This is a good hotel just like any other hotel I check-in here in the US.
Its cool and comfortable.

The beds are too firm, hard to get a good sleep in without tossing and turning.

My room was clean with a comfy bed, location is very good with food and drinks close. Breakfast was acceptable, but could be improved. Over all I enjoyed my stay and will return in the future.

Nice rooms and friendly staff just like every experience I've had at any Best Western. This particular location has a strange set up, kind of maze like but the staff is great at explaining how to find your way.

This was in a quiet area. Many fast food and convenience store within walking distance. Also a steakhouse nearby too. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Huge selection for breakfast.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing this hotel didn't have was a pool.

Tony was amazing and very hospitable. The stay was great. We were really pleased with the in room microwave and ample space in fridge. The microwaves are a little outdated so it may take 2 runs to warm your food comfortably, but for the price we didn't mind. Comp hot breakfast always got the day started on the right food.

Very friendly service. Awesome showers. Only downside is no microwave or mini-fridge and the extremely small bathrooms — maybe 4’ x 6’.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There is no elevator if you have a room on the second floor of the separate building, so be aware. Security lacked in terms of locked doors that entry from the street. Safest building is the one with a locked entry. Rooms were large, clean and had great temperature control. Aside from the logistics mentioned, I had a nice quick stay here. I would recommend it again based on the cost savings compared with other nearby spots.

Very clean, most rooms are on ground level, king size bed was extremely comfortable, rooms have been redone and you can park your car in front of your room.

Beds are like sleeping on a sheet of plywood and 2×4's and bathrooms I believe where built for children I'm an average size 6'1 230lbs guy and I could barely use the toilet My cousin who is 5'9 145lbs also had a hard time using the toilet as well. The price was good, service was excellent and very friendly. The room was clean with good cable, the breakfast was great lots of items to choose from. The sausage gravy and biscuits with a waffle got me thru late afternoon. If bathrooms where a little bigger and they bought new beds I would give 5 stars. All in all it was a good experience just didn't sleep well.

This is the perfect 5/10, and you pay exactly that. Now remmeber 5/10 isn't bad, it's just average. Best western is the standard hotel, compare all other hotels via your stay at this one.

Staying here short term while work finds us apartments. I wanted a king suite originally, but the regular king room was fine. Space fridge is reasonably sized, but no freezer. Rooms are a little dated, but I slept awesome from the first day. Location is very quiet and there is a LOT of parking space. Glad I stayed here.

Stayed one night enroute to to Rhode Island. The location was near the downtown area and close to several restaurants for supper. The breakfast buffet was very good. Hot, Tasty and plentiful. Room was comfortable and clean. Check in and out was efficient and staff we meet were very helpful. Thanks for the enjoyable stay.

Best bang for your buck. Clean! Nice, pleasant staff at the front desk (Ron) & staff at buffet kept it full and clean & saw them help someone with the waffle maker. Good selection at the included breakfast buffet and all clean and neat. Updated overall front desk, buffet area, and rooms too. Definitely will stay there again. Thank you Best Western.

The rooms have been updated. New heating and cooling unit. Repainted. Bathroom was spotless and bed was comfortable. Only suggestion I would make would be to have a hand grip on the wall in the tub to get into and out of tub. Many updates and newer breakfast setup. Friendly staff.

Clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff. Very roomy with sinks outside bathroom with lots of space. Reasonably priced laundry just 1.50. Easy in and out for access around Utica.

We were very pleased with our stay at this Best Western. This was the first time traveling with our dog and the Pet Friendly section of the motel was perfect. A dog walking area was located a short distance from our room. The staff were friendly and accommodating to every need. We were especially pleased with the completely hot breakfast — — one of the best we have seen while on the road. Staff employee, Iris, even provided us a tray so we could take our meals back to our room. Other motels may appear fancier on the outside, but this one certainly met all of our needs and more than our expectations. Many thanks, Best Western!

The hotel is a bare bones but very functional and convenient stop off the I-90. The room was clean. Some of the staff were very helpful and friendly, others were OK. The room was basic but fit the bill perfectly for an overnight rest. The morning breakfast had decent options, including hot food which we appreciated.

Real nice room. All in great condition. The breakfast area is beautiful. And the breakfast was great. All friendly people everywhere. We'll be back.

The location was great, walking distance from the Utica bus/train station. The room was huge… I had the king size bed, and the internet was a great feature as well. I didn't get to try out the complimentary breakfast, but it smelled great as I was leaving. I did however take advantage of the Denny's across the street from the hotel and it was cool to be able to park right in front of my room. The next time I visit the area I will definitely be driving. Great stay overall!

Staff is great. Outside decor of hotel is being updated and parking lot was just repaired. Rooms are clean and odor free. Kind of the old school hotel/ motel look. Best part of this hotel for the main building that is only 1 story when you leave your room you are in an outside enclosed hallway. This is great on rainy or snowy days for this area.

Great Comfort Inn. Nicest staff ever. Just can't say enough nice comments about the staff. I call the motel for reservations around 12 noon. So helpful and just extra nice. The gift shop was amazing. The ladies who clean the rooms. Everyone was just AWESOME! Clean room. Wish the bathroom had been a little larger, but no biggie. Awesome time.
Will stay there again.

My wife & I stayed in August 2015 en route to Maine while on a northeast vacation. The a/c had quit working on our car before we made it to Utica, so it was an extra wrinkle that the a/c in our room wasn't working too good either. Had to get management to come work on it. I had expected our hotel stays to be a little more expensive in the northeast last year, but even though we had stayed with the Best Western hotel chain at other places, our overnight stay in Utica wasn't a pleasant one. Although bed was fine, had to get management to work on our TV as well in our room.

Decent hotel. Right off 90. Typical breakfast. AC was very noisy. Pleasant staff. Lousy small pillows.

It didn't have a fridge or microwave and breakfast was subpar.

Over all my stay was not bad. Check in went well, walked into a very clean, nice room. I stayed in the pet section which I was expecting to not be as nice but it was a decent room. Breakfast at 6 AM was alright. Nothing special, but not bad. The heat in the room worked very well, the shower water pressure was good and water stayed warm. Only a couple things that needed improvement was when I went to take the blow dryer off the wall it fell apart right off the wall… And funny thing was it still turned on… And the toilet was running non stop. Other then that it was a good stay, the bed was very very comfortable and I will be back again. The staff was friendly as well.

From the outside, it looks like it used to be a motel. The hallways do not have HVAC in them, and are glass enclosures, so they amplify the outdoor weather conditions. When we stayed, it was 80 F outside, and the hallways were hot and humid. The rooms were okay for just needing a place to sleep and rest between activities around town. The sink vanity is detached from the rest of the bathroom, and is in direct line of sight of the door. The rest of the bathroom (toilet and shower) is in a small room with a door. Not much room to move around in the "bathroom". Mattress was very, very firm and not pleasant to sleep on. Free Wi-Fi was iffy. I would probably try a different hotel if I visit the area again.

I stayed here 2 consecutive nights and didn't have any issues. They even let me park a 30 wheeler on the back side of the main building.

It is pretty much what I expect from Best Western. Front staff was great — even called the room within 5 minutes to make sure everything was OK with the room. As a sales Rep, I've stayed in a lot of hotels (including high end ones at +$400/night) and have NEVER (repeat NEVER) received a call asking if everything was good. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Non smoking hotel was in parking lot smoking and was told it was not ok to smoke anywhere on the property.

As good as we could find in the area — crummy service/questionable conditions start at $69 to decent motel at $160 — no discounts for late nite checkin, AAA, AARP — wouldn't meet advertised prices — will avoid the whole area on next travel.

Very expensive for old joint like this. Service not responsive at all, we only ask for one missing towel. After hr od waiting, we cancel order. My advise, anything got to be better than this. Do not get me wrong, its just a hotel, but you got to judge it by the money you spend and service offered as well as the rooms, walkways, the way they look and smell — yes, smell. Breakfast, clean you table first it was dirty and not cleaned on edges — sticky from food Skip the food, go to McDonald's across.
