Very Clean friendly Staff.

Great hotel Will stay again.

Floors were dirty. Bathroom too small. Sink not in bathroom so when you wash your hands after going in the middle of the night, you wake up others in the room.

Rooms are very clean. Entire staff Rene, GM: Cory and house keepers are amazing! I recommend this hotel to anyone coming to stay in Maryville.

Our cat went missing from our room. We got very little help from the hotel staff except for Renee who was wonderful. We had to involve the police and their Corporate offices and I was shouted down by the manager Publicly who said he would like to see us get out of the hotel And said I was annoying and irritating… because I want to know what happened to my cat? And so we did get out. His rude and unprofessional manner sure changed when my husband went to the desk and suddenly we were welcome to stay forever and he was sorry he spoke to me that way. Speaking is speaking, he was shouting. We have relocated, but we are not finished with them yet.

I was just really impressed from drive up to check in to my room.

Not very clean, couldn't sleep.

We booked a stay here and accidentally booked a smoking room. Paid for it before we realized the mistake. They wouldn’t refund our money and wouldn’t help us find another choice hotel to stay in. And they said they had no more room available. We called customer relations and they would not help us either saying this is a individually owned hotel and they make their own rules so talk to the manager.
We don’t smoke and the entire 5th floor smelled like smoke and weed and the room was worse. With my husband having asthma he would never have made it thru the night there.
We even asked for a credit for another night to use at a different time and the manager stated it is against their policy to do that. So we paid for a hotel we could not stay in. If you are looking for great customer service pick a different hotel. In fact pick a different chain. The clerk at the hotel next door which happened to be a holiday inn helped us find a room. So choice hotels have been replaced with holiday inn. As we are moving to that area shortly we will point our guests to holiday inn and completely away from quality inn Alcoa and toward holiday inn.

Friendly staff. Staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable during your stay. Clean rooms and quiet peaceful atmosphere. Will be back. Highly recommend.

Worse staff who adopted the “I don’t know” slogan in every situation I had. Wrong room, double booked the room and had someone wake me up in the middle of a dead sleep trying to get in. Charged my room three times for the more expensive room even though I was down graded to a smoking room. And all I got was, “ I don’t know” from clerks to management. Horrible expose!

My young daughter and I got to the hotel late last night and checked in. There was an unusual amount of men in the lobby, but I figured we just got there at a weird time. No big deal. Got our room key and went inside. The lock on the door was very loose. Ok, again, it’s fine. It still works. Put our stuff down and as usual when staying in a hotel, I check for cameras. Don’t see anything. I go to the bed and there are blood stains on the blanket. So I decided we would just stay at another place.

Typical hotel but in great location for what we needed; wedding at Smithview Plantation. Quite near and breakfast in AM was unexpected treat.

Everyone was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was tasty. The rooms were quiet. We had a very relaxing visit would recommend this hotel to my friends.

The cobblestone at the entrance of the business park _needs_to_go_! When you're so close to The Dragon on US129 and get so many bikers and driving enthusiasts as guests coming and going it's the kind of thing that gets noticed and noted: darn thing was just about trying to shake my car apart and the fillings in my teeth loose! Hotel looks good, staff is very friendly, room was clean, quiet and well equipped with modern conveniences. Breakfast was plentiful, hot and good. Staff went above and beyond to help me out on what little things I asked for. Lisa in particular was a true professional of the hospitality business: friendly and helpful. I very much enjoyed my three night stay there and would be happy to go back on my next trip in the area.

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was super clean! Everytime I asked for more towels they would be fresh and warm from the dryer! Breakfast in the morning was really good and the pool was very clean and maintained as well. I will be staying here again when I come back to visit Tennessee!

The room was very clean and new. They allowed my dog to stay with me which was very important plus he is a German shepherd. I could of had a buffet breakfast if I wanted it looked good. I would recommend this hotel in a heart beat.

Hotel was clean we got a room with 2 beds but they are double check beds not queen. Room us small and bathroom is tight. The girl who checked us in was a bit of a chatty Cathy. We had riden motorcycle in the rain and the couple in front of us apologized to us for her talking so much. Still a clean hotel with good breakfast.

One of the best Quality Inns I've been to. Bathroom wasn't quite as good, with some peeling paint and a noisy commode, but still acceptable. Bed was most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. This is a nice hotel, I wouldn't say it's anything extra special but it is nice. The rooms are equipped with the normal niceties refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, alarm clock, telephone and TV. It has Wi-Fi available except that you have to go back to your phone and sign in again every time you leave the area. The breakfast is good with Belgium waffles, eggs, sausage, hot and cold cereal and cream beef. Coffee and two types of cold juicer also available along with yogurt. The pool was not large but the hotel is really small and parking during my stay was at a commodity since there were a lot of trucks and trailers for motorcycles and at least twice during the week and 18-wheeler parked in the lot. In Fact I heard the desk person saying to one potential customer that they did not have room for a truck in the lot. I would not say the rooms were up-to-date there was some areas in the bathroom which visually left something to be desired, the carpet was okay and the bed was good. The biggest problem in the room was gnats. They were all over the mirror at any time you could see two or three at a time on the mirror and I'll include a picture with three of them in a row. They're also gnats we saw in the eating area. The staff was nice and friendly especially in the kitchen and the room ladies. There are adequate places in the area to eat. Three restaurants in the area that can be gotten to without even going on the main road.

Everyone was nice. Supper clean. Great breakfast. Stayed two nights. Will stay again when we come back to area.

WOW! Amazing! The Nicest Place I've stayed! Very Friendly people. Room was clean, t, v was big, plenty of towels. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, waffles, plenty to choose from. Asked if we needed any help with getting breakfast. Gentleman at front desk was very nice. We talked to him for a bit. Was just a ALL Around Great Hotel! Would surely stay here again.

It was great! A nice little cozy stay away from the city yet close enough to enjoy some area restaurants. Had a great time there!

The rooms were pretty small, but the room itself was really nice. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom is also super nice.

Front desk staff were very friendly. The woman running breakfast was a little brusque and seemed to care more about cleaning up than the guests trying to eat, but breakfast was still okay. Most importantly though, the room was super clean and comfortable.

Got a accessible room bed was a little bit too high and a/c didnt really blow cold.

I got in late and didn't inspect the room well until morning. There is hair and dirt in the shower, lots of hair behind the headboard, and check in lady said she didn't like my name. Which I didnt care about but why did she even bring it up?

Just checked out this morning. Bathroom and tub had leftover sheetrock on the floor from a repair made on the wall and was not cleaned up. Had to cover it with a towel so I wouldn't get any on my feet or clothes. I also had to put my shower curtain on because it was laying on my bed with my towels.

Me and Suzanne Dixon enjoyed our stay at the quality inn on Corporate Place the 9th and 10th of March. Kelsi went out of her way to meet our needs and we will be back. Thank you.

Quiet room and great staff. Breakfast could be better, not those egg patties that come from good only knows where!

I have to say they take very good care of there rooms we enjoyed our stay and when I come to Tennessee every other weekend to visit my husband this will be my home.

This is a nice place to stay. We were in town for just a couple days but the staff was so kind, helpful and friendly that you immediately feel at home.

Solid 4 out of 5! The only thing that needs improvements are the bathrooms. They are the smallest I have ever seen. You literally have to open the door to get dressed. The staff were very polite and courteous. The room was spotless, and very user friendly. Last, but not least, the Continental breakfast was warm and plentiful. This location is what other Quality Inn's should strive to emulate!

It was close to the airport, a shuttle service to the hotel would have been nice but they don't currently provide that service so we used Uber. The room was basic but very comfortable and clean and the service was friendly. The breakfast options were limited but about what you would expect for the room price. There were several restaurants within walking distance. Overall, for the price it was a good value and I would stay again.

Clean, spacious rooms, plenty of power outlets, including USB ports. Microwave, refrigerator, and TV in room. Typical hotel breakfast selection. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Night just beginning. Had to get a smoking room but I guess I should have get here earlier. Got to love the provide the HDMI cable. That's cool.

I was very pleased with the suite. The bed was comfortable and plenty of room. The pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable, so that would be the only complaint. The room was nicely remodeled.

Good motel. Very clean and comfortable, Pool was kept up well. When we asked about restaurants they helped, and even gave us a coupon which the Restaurant took because we stayed there. Helpful staff in morning to find a retail place and a highway. We recommend the place and would stay again. Good value.

Great place great price. They even have a basket of rags to wipe motorcycles down if needed. Alisa is the most friendly and helpful concierge I've ever met. The room was a little small as we're the towels. The water pressure in shower was way below average. Overall can't complain too much for the price. Would come back again.

Convenient location and easy access from main roads. Rooms were clean and spacious. Front desk attendant was friendly and courteous. Hot breakfast was a nice treat.

When we checked in in Monday June 26 2017, the guy at the front desk told us that "the lowest possible rate is $76.00" we took it, we ended up staying there for another two nights, when we checked out, we noticed that we were charged $81.00 plus tax each night, we asked the lady about and told her that we were told $76.00 plus tax, she said that there is no such thing as a rate that low, $81.00 is the lowest they can go. I told her they better have a talk with the guy that checked us in and told us that, she said that we can call the general manager and tell her. I know it is only $5.00 more each night from what we were told the first night, but don't tell the customers something if you are not sure of! Make sure you write down the amount when you stay at any motel or hotel, I know I will next time. Kind of makes you not want to stay there next time.

I left a jewelry pouch with some of my most favorite and cherished jewelry for n my room when I checkout out and didn't realize until I got home to Minneapolis and the staff held it for me and sent it back. I am so grateful to Laura Smith and the staff at the Alcoa Quality Inn. Thank you so very much!

The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and the variety at breakfast was
very tasty.

They didn't go by the rates they gave us on the contracts and after us showing them the contracts they didn't give refunds nor could the supply there contract with the rate. Just the worst place to stay and the manager was very disrespectful.

Quality in was our refuge November 29 and 30th. We were evacuated from the deadly Gatlinburg fires. The lady was so sweet and helpful. The room was so nice and clean. The breakfast great. The perfect place for us to get ourselves together after the shock of the fire. Thank you Quality inn will stay again. Mary Harrell and Linde Williams.

A very clean hotel. Fantastic location. Terry at the front desk is super helpful!

We stayed one night. The staff was friendly, especially given the late hour we checked in. The rooms were clean (with the exception of one roach, there were no signs of neglect or infestation). The free breakfast was good. It included a variety of food and beverages. We received a discount because we had family in the University of TN hospital. It was a decent place to stay, however, I wouldn't pay the full price to stay again.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We got a discount because we had family in the hospital at University of Tennessee. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The provided breakfast was delicious. The only complaint I have is that we did see one roach in our room, but I saw no signs of the rooms being dirty. It likely came in with a previous guest. I don't feel the room was worth the posted rate of $120, but it was well worth the $60 we paid.
