No I do not recommend this hotel rooms are straight up disgusting walked into my room after checking which took about an hour and 30 minutes to a smell of sour feet and the wetness spell of mold food left in the refrigerator no towels or rags could do a whole lot better to staff choice to stay in my opinion.

The drug dealer hanging out front & in the lobby, dropped a packet of oxy pills, the police were called on him 3 times (not by me) and the front desk girl told them he was ok. Overall it was dirty, Poorly maintained, non working fridge, non working phone, the guy holding his dog at the breakfast bar, stains and cigarette burns (in my nonsmoking room), desk chair shedding its “pleather” on clothes and carpet, no pool towels, not left w toilet paper when the partial roll ran out, no maintenance man (all weekend or Monday) available and they couldn’t turn off the fire alarm or strobing lights for HOURS without him. No do not disturb signs so the housekeeper woke us, you get 2 towels in a king or double no matter how many check in. Young children were allowed in the hot tub and pool unattended. Several families packed up and left without staying because it was so bad. It’s a dump and not worth $100 a night. If you tell the front desk people anything is wrong they just say there’s nothing they can do. The smoking bench and ashtray are right by the front door and you have to walk through that stinky fog of smoke to get into the building. Even the lobby sofa is stained and gross. The front of my a/c unit was just hanging off all broken and lopsided with vents broken off.

Outdated. No USB ports! The microwave and fridge are great!

Great staff and services. Overall area was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Have absolutely no complaints. Staff was great, room was clean, breakfast was good, kids loved the pool. We will definitely stay there again next year when we come down for vacation.

I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. Before going I read about bad food, bad water pressure, and it needing maintenance. I don't know where those people stayed. This hotel is great. My showers were like free massages every day the water pressure was so good. The continental breakfast was fresh waffles, fresh eggs/omelets, sausage, cereal, boiled eggs, assorted breads/bagels, fruits, etc. Complimentary cookies. Staff cleaned my bathroom and changed my towels daily thru my stay, offered to make my beds fresh but I did it myself. The gym, pool/spa areas were always well maintained and clean with fresh towels. I didn't see anything wrong in the hotel. The rooms are a bit small but you can see that on the pictures before you book the room. OVERALL I think the hotel was great!

Beautiful hotel, clean, cleaning staff was very friendly. Room smaller than I pictured and the bed was horrible. Super hard and uncomfortable. Also was given a room beside the laundry and stairs. Wasnt happy about that. Also pool is small and chlorine was too strong. Everyone's eyes were burning. Otherwise it was a good location and very clean.

Beautiful and clean hotel! It sits off the road a bit behind the gas station and has a decent size parking lot. Very handicap friendly (ground lever entrance and an elevator) and the staff I encountered were great! There is a pool as well.

Very nice check in. Property very clean. Friendly. The room windows actually open for fresh air! Breakfast hot but just ok. My only complaint is the satellite TV. Tons of channels, but the pixelization drove me crazy. Moving the box helps for a minute, then back to bad reception. Not wanting a maintenance call and too tired to change rooms, I lived with it. If TV reception was good, rating would probably be 5 stars. Otherwise, a very nice hotel!

This place is horrible everything is in need of repair. The hallways are muggy and hot and smell very bad. The pillow on the bed are the size of throw pillows. Breakfast is a joke fake eggs and oatmeal looks like slop. Pool is gross and in need of some attention paint peeling, cloudy water. The only 5 stars I would give is housekeeping for the rooms they are so sweet and do a great job.

Nice clean room and large bathroom. There were a ton of little kids running in halls and the walls were very thin. Could hear neighbors all night. Fire alarm went off in morning. Decent hotel for the price. Complimentary breakfast was pretty gross.

Upgrade your mattress's. First night slept awful had to ask for another room. I guess they got mad at me so they put us on the first floor next to a utility room which staff was in and out early morning making all kinds of noise. By the way mattress was no better in the punishment room. Would I stay their again… lets say it will not be my first choice.

We stayed for one night at this hotel and I have to say I was skeptical about booking here, but glad we decided to give it a try. The room was very spacious, the bed was very firm, and the best part had to be the huge shower. It was lovely! The staff was courteous and polite, and the hotel itself was quiet. I will definitely consider staying here again when I'm back in the area. Location was very close to the highway and very easy access to eateries and a Wal Mart. If you need a quick place to stay for a night, I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a nice hotel for a family to stay overnight. It isn't a wow, but it is solidly good. The room is spacious with two queens and a sleeper sofa. The beds and furnishings were comfortable. The breakfast was decent, but not great. The pool and gym are a step up from what you can find in lesser hotels. I do recommend this hotel chain and this property. In fact, I switched my reservation tonight to another Country Inn & Suites property.

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. Walking into our room, we found stains on the sheets (blood and urine). First morning of waking up, was to 15 kids running up and down the hallways and also coming into the pool area without adult supervision being very rambunctious. Keep In mind, these children were not guest at the hotel! In the same day there was a baby shower being held right next to our room. They were loud and unruly. On our checkout day, we also woke up to a church service. It was so loud, we felt like it was coming through the walls. Paid $10 for an upgrade but it was more like a downgrade! If you're looking to relax or be in a clean enviroment, I would not recommend the Country Inn and Suites by Radisson in Kannapolis!

It was good. I like the beds and pillows but the one of the TV would not work or the phone. The pool was great and the breakfast was amazing.

Good price easy access to highway, food and shopping options easy to find. Clean rooms, quiet. Breakfast was not exceptional but since it was free, can't complain. Definitely would stay here again or at another one in another city. Bed was SO comfortable too!

Our stay at Country Inn & Suites was a great deal. Two queen sized beds for $88 a night. Rooms were clean, staff was inviting, and the pool and exercise room were open until midnight. Breakfast service was acceptable, but nothing special. Overall, you get your money's worth out of your stay.

This place had phenomenal front desk workers and that's where the one star comes in place. However this place is under horrible management and confused about how policies should be given. I called 2 weeks in advance to book the breakfast room for my birthday party on August 25th from 8-1pm. There was several occasions where I called and asked multiple times were there any policies, rules or regulations that I may need to know before paying or considering using this place. I was told every single time no there was no rules other than no guests of the party were allowed to get in the pool and not to have the music extremely loud. I agreed but never seen this in black or white nor signed. By 11pm we were being threatened to be kicked out and have the police called on us because the people were too loud and the music was too loud. It's a party what do you expect? There was many times I did ask the DJ to turn the music down which was done but by 12 again we were being threatened to be kicked out and have the police called on us. By 1 the police showed up and we were kicked out so thanks for ruining my 21st Birthday. Maybe as a company y'all should be way MORE SPECIFIC on what functions are allowed at the hotel. It would save people a whole lot of money and time. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I've stayed here every year to visit my family for years now. I've not had any problems with the staff and if any issues arrived they promptly took care of them. And staff never enters my room when the little door tag they give you is placed on the door.

The hotel was wonderful! The staff was very nice, and helpful. Room was amazingly clean and so beautiful, the bed was a little hard for my liking but I've slept on worse. The pool was very nice and warm, a little on the smaller side but is great for burning off some energy. I loved how the refrigerator and microwave were hidden nicely in the TV center. We were only there one night for a tournament but Country Inn & Suites is always our pick! We travel very frequently with tournaments and have never been disappointed with this chain. Plus free breakfast is always good, it's not a gourmet breakfast but it's perfect for any normal family that likes a variety.

Stayed here for a seminar in Charlotte. The room was nice and clean. Thought it was going to be an amazing restful stay! The king sized bed was rock hard so I'm very sore from my two night stay. To make it worse, there was noise at all hours of the night. I was placed in between the "mechanical room" and stairwell. I tried to create as much white noise as possible with the air unit and TV but it wasn't of any help. The breakfast was just okay. When I came back to my room after my first day of the seminar, all of my personal items had been moved. It really upset me because I had things of value with me. I think everything is accounted for but it shouldn't be anyone's business to touch my things. My room did not need attention of any kind. Loved that it was so clean but that's about it!

Gorgeous comfy cosy hotel. Nice big room and had an amazing sleep.

Bed bugs! Stay away! Spoke with manager (Ashley) who told me that I had an attitude… not able to help at all. : (

Worst stay ever! And we like Country Inns. Upon arrival, we were told it was "too much of a hassle" to link our points because we booked through Expedia. The girl the next morning was smug about it. The whole breakfast area was gross, low quality, thank God they can't mess up cereal. Puke in the hall leading to bathroom, more puke on floor in bathroom. Latter that day, a blood trail leading from the pool to the elevator. OK, accidents happen, but in the elevator, a pool of blood with a "caution, wet floor" sign over it. It stay ed that way until we left, 20 minutes later. They had time to put the sign on but not to clean up a biohazard. Breakfast again was slop. We could have stayed at a cheaper hotel for this. No more, concord!

Was very disappointed in the room at this hotel. Had higher expectations for this place. Checked into the room around 3ish. Walked into the room and no sheets or anything on the bed. View was of a brick wall. No extra toilet paper was left and the toilet paper rolls were almost empty. Chair was so nasty I had to cover with a towel before I could even sit in it. No extra pillows or blankets and no extra towels or washcloths. Ended up sleeping with no blanket and no pillow. Needless to say I checked out a day early because I could not stomach to stay another night. Front desk gave me 13.00 off my room charge and told me that the previous guest had left the chair dirty and if she had cleaned it "you would have complained about the chair being wet. " I told her that I would rather have had a wet clean chair rather than a dry dirty chair. Was hoping to find a nice place to stay while in Concord in the future but obviously this is not the place. So disappointed. Had to cut my vacation a day short.

First I would like to say Ashley the Manager on duty was HORRIBLE. We got a room this past weekend for 2 days. First thing I noticed when I walked into the room was a baby roach in the corner of the wall. I called the front office and the manager came up stairs and said it looked like a Nat. (First sign of insulting my intelligence). Second I come from going out at 3 am and see and medium size Roach run across the table when I turned the light on. I rushed to kill it and take it to the front desk. The lady had the never to say it look like a beetle. (Second sign of insulting my intelligence). The next day me and my home girls were sitting down talking when the mama roach run across the table. So we start playing chase the roach around the room. We finally killed it and took it down stairs. Furious I take the mama to the front desk. He moved us to another room after killing a family of roaches. On top of all that the pool and jacuzzi was out of order. Not that I plan on coming to Concord again but if I do I would definitely won't be staying here.

Room was very spacious with a great breakfast bar in the morning. It was very comfortable and felt homey for being a large scale hotel.

We stayed one night here. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the ac worked and the bathrooms was clean and had hot water. My daughter liked the indoor pool and breakfast was the usual fare of waffels, oat meal and cereal. Check in and check out were both quick and easy. If we are in the area we will definitely stay again.

This weekend stay for my brother's Wedding, turned into a weekend event filled with BAD MEMORIES! To begin with, they constantly lied to me about the room prices. I explained, I was with the BROOKS-HAIRSTON WEDDING PARTY! The lady said, she couldn't honor the Wedding Party Rate to me. When I asked her why, I received a few different answers. (1) The rate was no longer available at $92.00 for the suite, and that the rate was now $145.00. So, I hung up and called back. The lady says, they don't have any rooms available. Then when I called back the third time, she said, she wasn't sure if the Wedding Party was gonna continue. So I then called Corporate. They said, yes, we have plenty of rooms available at that location, and that she could offer me the rom at $99.00. So I accepted that rate for 4/12/15. But I also was in town the previous night with the family, where I was invited to the Pre Wedding Party in the Breakfast Room area. Only to get there and be told by the staff, that we had to leave the area, because someone else wanted to use it. This was embarrassing because, the Wedding Party was told upon room rental, that we had this particular room up until 6am the next morning. So, they put us out, and we had to throw away THREE TABLES WORTH OF FOOD! You don't have to EVER worry about me driving 9 hours again, to stay at this hotel.

On the day of the departure, I called the hotel to make sure that a crib would be available for our baby. I was told that there is a crib, so we did not bring our pack-n-play. As we checked in, I asked about the crib. I was told that they will check whether it is in the room. We got to the room and there was no crib. My husband went back down to ask about the crib, and was told that they are bringing it up. As the time was getting later and later, and still nobody appeared, I sent him back down. This time he came up to tell me that there was only one crib, and it was being used by other guests. Later, we found out that those guests have been using it for days, and there never was an available crib. My baby did not sleep well that night, and neither did we. I will not travel without my pack-n-play again. When my husband asked for a reduction in our rate due to a clear mistake on the hotel's part, they refused. They said that they much rather get a bad review than right a wrong. Everything else about the hotel was fine.

Stay away from this hotel! I am a Marriott member and typically stay at a Marriott location as a weekly business traveler. Long story short, during my stay in July in the Concord area, this was the only hotel available, and now I know why. Dirty sheets, used washcloths, food in the fridge. Second night bug infestation in lights, bug bites, and NOTHING done to rectify from the hotel. Even had the nerve to charge me for 2 nights after they said they would not. Also reporting them to the health department. Stay away.

My stay at this Country Inn was the worst stay of my life, we checked in, I asked for a 4:30 am wake up call, but 10 minutes later I called the front desk and told them to cancel the call as my early morning meeting got cancelled and I could then check out at noon. The front desk assured me that they cancelled the wake up call. Then when we got up to the room, there was a room near us that was using marajuana, and the people were loud. Then the girls from that room ran in the halls all night long banging on doors then running away, I called the front desk to complain and the phone rang, no answer. Then at 4:15 am I received a wake up call, I woke up, called the front desk and advised them that I would check out at noon. At 8 am the maid knocked on my door and came into the room, I advised her that I would check out at noon and not before. At 10 am the same maid knocked on my door thus waking me again asking if she could clean the room, I told her again I am leaving at noon, come back after that. At 11:15 she knocked again asking to clean the room, at which point I lost my temper and decided to pack and leave as she clearly did not understand that I needed my rest to be able to complete driving home, when I checked out the girls that were knocking on my door all night long were in the lobby laughing at me and my sons and pointing fingers at us. I asked to speak to a manager to complain about my stay.

First stay one year ago towards the end of May 2012 — Hotel was nice, clean was quiet. I was told the hard rain cause a tree to come down it knocked out the power to the entire building. * I was awaken around 6am by staff reassuring everyone was ok. I was fine, But I didnt get any sleep then nor breakfast* due to power outage. That was nature they had no control over this, but they did have control over my second stay. June 2013-read as Follows. Second stay here-Was unable to rest with the running by kids in the hallways and loud noises from the room over my head. Oh yea lets not forget the noise from the room next to mine. I was in room — — — 3rd floor. Friday they said they would change my room but no one was at the desk, again each night I came in there was no one at the front desk I was told I should have tap the bell at the desk that someone is always there, but you just cant see them. So my room was finally changed late Saturday night to room fourth floor. They held a tournament in the vicinity, therefore they had alot of children there, of various ages. I spoke with the Manager and front desk Reps on Friday morning and also on Saturday morning about my discomfort. I informed them I spoke to the young lady on the phone when I was on the Hwy in route to NC. I stated I didn't want to be near the elevator and I prefer to be in a room towards the end of the hallway with the least amount of traffic.

We have stayed at this hotel last year and it was great. So, we decided to stay here again this year for a Valentines celebration and relaxation. When we pulled into the hotel parking lot the first thing we saw was a disgusting site. Only half of the American flag was flying on the pole. Why only half? Because the other half was no longer there due to it being shredded by neglect. It was ridiculous on the condition of it. My husband is a marine and seeing that made him and me extremely upset. When we walked in there was no one at the front desk. We waited for a couple of minutes until a female finally came up and did not say a word to us. She then answered the phone that was ringing still not acknowledging us. She hangs up the phone and then helps a person that was standing behind us again without saying a word to us. Then she finally looks at us and says, "Oh are you all checking in? " So immediately we asked about the flag and if it could be taken down. She responded with "ok. I'll tell the maintenace guy later. " My husband then tried to explain to her why saying that he has fought and lost too many friends and family to see that flag flying like that. All she said was "Ok. " She then went through the whole spill on all the things that the hotel has to offer including the pool and hot tub. One of the reasons why we wanted to stay in a hotel was the hot tub. After she swiped my card she then informed us that the hot tub is broken.
