Beautiful hotel. My wife and I were selected as guests of the day and got our room upgraded to their suite which was a super nice surprise! Hotel had lots of amenities and great service. Would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed overnight wasn't too impressed. But the main reason I booked the hotel room was for the hot tub which was awesome and relaxong, friendly staff the was a party going on down stairs but you would've never known it. To sum up my stay at hilton garden inn it was lovely.

One of the best hotel experiences my wife and I have had! Staff was exceptionally nice, rooms were exceptionally clean, and the facilities such as the pool and fitness area were well taken care of! We also had a great time at the bar our first 2 nights thanks to the wonderful bartender! Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else while visiting Concord! Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Pretty good. Seems newer, and given the price is probably worth it. That said, if you can stay at the Holiday Inn down on University I think that's the better hotel.

We had a wonderful stay, I stayed for my birthday and everyone was incredibly nice and gave us everything we asked for, I got a flat tire and Troy helped me change it with a smile on his face, rooms were clean and nice, will definitely come back and go to other HGI locations! Love this place.

I would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful hotel. Clean and nicely appointed. Professional and friendly staff! Very accommodating to specific needs and preferences. Special mention to: Devante, mgr; Jenna; Lorraine; and even Joshua the chef who came out to see if our bfast was okay. Food was very good! They have a bar and restaurant on the premises, which is very important to us when we are traveling for hours on the road. Would stay here again in the future. jj.

I attended a professional development school for my job that was hosted at the Hilton Garden Inn this past Wednesday. I have a 2 month old at home and I am still breast feeding, therefore I cannot go several hours without pumping when I am away from him. The staff here were extremely helpful in finding a private place for me to pump and even offered to store my milk in a refrigerator until the school was over. If they had not taken the time to help me I would have been in a sticky situation. Thank you for your hospitality!

Room and facility are consistent with other Hilton properties. I appreciate consistency and predictability when booking my stays. Staff was very courteous. Room was very clean and modern. Beds are comfortable however pillows leave a lot to desire, but this is consistent with many chains I have stayed in.

Rooms are very clean and the staff are friendly. Just an FYI, watch the edges of the bed! You will not have your knee caps by the end of your stay. The matress is smaller than the bed frame on the bottom and it is hard to see in the lighting. We must have ran into it a hundred times. Other than that nice amenities through out the hotel!

Stopped in for a quick local get-a-way. All of the staff were very accommodating. Especially Mariam in the breakfast area! She is so helpful and takes amazing care of her guests. Jeremiah at the front desk is very helpful and inviting. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. The service was perfect, the 24 hour convenient center and free coffee/water/tea in the lobby was so nice, and the room was incredibly clean. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Nice place, good ambience. Has got parking facilities and wheelchair accessible entrance and exit. Was there for a birthday party, the hall is good to hold 200-250 people. The place is clean and the staff is friendly, overall a good place to organize and host events.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable. It has a really good breakfast menu. The staff was helpful and extremely friendly. I recommend it to anyone going to Concord, North, Carolina to see a NASCAR race. Great location — it’s only about two minutes from the speedway! Use Lyft — super convenient!

Room was big and clean, breakfast was good. Service, however was excellent! Would definitely recommend it.

The rooms were very nice, and so was the hotel staff. Everything was very clean, which I appreciated! The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't have a free breakfast buffet in the morning, but the lobby was so nice and the Wi-Fi was free, so it didn't bother me that much. There are a lot of restaurants down the street to eat at. They also have a restaurant and a bar in the lobby, if you're interested in that.

I was there for a convention. This is a great space for a small convention/meeting. The space is clean and convenient but, most of all, the staff is very friendly and personable. The lobby was very cozy and had a lot of different types of seating. I did not use a sleeping room but I would not hesitate to book a room.

Very clean, excellently appointed rooms. Two huge TVs in my suite. Comfortable bed. No free breakfast. Even if you make your own waffle or cold cereal, it's about 7 bucks.

Picked up passengers as an Uber driver and the staff helped coordinate their ride and was helpful in getting them to my car in a timely manner.

Excellent accommodations. 24hr fitness. Pool area with jacuzzi. Amazing breakfast. Staff is over the top friendly. Not only do I highly recommend it I plan on making a return trip just to go back to this hotel.

Outstanding. With the Hilton app I was checked in before I even arrived. Digital key for the room was so sweet. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Will stay again.

Great location next to the highway, the Mills, food, and lots of attractions. The rooms appear to have great soundproofing and the windows had double pane glass which meant that I did not hear any outside noise despite me being a very light sleeper. Everything at the property appeared newer and well kept and the staff was courteous and professional. Overall for the price we paid it was an excellent day.

This is a really well kept and managed Hilton Garden. Clean and up-to-date. Friendly staff. Great location near shopping and the Charlotte Motor Speedway. Highly recommended hotel.

It certainly wasn't awful, but I wasn't thrilled with my stay. I'm pretty easy to please and usually stay in the Comfort Suites, H. Inn Express, Hampton Inn category and I sort of consider this a half-step up. I noticed right away that there were some housekeeping issues that stood out. I took some photos that I won't share here but might forward to management. Anyway, these weren't egregious issues but something I wouldn't expect. Then I later realized that the AC would not cool the room below 74 degrees. If there's one thing that can ruin my stay it's not being cool enough to sleep well. I didn't realize until about 2:00 am that the room wouldn't cool down. I set the t'stat to 60 and the next morning the room temp was still 74. And then there's the thing that kind of really gets me (I understand it, but I don't 'get' it) about paying a little more to step up to the next category of hotel and them not offering complimentary breakfast. So anyway, the hotel was nice, folks were pleasant, location was good with several other decent brand hotels in the neighborhood.

Hotel was clean and modern with a good staff. It felt up to the quality standard of all other Hilton hotels I have stayed at. The only complaints I had was the lack of a complimentary breakfast. My friends were given a free upgraded suit which was nice for them. I believe it was their first time at a Hilton Garden Inn. Overall the expire ce is what is expected from a Hilton but nothing above and beyond.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever been to. That's not some empty praise, it really is an amazing property. The staff is among the friendliest I've ever encountered, and while the brand is headed towards business travelers, the amenities present are plenty enough for my family. Very convenient layout. The only thing they need is a few more luggage carts. This is my go-to place when I'm in CLT.

I only visited the bar to meet friends attending a wedding. Several guests were staying there and the shuttle picked us up from the hotel. I only visited the bar for a bit, and the bartender was very nice. The hotel was clean and inviting, and all staff that I encountered were professional and friendly!

From the moment you walk in the doors the atmosphere is inviting. Front desk staff friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Indoor pool and hot tub… I could spend all night describing, however there is a cold beverage with my name on it.

Absolutely great! I have no complaints! The service & breakfast was wonderful! The rooms were also clean! I was there when the pipes broke as well but working for a water company I understand this is something that you can't control but thankfully we had a whirlpool in our room:) Keep up the good work at this hotel!

Was here to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary, and to visit my uncle who is sick in the hospital. This is a great property, excellent service, great rooms, we came here for the pool and hot tub, unfortunately it was closed shortly after we arrived as the fire department deemed it unsafe after a water line broke and water started pouring out of light fixtures in the pool area, if this had not occurred I would have given them 10 stars, for the room rates, cleanliness, and service was top notch!

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast was 9.99 and the hot items were not fresh bacon n sausage! Other then that it was a GREAT stay the Staff was friendly the room was CLEAN the bar was GREAT!

Was there for a seminar. Great food and facilities. Was on oar with a courtyard. These garden inns are a step above other hotels. I have an excellent experience every time I stay at one.

Yup One Star. I applied for a job here, just to get turned down after several interviews & a walk through of the facility. Why waste someone's time & call them like your interested in their work ethic & keep them coming back for several interviews & then not hire them? Not to mention all of the messages I left for the house keeping manager & she never returned any of my calls. Very unprofessional. Last time I went, she tells me that she decided to go with another person who was more experienced. Okay, no problem? But why waste my time if you weren't interested from the jump? 2? Who needs experience just to wipe, vacuum, wash linen, clean a toilet etc…? That's common sense things that you do at your own home? Assholes.

The service was excellent very friendly staff, however the beds are hard and there is no free breakfast! Like what hotel doesn't at least offer a free continental? Very disappointed there are many other hotels in the area that I would stay at instead.
