We had driven from DC and were worn out. We had no reservation and just needed one night. Check in was a breeze; they assisted with our luggage and elevator access. Our suite is huge and nicely appointed, particularly since we require handicap accessible. Love the toiletry products in the shower. A BIG BONUS — the Bistro to Go was a lifesaver. Tremendous overall value. We’ll be back.

Excellent hotel in a great location right off the highway. Close to many attractions. Large clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs during my stay were filled. I came for the Coca-Cola 600 and on race day the front staff supplied me with bottles of ice cold water to take to the track as the temperatures were in the high 90s.

Love this hotel. I've traveled several times this year and stayed at Hiltons, every experience was horrible. This hotel knows how to take care of their guests. The employees are professional, nice, and enjoyable. Rooms are great, clean and relaxing. Thank you for a hotel experience the way it should be. I have definitely been reassured that Hiltons have went downhill and I will never stay at one again if I can help it.

We had an absolute great time at Courtyard by Marriott in Concord. It was easy to book and the room was fantastic. We had been traveling most of the day and we were able to get a good nights sleep. Unfortunately, when we left the next morning, I left a pair of earrings that had been gifted to me on my birthday from my love and only one was turned in to the front desk. Although one was turned in, the staff have continued to look for it and I appreciate them more than words can express! So, for that, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through that area!

The staff was amazing! They helped me get through the heavy, spring loaded room door when I was alone, helped me move my bags in, and even moved a table for me, and they all did these things with a smile. My husband and I LOVED the pillows, too. The wheelciar accessible room I had was the most easy-to-navigate wheelchair accessible room I've ever been in! I could reach the room air controls as well as the bedside outlets, and move around the room with compete ease. … The only negative I had about the sleeping area was that I couldn't reach the bedside light switch when in bed. The bathroom, however, had some issues. Even in a tall power chair, I couldn't see my face in the mirror, and if I needed to transfer to the toilet, the scant 20" space beside it was too narrow for most wheelchairs. I also found the light in the bathroom to be so dim that applying makeup (using a hand mirror) was mostly guess work based on experience. Still, getting IN the bathroom was a breeze, which can't be said for all accessible bathrooms, and I made do. If the bathroom had been as great as the sleeping side, this would have been a 5 star rating. I would stay there again!
