This hotel had nice clean rooms, loved the size of the room and the bed. Pleasant friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel has been done lots of remodeling in room and nice loony too, hotel manager was very friendly with great customer service. Price was very reasonable. I will repeat this hotel.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Very clean rooms and spacious. The staff was friendly and very helpful with all questions we asked about the area. They also suggested some places to check out. The location was great, close to many things to do and see. Felt very safe here! Will stay here again!

Very clean and the staff is great. Will make sure to stay here the next time in town. It was very quite and peaceful. No kids running around and no load noise. I like the area with places to dine and things to do. And the location is fantastic.!

Place does not get the most welcoming vibe. Ended up not staying at the location and went to the economy Lodge a few miles away. That said, looks like they had a decent breakfast bar.

The Free breakfast was a joke. Packaged Pastries and stale coffee. Oj from a carton. The room was tidy and clean. Needs updating. The shower pressure was horrible! Only stay here if you need a quick overnight stay.

Clean, and the staff was pleasant. If I need a room ever again, I would return.

Roaches! Stinks of weed, Door's are heavily damaged to the point to where you can see around the edges, Mine I was able to open without the key just by giving a slight nudge! Worst hotel i've ever stayed in and I have stayed in a. 5star hotel before!

Have stayed here for car events for 20 years excellent room s and reasonable rates great staff.

Explicitly asked for non-smoking room due to allergies and asthma. It smells like they just put a “do not smoke” sign in the smoking room to sell it. Disgusting.

It was clean, quiet (even the the trains passing), good air conditioning, but toilet flushed slowly. I didn't take a shower but I don't think it had good water pressure. Good for a quick, unplanned, nights sleep.

The owners were nice and acommondating. Pet friendly. There was 2 cleaning ladies. One gave a lick and a promise. The other one did a professional job. You could tell she took pride in her job. And She teaches her daughter to do the same, she comes with her sometimes while schools out.

Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. For the price, the room was perfect, just what we needed. They held our reservation, even though we were really late getting in… We had horrible weather and construction delays. Mind you, we called and told them we would be late… when we arrived the proprietor was pleasant and kind. No complaints. This is a low budget hotel… don't expect luxury amenities. It ain't The Ritz…

At first glance I was extremely hesitant and had I been able to get my money back from the reservation I would have stayed somewhere else. The overall "feel" of the place wasn't very good. The room had this weird "old" smell to it, but least it was clean. I was also very impressed (sarcasm) noticing two other guests (I think) hanging out on the stairs, who later asked me if they could "bum a ciggy". IMO, it has great potential and it's in a very convenient location… just really really needs some renovating/updating/remodeling. If you're desperate then it works. The prices are def affordable, but in this case you truly do get what you pay for.

The interior looks better than the exterior. Might be a sketchy area as well.

Basic overnight stay, clean room with crisp sheets & towels. Fairly quiet dispite train that ran just behind office. Refrigerator, Microwave & Hair Dryer worked. Soap & small shampoo bottle. Nice LCD panel TV. Comfy bed. Pet fee is a little much at $25/per night in Concord NC, Oct 2016.

The staff was really nice, and if you just need a room for a night it's fine. My biggest complaint is that the bed and pillows were really uncomfortable… like REALLY uncomfortable. Definitely could use some renovating.

Older hotel, but don't be fooled because this place is great! Friendly, concerned staff. We didn't have a single problem while staying here and, in top of that, a great value! Clean rooms and clean propeety.

I really enjoyed my stay at this motel. It was clean and all the items in the room were up to standard the staff was very nice and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone it is affordable and worth the money. I will stay at this motel when returning to charlotte.

Not updated but the room was decently clean. Room was very humid and hot even with AC on.

Good place to stay for the price that you pay. We stayed for a night after a long day of shopping around Charlotte. The hotel was right off the freeway with was great for us to navigate to, but noisy. It was also right by the train tracks. The room itself was nice and clean and the bed was well made and comfortable! The staff was very friendly when we checked in! Only downfall was the train!

Great value for a nights stay. Room was clean, front desk staff was friendly. Only negative was the location near a train track, so earplugs are recommended.

My overnight stay was uneventful. The room was clean, plenty of hot water and good pressure. Juice and pastries in the morning supplied by hotel. $59 in this area was very reasonable. Big flat screen TV was new. Entry to the motel was confusing however not an issue. I was visiting fron NY and was very satisified. I slept like a baby.

A clean and well maintained establishment for a very reasonable price. The Manager is outstanding, very friendly, particularly during World Cup Cricket!

Very clean professional staff. Comfortable bed had a great night sleep. Don't be discouraged by the parking lot.
