This is the 2nd time we've stayed at Homewood Suites in Concord and this is the 2nd time we have been impressed. Our suite is spacious enough, the sheets, towels and wash cloths smell clean (fabric softener clean). The television in our room looks to be a 40 inch. We have a full-size refrigerator along with a stove, dishwasher and plenty of eating utensils. The staff have been extremely friendly and accommodating if we need extra towels, wash cloths, etc. And they have voluntarily pointed out local attractions. For us, Homewood Suites is definitely worth the money and we will be staying here again!

The staff is amazing room very clean I recommend you check them out I will stay again we I come back to the area.

Very nice and well kept grounds and parking area. The walk ways are wide and litter free. The lobby is very nicely decorated and the staff is very professional and courteous. There is a wonderful fireplace on a wall that immediately puts you in a relaxed mood. Our room in so very nice with a kitchenette and small living room area and it is set up with appliances and cookware. This is 2nd time we have stayed here and whenever we are in this area it is the place we prefer to stay every time ❤️

These people are the worst! My husband booked two rooms for the family on labor day weekend and should check out Monday. We are now being told that they dont have hot water and someone should have told us! well they didn't! I have hot water at home and should have hot water when I go to a hotel! How do you tell a 5 year old and my other children they have to take cold showers! This hotel if full with no rooms left and they feel this is the right thing to do. I want all my money and I will never be back! Did not apologize or anything! I really didn't want to give them any stars but… We are at wolf lodge now and they are great! Its cheaper and the kids love it! I can sit on my patio and see this hotel and wonder how many people left this morning upset and wanting full refunds. I'm so happy wolf lodge help turn this bad experience around. The Roberson family are happy again.

Nice clean place. The pool and the basketball court was an added bonus for us while we were here. Janitorial services employees were super nice an helpful. I requested a good view of the amenities here an I believe I got the best view possible. Thanks Team! 1st Impression Is Best Impression.

I have stayed at some very nice places but this one is the top of my list! Room was amazing the food was amazing! Loved this place! Never imagined the room would be this big and this nice!

A great hotel! This property seemed very new; the rooms, public spaces and grounds were spotless! Clean and comfortable and also fairly close to the PNC Charlotte for our Slayer concert in June!

Very nice place. Kitchen well-equipped. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom nice and clean. Pool and barbecue area in excellent shape. Would highly recommend for Extended Stay. Lots of restaurants and stores close by. Easy access off of major interstate system. Stayed there for 10 days while visiting Charlotte Motor Speedway. Staff friendly courteous and willing to help in all situations. Very rarely do you have such a nice stay at a hotel. Kind of pricey though. Breakfast buffet was more than ample. They offer weekday evening snacks which are more like meals. Well done Homewood!

Your room service workers seems to have been rationing my soap and body lotion essential and I'm not happy about that. I dont think this hotel would be my choice on my next visit. All I get to sustain me is only a bar soap? Not good.

There was plenty of parking. The hotel was great. Clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was simple and good. There is a pool and basketball court.

This is the nicest Homewood Suites we have ever stayed in. Wonderful staff, very clean and welcoming suites. The breakfast food was delicious, coffee amazing and plentiful. Our stay here was for a wedding but as I told Drew, the manager, we might just drive from Alabama to stay again! A+.

We are in love with Homewood Suites. We just started staying at them this past year and fell In love with them. Love the rooms with the full modern kitchens and living room. They’re fresh and modern with all the amenities. We also love the staff there, they’re always friendly and accommodating. I even love all the extras the hotel has to offer. They have Kids books in a few languages in the lobby for families to read, a little mini store, comfortable seating in the lobby, laundry mat and a wonderful free breakfast in the morning. Our adult kids enjoyed the basketball court, pool area and they even have a bar and a place to grill your own food outside as well. We will definitely will continue to stay at all your Homewood Suites on our travels.

Very basic accommodations not too bad for an extended stay hotel although it was under construction it was still not too bad. It was quiet centrally located close to several food places including Wendy's and Hooters. We were greeted nicely and offered information about a shuttle service to the event we were attending. Bed was comfortable there was basically no view only that of the back parking lot but then again we weren't there for the view. Even though it was very hot swimming pool was not open yet so we didn't get a chance to swim in the 90-plus degree weather. Overall visit was okay for the price.

This place is going to surprise you. Everything from the wonderful staff to the clean well stocked rooms is 5 star. The breakfast was very good. We checked in late and asked for a restaurant close by. Well they pointed us to the dining room where they served dinner also. What a savings. We will stay here as often as we can.

I had reserved handicap parking, which made it very difficult for me to get back to hotel. I believe General parking would not have that same problem. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Clean and spacious, the room felt like home with a full fridge and kitchen. Tv was big and got direct TV so lots of channels. Large vanity was perfect for 2 people getting ready in the morning. Enjoyed the free breakfast, especially the waffles. Location was perfect; near attractions but still quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was really nice. It had an actual kitchen area, not a kitchenette. The the double bedroom was huge with plenty of space. There was a really nice bathroom in the bedroom. Everything was updated. We'll definitely be staying at other Homewood Suites.

This place truly makes you feel at home! The rooms are clean, the decor is nice, the beds are very comfortable! But what makes this place above all the other's? Is the incredible team of manager's and very hard working staff! Zach at the front desk went above and beyond to make my birthday weekend very memorable! I appreciate everything you did for me! You are one of a kind!

Our room was very spacious with a living room, small kitchen and large bedroom with 2 queen beds. The room was very clean and provided everything been needed for a good night's rest. The beds are very comfortable.

I've always preferred Homewood Suites hotels and this one was no disappointment. Beautiful hotel with extremely pleasant and accommodating staff. Charlotte, NC, is a beautiful town and I highly recommend both Homewood Suites AND Charlotte and its people!

Our two bedroom suite was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast but still good. I would stay there again.

I super Charm is a super comfortable place to stay and the employees are very friendly and respectful.

If you like the hotel newly built, you would love the new and clean smell. Feels like more than a home and well taken care of. Specious and most importantly it has a kitchen if you travel often. I like my meal home cook. I want to say great staff, too.

Basic business hotel with kitchen etc. It was ok, quite good. No real issues. Oh maybe one, my room had a light shining through because it was just outside the window, so room was never dark. Breakfast decent, no decent restaurants around though … worst place I've been to with regards to eating in the area.

The service was welcoming, I would revisit again if the chances come around. The rooms are neatly and clean, breakfast was good, better than other places.

This is by far the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in! My family of four got the one bedroom suite and it is so spacious and comfy just like home! Thank you to all the staff for making it so clean and nice. Always greeting us every time we walk in. We can't wait to come back and I'm sure this will be the only hotel we stay in anymore!
Oh but if I had to complain, there is no indoor pool and the outdoor pool was freezing so we never got to swim in September.

Best place to stay for a family. 4 adults and 3 kids slept comfortably and ate heartily. Super clean and nice!

We travel across the country and stay in a ton of hotels. This was probably the best value hotel we have EVER stayed at. The hotel was very clean, rooms were large, and the little things the hotel did throughout the stay was nothing short of amazing. We wish every city had this exact hotel. We will be back next year to stay when we visit zMAX Dragway. We also know where we will be making our event host hotel as well.

This is one of the nicest stays I've had at a hotel. Super friendly staff, clean and large rooms with kitchen. Breakfast, dinner and 2 drinks included in overnight stay. Hard to beat.

Very good experience. Clean and quiet! I stayed on the 5th floor and didn't hear any noise at night whatsoever.

Great location close to PNC Pavilion & other attractions. Many dining choices close by. Rooms are super clean & modern. Would definitely stay again!

Rooms are excellent. Spacious and clean. Provides basketball court and pool with a really cool outside patio. Definitely coming back.

Very excellent! The room is way above what I thought it would be. It is so close to Concord Mills, so I can shop and come back in 6 minutes or so. Has an outdoor pool and basketball court. Great breakfast!

We spent our Easter break at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Concord North Carolina. Talk about being welcomed and being made to feel right at home! From the front desk to breakfast in the morning, we could not have met a more gracious, kind and attentive group of people. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. The staff was absolutely wonderful to us and especially to our 9 year old daughter Samantha. We would highly recommend if you are in the Charlotte/Concord area that you stay at this property. Not only was the staff delightful but we met so many other people who were staying there. We would especially like to thank Chrissy, Tangela (our new daughter… lol! ), Berniece, Whitney and the rest of the front desk staff! You are all amazing! Thank you from Steven, Carol and Samantha.
