Staying here was a great experience. The employees were very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and no pets allowed which was a win win. I will definitely stay here again!

Another great experience in Charlotte! We had a very comfortable and restful stay at the Wingate Wyndham by Charlotte Speedway.

Our family had a great time at the Concord Great Wolf Lodge! We will likely go back again someday, as long as we get another good deal.

Went here while in Charlotte with a day pass and had a blast swimming! My daughter loved the wave pool! We also stopped by the arcade on the way out.

Check in was crazy! Me and my partner were greeted with a rude dismissive attitude from todd. Very condescending!

The breakfast was unsatisfactory compared to other holiday inns. The scrambled eggs had a funny taste and the oatmeal was undercooked.

Stayed there for a few days and my experience was great. The staff was very friendly and attentive and my room was cleaned and organized. I had no issues. Highly recommended.

Free Breakfast beware!. Refrigerator-cold boiled eggs possibly boiled 1 or 2 days earlier. Unable to peal to eat. Frozen butter so forget about that for waffles. Everything else.

Nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. There was complimentary water and they were quick to provide any additional needs during our stay.

We came to Concord to deliver a small seminar. We were looking for someplace we could not just rent rooms but also use a space to deliver our seminar. SpringHill Suites fit the bill.

Under construction, new paint was hard on breathing. Had two rooms found some mode in one room, something over looked by house keeping. My other room was ok, had to get a TV control from front desk.

Love staying here. The front desk people are super nice and always helpful!

I truly enjoyed my stay especially because of the staff. There were several staff members that helped to make my stay that much more enjoyable.

We have been staying here for the same weekend for the past 15 years. This is the first time the breakfast was lacking in that there were so many people and it was not replenished in a timely manner.

Ok so Not only is it a beautifully kept hotel, the main manager lady (amber) is the friggin best!

Clean, comfortable, convenient, and most reasonable $$. If you don't need housekeeping making your bed everyday, willing to take out your garbage, and pick up your towel change outs at the front desk

Steph was amazing right from when I walked through the doors. She greeted me in a very kind manner and explained everything to me in a very simple way. I couldn’t ask for a more kind front desk lady.

Steph at the front desk was so great and so friendly. Knew the area and was easy to talk to. Gave us great recommendations. Room is basic but great for the price.
