Chose this hotel based off of price but quickly found that you pay for what you get! Was barely a couple hours in to my stay when the toilet backed up after my husband relieved himself. Upon calling the front desk the girl working came to my room to inspect then said she'd be back without touching a thing. When she returned she knocked, handed us a plunger, told us to let her know if that didn't work and she walked away. NEVER have I been treated that way at a hotel! The entire time we've been here the hallway has smelled like someone steaming or frying seafood. I can't wait to see what happens next…

I have never had such a worse overnight stay at this place. Not only was there any toilet paper in our room. There was also a half of bottle of used shampoo that is there complimentary that someone else had used. We had no clean towels when we got into a room after over an hour trying to get 2 our room from guest services. We could not take a shower before we left to go to the show that we were in town to see. Our remote control to the television did not work wires were hanging down and dangling and when we called and asked they sent someone who said you just have to deal with it here so many batteries. When we got back from our outing our towels were laying on the floor in front of our room where everybody else has walking in and out. I had to leave at 1:30 a. M. In the morning to go and buy toilet paper for us because after a certain hour there is absolutely nobody who can help you with your needs. I strongly recommend nobody who is looking for a place to stay near the PNC concert Center.

Not a bad price for the place although it was under construction it seems to be fairly clean but there were no ice buckets ice machines that room did include refrigerator but we didn't have time to make ice when we needed it it had a stove top that was on a timer The View was of a storage container on the lot and a dumpster they didn't have a guest laundry but it was a set price for the dryers $2.50 and I just needed to dry a damp pair of shorts not a full load of clothes. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very nice, newly renovated and was very spacious! No drama or bad seeds either. Great stay and will deffintly be booking this hotel anytime for the races or events in Charlotte. Thanks guys for a great stay! Above and beyond for your guest… Kudos all the way!

Pretty handy place to stay with kitchenettes, they are remodeling so lots of noise going on, lots of people seem to live here, so noise, bumps, kids running up and down hallways, kids constantly playing in elevator, and running down hallways, the grounds around the hotel are really trashy, Looks like dump on property next door, Don't really feel safe leaving room at night. Even though remodeled, not cleaned in rooms very well, I had to sanitize tub, and remove hair ball in tub for it to drain, their is only one hotel cart to carry luggage into room, and I had to put up my drivers license to borrow it until returned to front desk. The rooms right next to Harley Davidson dealer, so you will hear the motorcycles really loud if you have to sleep during the day, and the traffic from main road gets pretty loud with sirens etc. But all in all, a good place for construction workers that need extended place to sleep while in town, their is a pool that is closed at the moment, like having apt size refrigerator and stove top and sink in rooms. And cabinets to keep organized.

The other reviews do not lie. Everything smells like stale smoke, rooms were dirty like no one swept in weeks (tumbleweed style dustbunnies in a handicapped room mistakenly given to us). They dont have sleeper sofas like they advertise, no cots or extra beds. They ran out of towels so bring you own. No cleaning service. Second room was fun. I have a degree in criminology, and got to explain to my girlfriend that the sweet and synthetic smell in the air was the lingering smell of smoked crack. It's pretty hard to mistake once you know what it is. Pretty sure anyone from a more urban area just nodded a little reading that. Emergencies only, and even then I might say just keep driving. Most of the hotels "residents" were forced out due to a large show in town and the rooms being booked months in advance. I'm not sure what this place is going to look like on a random Wednesday, just know I dont want to pay legal currency to stay there.

This place is a dump. Hallways never swepted. Floors dirty as hell in the rooms even though they are wood. Spill spots never mopped up. We asked for 2 king beds and got double beds. Got 1 towel and wash cloth needed 2 and no room service meaning they never came in and cleaned room the whole 3 days we were there. If you wanted new towels you had to take used ones to front desk to get new ones. All in all we'd never stay here again. I gave them a one star because there was nothing lower other wise I would of gave them a negative 10. Never never ever ever again!

Don't waste your money! This place is a dump! My family recently stayed here to have a place to stay for my wedding. This hotel reeks of cigarettes. The carpet was dirty in the hallway. The rooms were missing toilet tissue. One room was missing a shower curtain! The shower rod was also broken. The floor in the room was dirty and we had to change rooms. Not worth your time or money. I really don't want to give them any stars.

And cabinets to keep organized. Flat screens, cable OK, beds comfortable, new, clean, no bugs, small closet in room, dresser, and table with chairs, air and heat work ok.

I stayed here during a local convention visit. It was a short time frame reservation about a month or so ahead of time. I looked for a nearby deal given that the convention hotel was $250 + a night. This was around $70 a day so yeah I was looking to save some. It's a budget or long stay hotel. There was no daily room service but I only stayed for two nights. If your looking for a cheap room or something during a travel it's worth. Not much perks beyond tv, fridge, (noisy) microwave and there was free Wi-Fi in the room.

Trash in halls everywhere. Everything smelled and everything was dirty. No plugs worked. Very loud guests and just all around felt sick afterwards.

The service was perfect. I feel the website is a little misleading and should be updated. Free Wi-Fi, mini kitchen with full size fridge in our room. No coffee makers, cups, or ice buckets. But the room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Everything worked.

Very bad service don't clean your room don't change the blankets. They don't give you paper hijienico very bad.

It was ok. Bed was not comfortable at all. Pretty clean… no bugs that was a plus. Bathroom could stand a good hard scrubbing.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is close to major shopping and many great restaurants! The price was perfect. The front desk attendant was very helpful and attentive.

Id give this place 0 stars if possible. Great people at the front desk but that's the only thing positive about it. Hallway smells like weed, every room I went in smelt like ammonia (strong). So bad that I woke up at 2 am throwing up due to the smell (3 rooms I tried). Hard beds like concrete. I will NEVER stay here again or any other home town suite.

This place is a health hazard. Used condoms in the rooms, roaches and who knows what else. The city of Charlotte needs to close this place down. Dirty and torn towels.

Places smells terrible. It's disgusting. Would give this place no stars if possible.

Nice quite stay rooms were sizable. No ice maker and the doors didn't lock at the late hours as most do only negative things I could say. Also staff was awesome and helpful.

Location is great. Rooms are outdated, but spacious. Service is helpful.

I was checking out of my room and I stopped to talk employee and as I was talking to her she was cleaning the room she came in and pulled the two top covers and lay them to the side and took the sheets and pillow cases towels and rag and put them in the dirty basket in the hallway then she got clean linen off of her kart made the bed then grabbed the two top sheets and continue making the bed and I applied to the employee y'all don't wash the top 2 blanket the employee say it Dior do not won't us to change out the top 2 blankets the employees said they never have enough linen or materials to go into the room when they are complete in their room. But I can say that they have some nice employees they was very polite and courtesy!

I don't recommend this hotel. It was not clean by any means. The floors looked filthy and the room was dumpy. Shower didn't drain, so you stood in dirty water. No housekeeping!

The hotel was clean and respectful. The biggest problem was the odor. They allowed in room smoking.

If I could give NO STARS, I would. Extremely disappointed in my stay. We were supposed to have three nights. We cancelled the next two nights immediately and stayed at a totally different hotel. My boyfriend and I had been traveling on the road for a bit and we were visiting family in the Charlotte area. Photos online made the place look a little cleaner that it really was. Front desk staff was very friendly when we arrived, only good thing about our time here. We arrived just in time, they close the desk at 11PM. First floor smelt like a dirty locker room and moldy laundry. Also, seeing as every other suite I have stayed in that has the "kitchen" set up always had at least utensils, cups, plates. There is a stove top but they don't supply you with a pot or pan to cook with. We were so happy that we did not stop to grab food to bring back to cook before we came, otherwise I would have been even more disappointed in this hotel. There is no garbage can for the room, only one little one in the dingy bathroom with no shower curtain. I understand we had a smoking room, but all the blankets had a bunch of holes from former guests, ash and dirt on the wall and the ceiling, no screens on the window so if left open a bunch of bugs will fly in, and the TV remote didn't work. The king bed was large, but not comfortable at all. They have two extra extra small pillows. Horrible sleep. Like I said, we were so disappointed.

A bit costly but comfortable. Cleaning service is a bit lacking. All and all it has a great location. Close to many restaurants and attractions.

You get what you pay for. The receptionist was pleasant. The people hanging in the parking lot after dark were sketchy. The aroma of marijuana in the hallways was pleasant (unless you don't like that smell). The room was kind of small and fairly clean. The mold and mildew on the shower curtain and walls not so pleasant. Did not see any bed bugs. Can't wait to come back.

Convenient to concord mills mall. Rooms are average size for 2 beds. After checking in, the above guests were extremely rude by stumping on the floor non stop for hours. Complained to the front desk. Requested to switch room and the above guest to be discussed with. No resolution provided. Complained and request for a new room 2nd time. Almost left with refund requested but stayed due to room accommodation after 2 request and 5 hours of listening to the above guests stumping on the floors.

The staff was good, but the hotel needs a lot of improvement. They hotel need to fix the front door it's not secured at all. The rooms need to be updated. They ran out of supplies and clean linens everyday. The cost of the hotel was a reasonable price.

Was there for 3 months for work in the area, and this place was amazing. Within good distance to the mall and various restraunts and stores, but also quiet and enjoyable.

The place is horable. Very dirty the hallway smells like weed! You have a kitchen with nothing in it! Wi-Fi doesn't work no iron, No hair dryer they give you 1 bar of soap 2 towels for 2 people 2 night stay. I give them negative — 5. Do not stay here!

Smell of marijuana punched me in the face. It was 28 degrees outside, but window was wide open with A/C running at full blast (to get rid of the marijuana? ). Linoleum floors hadn't been wiped, swept, or mopped. The carpet was filthy. There were pebbles, clouds of dirt, dental floss, bits of trash. No way it had been vacuumed. No paper towels in the kitchenette (with appliances from the 80's or 90's). Three of the four lights didn't work. When I pulled the sheets back on the bed there were pubic hairs everywhere. I suddenly feel like there are bugs crawling all over my body and scalp, but that might be me feeling grossed out. I've been here less than two hours, and I'm leaving. Oh, the girl at the front desk was very sweet natured and polite. I liked her.

Worst stay ever. Mold on shower curtain, and window. Shelf over A/C unit about to fall off. My non smoking room was over smoking area and A/C unit sucked in smoke. Toenails on the floor. Tried to mop up bathroom floor with bath mat and bottom of mat was brown from floor, TV broke and wires hanging, freezer needed defrosting 4 months ago. Washers say $1.75 but was charged $1.90. Don't ask front desk for change, they don't give it. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke bad. Elevator his nasty and buttons have to push real hard. Slept on top of covers fully clothed because I was afraid to get under them.

Arrived 10pm, using stairway to 3rd floor lady sitting on floor smoking like a locomotive. Throughout facility heavily perfumed with cigarette smoke. Arrived at assigned room, the cigarette stench in our room was as if someone had just vacated it upon our arrival. Housekeeping staff apparently here for just a check, no pride in their work. Room was dirty, grease all over refrigerator, stove filthy with burner units full of burned food. Microwave hideous. The room doesnt appear to have been vaccumed in gosh knows when, as there are clothing tag ties on floor from someone else. Thank heaven, I travel with my own personal cleaning supplies. AC is a joke. The bath tub is so narrow the shower curtain kept sticking to my wet body. This place is in desperate need of a change, starting with management.

Made a late reservation (about an hour before they closed), but when we arrived after hours, no one was on staff and our reservation had not been processed. The night auditor (who was very kind) attempted to help us but could not locate the reservation because the system was down. Instead, she made a copy of my id and card and gave us a room to stay in off the books until morning staff could process it. When we arrived on our floor, after making our way up a very musty smelling elevator, we noticed our non-smoking room was actually a smoking room. And, when we got to the room, the TV was on and there were people in our beds! The worst part is there wasn't even anyone to complain to/seek additional help from as no one was on staff at the desk.

The location was excellent. There were shopping stores, and restaurants. The service was good and the rooms were nice.

Housekeeping is pathetic, don't get room service and when you ask for it, they do a half assed job. Reception is only open certain hours so if its after hours and something happens then your screwed.

Pretty nice place to stay if your going to be there for a few day's. Its close to the race track and has tons of room in side. It also has a pretty nice kitchenette.

I don't know where to start from the horrible Wi-Fi to the blood sucking bed bugs just absolutely terrible… $95 hotel for what? Just a very dirty hotel…

Rooms are never clean, internet doesnt work, parking is terrible and seems like most ppl that stay here dont sleep and have ppl knock on their door all hours of the night. I have to stay here for work and hate it never get a full night sleep.

Great place with good price and amenities. Very friendly staff with a great location. Can't say anything bad about the place. Only thing that would be nice is free breakfast but that would be asking a lot.

Horrible. The rooms are not kept clean. Me and my wife stopped there for one night and when we got to the room I pulled the sheets back. The bed had public hair. I asked the front desk to change the bed while we went to get some dinner. When we got back the bed was made but still had hair in it. We never took the bags off the cart. When we asked for a refund the front desk said no problem. I was then charged three nights and had to continue to call the hotel two weeks later to have charges reversed. Go somewhere else and spend the little extra cash. The Hampton Inn suites was lovely for thirty extra dollors it is right down the road.

This hotel is absolutely NASTY! Trashcan over flowing trash food and crums litter the hallway I almost lost my shoes in the elevator due to the sticky floor this is all before I got to the room. Upon entering the room the stench was unbelievable! one of those real Nostril singer's it must have ben coming from the rotting FOOD in the A/C vent the bathroom was covered in soap scum from not being wiped EVER the carpet was sticky! This place is hotel HELL! Management should be fired along with the cleaning crew if they keep there home as nasty as they do this hotel room God can only imagine the filth these worker's live in. Spend your money elsewhere. I just about forgot about the beer drinkers in the LOBBY trying to pick up my wife as she booked the room sorry morons she's taken lol idiots.

Seemed decent enough at the time. Good for the price. However, I picked up bedbugs from this hotel and will not be going back.
