It looks cool, sounds cool… maybe. But it’s not. The rooms are so small you can barely turn around & the beds are not beds, they’re futons that fold up electrically. The bathroom door & wall is glass so there is no privacy whatsoever. It’s just awful if you’re not a 20-something looking for a place to crash after a night out. If you need a real hotel room & a place to sleep with more than one person. Look elsewhere. The only good thing is the staff was super nice & helpful.

This is my second time at this hotel. I'm from NYC but it's nice to get some quality time with my husband, away from everyone else. The service is great. The staff is nice. Just wish they would have a mini fridge or something to keep your drinks cold.

The place is very futuristic-looking. The service wasn’t very friendly-they seemed very understaffed. Our floor smelled like cigarettes and our room had a lot of stains, black stuff (mold? ) in the shower, and you can tell it was just worn down. Definitely an odd place to stay, but a cost effective option for those looking to stay near Times Square. On the plus side, the bed was comfy!
