Beds are super comfortable. I used the treadmill in the fitness room. Staff is friendly. Checkout is at Noon! Breakfast was a nice treat. Warm oatmeal with several fixings available. Biscuits and gravy were really good. Sausage was spicy and yummy. Located near road and airport so you can hear traffic and airplanes. Otherwise excellent stay!

I usually don’t write reviews but after a wonderful 8 night stay at LaQuinta Inn in Alcoa, TN, I felt compelled to show my appreciation to their staff. From housekeeping to front desk, everyone was friendly, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The fitness room was clean and equipment was in good working order. The breakfast each morning was great with a wide variety of foods to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks again to each and everyone of you.

Clean, but run down. Toilet seat loose, toilet wouldn't shut off. Faucet leaked. Tub reworked, so rounded you had a hard time standing when showering. Would not recommend.

A great stay with clean rooms, good breakfasts, and friendly staff. Very convenient to the airport and multiple restaurants. There is a hotel shuttle and a pre-priced cab arraignment. Very reasonably priced.

Noisy traffic; surprised but little plane noise. Older hotel not as nice as the ones I usually stay in, this is my go to hotel chain. This one is just average. But it's extremely convenient to the airport! Probably, the most convenient one in the area. Breakfast is good as always.

Extremely pleasant staff. Rooms are big and clean. Very good shower water pressure. Vey comfortable bed. Elevators are quick. Starbucks within 500 feet, lots of fast food options on the service road, a few that are open 24 hours for those late night travelers.

Did a good job, but our room overlooked the pool, and it doesn't close until 10pm. Our preschooler had a hard time getting to sleep with the noise. But otherwise, had friendly staff, decent rooms, and a good breakfast. Very convenient to the airport, but hard to turn left on 129 from there due to traffic.

Very nice hotel. Clean, excellent people that work there. Even though it is by the interstate and airport, I was shocked it was so quiet.

Very very nice. The room was very clean the towels were soft and thick (better than mine). The staff were very good.

I really appreciated the warm welcome from the night staff. The morning staff was not as accommodating. I called for more individual packages of coffee and the lady told me I can go to the first floor if I wanted more coffee. The manner in which she spoke was very rude. Not good customer service. $99 plus tax if you want to park your vehicle here. Up to two weeks. You do not have to stay at the hotel for this offer. Country inn and suites will give it to you for up to $5 a day and is right next door.

The room was very nice, staff is friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast has room for improvement but isn't bad. The dog policy is excellent! No additional charge and they have a designated spot in the back for the dogs to do their business.

We loved our stay here. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. The staff were super friendly and polite. The breakfast was pretty decent and the coffee was some of the best hotel coffee I have ever had! Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. Great little pool too. I have booked marked this as a place to go back to. Highly recommend.

The pool was nice and somewhat larger than at your typical budget hotel. The rooms seemed recently renovated with pleasant colors. Even though the hotel was right next to the airport we had no issues with noise. The breakfast was good but closed at 9am which was weird because checkout want until noon.

Excellent room service, clean rooms, staff is very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. It has everything from fresh waffles to scrambled eggs, fresh sausage, biscuits and gravy, boiled eggs, yogurt & granola, cereal and more! Also is VERY pet friendly if requested. Has indoor pool and laundromat as well!

Third time we've stopped here to catch a flight. That should speak volumes. Very courteous staff. Well-managed property.

Very nice La Quinta. Bed is awesome. And 6 feather pillows. Breakfast was good. Place was a win for me.

As a flight attendant I stay in different hotels almost every night especially when I am working and I like to stay at the La Quinta Inn & Suites Knoxville because it is conveniently across the street from the airport and the staff there are really nice and the room aren’t bad. A few nights ago when I was there I was leaving the hotel around 5:30 a. M. To catch a flight that morning and as I made my way down to the first floor and walked off the elevator a MICE ran across the floor! I was in complete shock and it scared me! I immediately told the manager on duty and another employee there and they both tried to act like this was the first time they heard these news, but I knew better based on their facial expressions and body language, and she continued to act “scared” (and I’m really scared btw, waiting for for uber to arrive) she goes to the other side where I point and say the mice was to look for it! I believe they knew it was there or at least had a rodent problem. Even though they are kind people I felt the need to let others know. Stay at your own 9risk (if you don’t mind mice in your breakfast).

Last minute stay… staff was super friendly! Hotel was very clean and comfortable! Price was amazing for all amenities!

Nice hotel, clean and good breakfast selection. I have stayed here twice now during a conference our church has in the area and I'm sure to stay here again in the future. Recommended!

Located close to Maryville and small airport used mostly for private planes. The rooms are modern and the beds we're comfortable. The service is excellent and the staff at the front desk are very personable. The complementary breakfast buffet is fair.

My husband, dog and I stayed here due to the Hurricane. It was so nice & so clean! They have great breakfast & everyone was so nice and accommodating. They let us check in early & we loved how cozy it was. The only downside is that their blinds don't close all the way so you get a decent amount of light in your room. Other than that, perfect!

The staff here was great. Friendly and so helpful. Our flight was canceled and they got us a shuttle right away, and got us in before check in. I would highly recommend this place.

They were excellent. I work nights and am here in response to hurricane. They have been very respectful and willing to assist in everything I needed help with, even my unusual requests.

Very nice. Room was very clean and smelled nice. Breakfast was very good and free. Would stay here again. Only thing I could complain about is the curtains don't close so the parking lot light showed into the room on the third floor. Bed was very comfortable though.

I love it here. I am in room 100 and its so nice and clean I could not ask for a better place. Front desk is great and bends over backward to help there guests. I reccomend it to business class people as well. Great breakfast as well. They have omolettes.

I would like to give a shout out to Stephen. I stayed at Alcoa hwy's location and the few times I had the pleasure of running into him during my stay. If there was anything I needed he would be around that day and I actually felt he meant it he wasnt just saying that because he had to. Great staff working there while I stayed all very helpful and friendly. Deff didnt mind chatting with you Stephen! Thanks guys.

Great location close to the airport. Rooms were comfortable but a bit small. Breakfast in the a. M. Was good. Alot of options.

Clean, friendly helpful staff, and we were able to take our puppies without a pesky "pet fee"! Breakfast was pretty good too.

I travel alot for work and I loved everything about this place.

My son and his friends needed a place to stay for the night, as a mother did not want them driving thru the night. I call them the young man was very helpful. Just got a call from my son hes in his room and told me they were very nice and helpful. Thank you so much.

I visited family who stayed there and took my two sons. We played in the pool that was clean and had a great time!

I only stayed one night for a work trip. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and quite comfortable. In the morning, the breakfast was decent. The only complaint I have, which is miner, is the cups for juice were really small. I ended up using a coffee cup for my juice. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Had an unfortunate reason for visiting Knoxville state at La Quinta Inn and Suites the rooms were beautiful the beds or comfortable the receptionist was sweet nice and cute that never hurts they were super helpful we need anything and gave us a discount because we were there from the hospital I would fully recommend this place for anyone who chose to stay not so much about the reception is being cute but because of the friendliness of the staff the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortableness of the bed.
