The hotel staff were incredibly helpful for anything we needed. The room was very spacious, and we had enough room for us (a couple) and 4 kids. They were very accommodating to our whole extended family as well. The breakfast was included and had lots of options: fruit, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, eggs, toast and more. The place was a little bit of a need, though because of renovations. My only real complaint was the pool. It is open 24 hours, a huge bonus for me. However, there was so much chlorine in the pool that my eyes hurt just being in the room, much less swimming, which was painful. Great hotel, though if you need a place to stay.

Very nice clean place. Everything is nice and new. Everything works here. They have a nice breakfast here. A lot of places to eat within walking distance. A shuttle to and from the airport. A nice pool.

Great, efficient, friendly front desk staff. Rooms are very large and clean. Great value for the money. Hotel is a little dated, could use a few upgrades and updates. Hotel has lots of restaurants within walking distance, the nicest being Ruby Tuesday. Hotel is located across the highway from McGhee Tyson Airport, making it very convenient if you're flying!

Great staff front desk was awesome and helpful. Pool is open 24hours and has a window on each floor to watch the kiddos. Room was very clean and spacious, beds are comfortable bathroom was clean and nice. We loved our stay made us feel at home.

I was here before New owners and it has changed so much for the good. Staff was great nice people room was great. Would stay again.

The most comfortable beds in town. Pool stays open 24 hours. And the staff is super friendly and will accommodate you any way they can.

The room was exceptional. The only point off was the hot tub was broke and the pool had too much chlorine. Highly recommended otherwise.

Seemingly nice hotel, but the bottom floor room smelled a little musty. Also my son said his sheets smelled a little. Other than that, no complaints. The staff was nice, the pool was nice. We didn't try the breakfast, so no review on that.

I travel with work, and have stayed here fairly regularly, but had an experience tonight so frustrating I will not stop at this location again. I had a room on the second floor and around 8 p. M. A crowd of kids began running up and down the hall, squealing and laughing, and there were at least 4 adults yelling and laughing loudly, and I honestly could not even hear my TV. After this went on and on, I opened my door, and stepped into the hall and one of the men asked me if I was okay, and I replied I was if they would quieten down so as to not disturb everyone, to which he replied they had rented 15 rooms for the night so they didn't have to worry about being kicked out. I should mention part of the second floor hallway, very near my room, forms a balcony overlooking the lobby, so the front desk clerk had to know what was going on. I called the front desk multiple times and the clerk told me he had contacted the management at home, and had also confronted them several times. He also said he has not kicked them out because it was a family in town for a funeral. They did not seem to bereaved, just rude and obnoxious. At nearly midnight I was told he would give me a refund if I wanted to check out and go to another hotel. He also said he was doing everything he could. I think they should have been kicked out with no refund.

Stayed here 3 or 4 times. Really convenient to the airport and all the rooms have been refurbished. It was very nice. Free breakfast and comfortable beds. Has an indoor pool as well.

Clean rooms. Good breakfast. If you need to stay in Knoxville, ypu could make way wprse hotel choices.

The breakfast buffet is really good. A little bit old but worth the price.

VERY happy with this hotel. Had great parking for my horse trailer, beds were clean and super comfortable, nice quiet location. Front desk was super courteous when I checked in at 1am. I would definitely stay there again!

By far the best hotel we have stayed at, especially for the price. The staff and service was great. Our room was nice and very clean. Stayed two nights and our room was cleaned and towels restocked the second day. The man at the front desk was very friendly and even printed directions for us to our destination. The breakfast was also very good and stays open until 10am. Another plus, the pool is open 24/7. Will definitely stay here in the future!

We have never stayed at a Comfort Suites before but we an honestly say it was a very enjoyable and pleasant stay. We were in town with a large group for our nieces wedding. The location was perfect so close to the airport and Knoxville. Rooms were clean, bathroom toiletries were so much more than we expected, bed so comfortable and the bedding was fresh looking and clean. No complaints. Comfortable and affordable.

Easy check-in. Very close to the airport and food and gas. Hotel seems to have been just renovated. Missing a few finishing pieces but clean and courteous staff.

Rooms were very nice. Recently remodeled. Breakfast was standard but had many tables for eating.

The hotel has just been remodeled and is fantastic. Our suite was fabulous with a comfortable bed, nice dressing area, and the bathroom all remodeled. Unfortunately I had to leave very early at 5 am, but the breakfast person allowed me to take a muffin and was absolutely sweet about it. Check in was easy and would stay here again. Easy access to the airport, less than 1 mile.

Nice hotel, got the best price from the hotel itself. Joy, the front desk lady at check in was very nice and very helpful. Rooms clean. Maid service was friendly and responsive.

This hotel is absolute trash. It is infested with bugs and they refuse to do anything. Front desk staff are incapable of communicating with the maid staff. The rooms smell like musty mold. The breakfast is a mediocre mass produced mushy mess. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night due to staff ineptitude. Staff is rude and mean.

Very satisfied with our stay here. Very nice, clean, up-to-date rooms, courteous staff and delicious hot breakfast. Also used their airport shuttle. Great service!

The hostess was very accommodating. We had one complaint, and she immediately moved us to another room. However, the cleanliness was slightly questionable.

We stayed in room 308 at the Alcoa, TN location. The room was immaculate, so thank you to housekeeping! However, the late night desk agent was very rude. Her name tag said Jessica. We stayed on 7/25/17. She did not greet us, and seemed more interested in her game on her phone than providing customer service.

Great staff, room, breakfast, pool, hot tub, location. They are currently renovating, but STILL manage to keep the place looking great. They do need to re-do their parking/pavement.

Hotel going under renovation but all the rooms are done. Room we had was spacious. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Hot breakfast is fantastic and staff was friendly.

For being under construction all the rooms have been redone amazing breakfast very nice people very helpful great attitudewould recommend this to anyone will be staying there again.

Dirty, in the middle of construction. No hot water in shower, sink water very hot. Don't get me started on the breakfast. Juice machine broken, juice hot as coffee. Pool too cold to swim. Which is why our grandson came. Oh and did I say tub was filthy and full of hair.

This was a very enjoyable stay. Large clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, convenient location, and free airport shuttle. They let me check in early and check out late. Honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. For $83 it simply cannot be beat.

You get what you pay for. It's cheap and pretty crappy. So many problems; such as stained carpets, stained walls, ant infestation. Staff was friendly, but nothing is really maintained. If you want a cheap place to spend a night and don't care about poor cosmetics, it's fine.

We stayed with our friends and family here for our wedding. (total of 6 rooms) the staff was very helpful and accomidating. Even gave us a group rate since we had so many rooms… the pool was nice and the hot tub as well… granted you could see the age in the inside of the pool but… we seemed to be the only ones to use the area our entire 4 day stay. I highly recommend anyone looking for a cheap price with great ammenities. Dont go in expecting the hilton. But I will say its the best value for the money spent in anywhere in the area.

Fantastic value for the money. At one point, it was a really fancy hotel. Now, it's older and shows its age. Sure, it's a little rough around the edges, but with all the amenities and features it was absolutely worth it. Fitness center, pool, hot tub. If you go expecting the Hilton, you'll be disappointed. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay with a ton of features, you won't be. I will stay here again.

Smells bad pool and hot dirty staff does not care breakfast was cold and looked old best thing was starbucks down the hill wont ever be back.
