple of snags we hadn't anticipated you handled them quickly and without complaint. Thank You again for all your hard work and for making our night very special! We will be back.

I just had dinner I asked for the pulled pork and the Banging Shrimp yes they where banging with a pubic hair. Never will I eat there again they compt the shrimp Lol but not the sandwich what a joke. No one manager spoke to me.
