Very clean rooms. Pool is over chlorinated, be careful if you plan to swim. We would stay here again.

The rooms are extremely small, Lady at checking would not let me upgrade to a suite or King size single, even tho there are hardly any guests here. Breakfast in lobby is horrible, mostly stail, and hard muffins. Coffee in lobby is horrible. Has to be one of the worst Holliday Inns I've stayed at, and I stay in several.

The hotel was very clean and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and coffee was delicious. The only thing is we all wanted to go into a nice warm hot tub but you ha e removed it. So we tried the pool and it was freezing cold. We expected it to at least be warm.

Wow! This place was great. Everything was new and updated. The staff was outstanding. You could tell they were proud of the place. The room was awesome. Clean and shiny. Thanks for the great stay!

We stayed just one night but had a great stay! Our room was clean and updated with a fridge and kuerig. Their hot breakfast was tasty and all the food was hot, when an item got low they were quick to refill it. All the employees were very nice and offered a smile when I passed them. Will be back!

Very trendy room. I love the shades in the window instead of curtains. Lots of pellows and the bed is pretty comfy. Has a iron and ironing board. The TV is pretty big. The people working there were very nice.

At the time of my stay the hotel was going through renovation. The construction started very early in the morning. I would have liked someone at the front desk to make mention so I could have been more prepared. I'm sure it will change for the better after the construction is completed.

Had so much fun there, and my daughter loved the mirrors in the bathroom for some reason. The staff was so helpful and got me everything I needed.

From the moment I called and booked the room to the kindest lady*** Karen*** at the front desk and all the other employees I encountered were all super nice and helpful… clean room good breakfrast delicious coffee! Nice hotel, but Karen at the desk was OUTSTANDING. Really helpful, friendly and it didn’t matter that it was 10 PM she was just happy to help.

Friendly staff and easy to locate from the airport. Rooms are clean and quiet. It seems to be the off season, so maybe it's livelier in spring and summer.

Great place to stay. Wonderful clerks. Breakfast was good. Clean rooms. Quiet. They even have snacks, Ice cream drinks and meals to buy. Free coffee all the time.

Friendly staff but a very old Holiday Inn Express. Internet spotty service, rooms desperately needing renovations and a hot tub full of wood mulch, make this a mediocre lodging choice. I would not recommend staying here.

I haven't personally stayed here but my ex-husband has stayed twice, and we joined him to utilize the pool on his last visit. He said the hotel is great, very accommodating and clean. The rooms are a good size and the staff is very nice. My kids loved the pool. It has later hours than most hotel pools, open until 11:00 p. M.! Their hot tub is filled in with mulch so no hot tub. But, the pool was 4' deep which is a nice depth for kids. Obviously no diving. We had the pool to ourselves, which was nice, but I could see it getting crowded quickly if there were more than a few families using it. They also had decent poolside seating and plenty of towels. It is also indoor but with lots of windows, which is a pleasant setting. Additionally, they have tons of quick heat up meals and snacks for sale in the lobby and offer a free breakfast buffet.

Clean and nice rooms. Great staff. Front desk clerk was a bit rude but overall was nice!

Hotel still being renovated. Hot tub was filled with pine park and inoperable. Convenient to airport. Free breakfast.

Great hotel experience. The Breakfast host was a younger woman who was extremely friendly and they had an excellent variety of foods to choose from. Very clean establishment.

One of the best hotels to stay at! The staff is always friendly! The rooms are clean! If you ever ask for anything, they are great to accommodate! Great location and great staff!

Good place to stay in the Maryville area. Really nice room and close to everything you need. I was in town for work and they let us extend checkout so my wife could stay in the room until I got back.

Karen, a staff member was more than helpful when asking about events around the area. She took the time to look it up, run me directions and information. The entire staff were very friend and attentive. The hotel was always clean and I felt secure. Excellent.

Place is under a bit of construction. Good location, friendly staff. The water pressure was crazy-felt like a power washer. Not sure if that was just my room or not. I'd stay here again.

Very nice staff, our room was great. The beds are so comfortable and I love the pillows! Breakfast had so many options. Within walking distance to Texas Roadhouse!

This place I stayed at was the nastiest most terrible hotel I've ever ben too. They have bed bugs I got bit by so many bugs. Roaches in the microwave. There was a poop stang on my sheets when I first walked in the door. This place needs to be shut down. Saw the housekeepers didn't even have GLOVES on while cleaning these nasty toilets. And breakfast I aite had a fly in my eggs. Jennifer the housekeeping manager was very rude when I told her about the bed bugs. She said the room was nasty because some fat ass was in there before me I heard her talking to another employee. This place needs to be burned to the ground. Anyone who can stay with bed bugs and roaches you are a disgrace to America.

Services are exceptional. It was clean and everyone was very nice. As of Sep. 17 there is construction being conducted in the middle of the day. No interruption to sleep.

The clerk was both helpful and nice. And the breakfast in the morning was really great. Biskets and gravy. Scrambled eggs. No complaints here.

I could not change the channel on the TV due to their cable setup. The walls are pretty thin so I was able to hear my neighbors TV throughout most of the night. Hallways have a dingy feel to it.

It was an okay place if you just need to sleep and watch TV. The rooms are a little small but the beds were super comfy. The pool was very nice but no hot tub. Well, there was a hot tub but it appears they had filled it in and put decorative planters over it.

Dear HIE, these days, people have gadgets with them that need to be charged daily: phones, laptops, etc. It'd be nice to have electrical outlets available for that purpose — ones that don't require guests to move furniture or unplug lamps or TVs to use them. Most hotels like this one solve that problem with lamps that have outlets built into their bases. Staff was nice enough and room relatively clean. Active construction right outside the elevator door is pretty unsafe and annoying.

I've stayed here several times over the years and it has always been a good experience. I wish they would have informed us that, on our latest stay, that they were remodeling and didn't quite finish up. There were rough, prime painted walls, wallboard debris swept into piles, and wallpaper laying on the floor in the hallway. Staff was very good. Parking is ample. Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast. Again, wish they would have let us know about the renovation. We would have probably stayed elsewhere if we would have known.

The quality was less than usual. A/C even with max did little to beat the heat. Itchy blankets! May be we got a worst room in the house!

Nice clean rooms. Air conditioning was quiet. HD tv's, but not HD display. Nice variety of channels. Breakfast was nice.

Ok rooms. Crapy work out facilities. Ok internet. Clean bed. Not great bathroom.

Great place to stay! Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast is pretty great… Um, what else… Oh pretty strong Wi-Fi too. Loved the shower head! Military discount was an awesome bonus. Think that's about it. Yeah, I'd stay here again for sure!

Hotel is nice and clean and I stay here probably 30 nights a year for work. The only complaint I have ever had is the super SLOW Internet. I have been staying here for 8 years or so and it is always an issue. To that point though, none of the other hotels are any better speed wise so this is the best option in my opinion. Outside of this complaint the staff are always friendly and my room never has a problem.

This property is clearly a re-branded, older property; not built recently as a Holiday Inn Express. The interior is tired, and cramped. The furniture in the room was quite beat up and the room was smaller than any other HI Express I've stayed at. The breakfast room holds about 10-15 people max so folks are crawling all over each other or waiting for a seat. The room has a generally damp smell, and the bathroom is tiny. On the positive side, I found the front desk personnel to be quite helpful at check-in, and the "drive-up room" option is convenient (has both interior and exterior doors so you can park right outside your room). When in the area next time I will likely stay at another of the many nearby hotel options.
