Nice and clean room good rates every thing is right go and see first great I will stay again.

Owner is very accommodating. Clean rooms. Right off the I 90 interstate.

Good place to go anytime if you need place to stay cheap had no problems everything works free Wi-Fi breakfast on weekdays free parking TV Netflix coffee anything you need shower I would recommend this to anybody who needs a hotel or a place to stay it's awesome place To say, Room was clean. Nice bed, Nice bath. Was surprised that they have forty inch smart TV's Wi-Fi fast. Was a pleasant stay and a real plus to be able to watch Net Flicks. Close to New York Throughway and next to all the food joints and shopping, Me and my daughter stay here when we come in town the staff is nice and they are very sweet with my child they take time to make us feel important and call us by name as we enter it's a great place to stay nice clean rooms and great rate.

Insist my husband to drive here just to found out the affordable "budget" rate listed is outdated! While the staff is friendly, she explained "its" for winter rate thus we decided to walk out and stay somewhere else with similar rate and consistent reviews. In case you saw and tempted with interesting "budget" rate for this place?! Please don't hesitate to call and confirm the rate OR just book online to secure a better rate.

Dirty, rooms are in really bad shape, old blankets, horrible breakfast, I had to jump through hoops to get the lady to honor my price I got it for online. Didn't feel safe at this place. Towels had stains on them. Even at the 65 I got it for online it was still over priced.

I wish I could give this place a negative rating. Room was dirty, (had someone else cigarette buds on the floor) had no towels, no toilet paper, walls were very thin. Horrible, horrible… Negative 3 stars.

It was last minute and the price I was looking to pay. By sister has stayed here so I called and got a, king size bed in a nice comfy room. It was furnished with a microwave and a dorm fridge. I found the TV was a smart TV way late, but I honestly didn't care. Check out is 11. I entered the room thinking it was going to be a simple room, but I was impressed how cute the towels were folded. That extra effort didn't go unnoticed. Plan to visit again. Staff was nice especially since I arrived at 3 a. M. Still respectful and friendly.

Wish I could rate less the room stunk and the heat didn't work properly and the truck parking was very small very disappointed.

Me and my friend stayed there every weekend for two years we love the staff they know us by name they are always accomidating to our needs and causr we have stayed so long they dont wakr us up in morning and we love the cleaning crew rose especially thank u knightd inn from crystal n kay.

The room smelled disgusting. I complained about it and when the man came into my room he even made a face cause he smelled how bad it was. All he did was spray some cleaner which was only going to work temporarily. When I complained again later on the night I asked to be switched to another room but there were only smoke rooms and they smelled even worse. While he was showing me the smoke rooms he asked me way too many personal questions like if I was alone and where I'm from. When going back to my room I asked if he can spray some more cleaner and he tried asking me if I wanted to see the room he has in their office. Pervert. Disgusting place and had spiders in my bath tub.

Never Ever Stay Here! First room had such a heavy urine and chemical smell. Bathroom floor so slick with something that my husband fell and bruised his back and and hit his head on the door frame. He was wearing good sneakers. Owner blamed it on him being overweight to our face. Moved us to 2nd room just as bad. 3rd room disabled room shower head fell off and the comforters and chairs had bad stains.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because it won't let you post without 1. The night attendant was rude and not clean herself. Places of business should require all employees to wear sleeves. Undergarments are ment to be warn not seen. The only thing clean in the room was the new mattresses. Lock was broken off the door and the window glass was busted. There are many more places to stay up the street. Keep going!

Total dump… stay away! You've been warned!

We (my son and I) have been staying at the Knights Inn since the end of January. We have and still are enjoying our stay here. The owners are very nice people and the accomdations have been very comfortable. I myself wold recommend anyone to stay here if they need a hotel.

Booked a room with two double beds online. The lady at the front desk was rude when I walked in, was talking on the phone with what seemed like a friend or family member. She gave me a room with one bed. Tv is ancient, picture is pink and fuzzy and the remote didn't work. Not worth the money, red roof is just down the road and cheaper.

Disgusting! Not worth the compromise in price.

Had a room booked for this weekend when called to request early check in I was told that the hotel has closed for renovations and is no longer super 8

The front desk lady was crazy and rude. Does not have services advertised. One of those services is Wi-Fi, so if you want to work from the road et cet stay elsewhere. Bed is a california king, though.

I had no problems here. I spent two nights here and it was fine. It was quiet and the heat worked fine. I wish room service wouldn't bother you in the morning, but that's their job. The room was comfortable and clean. The desk associate was nice and joked with us. All in all, it was worth the money. No complaints. I will go back :-D.

I am originally from Utica so I chose to stay at this hotel. Booked it online, and It seemed decent. Arrived. The help was not very helpful. The room was disgusting. There was a big event in the area so I paid $130 for the room because that was what was left. I felt like I had been ripped off. This was the weekend of May 17th, 08. It was terrible. If the staff were overly nice I think I would have forgotten much of it by now… It smelled too.
