Millennium hotel is nice downstairs in lobby, close to timesquare really close. But the room is small windows are dirty furniture is broken falling off hinges. The sprinkler system in my room looks so dirty and grimey I'm afraid it will not work if I needed it too I'm just expecting more for what I paid for 2 nights.

Fantastic location. Hotel I a Bit dated but very Clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Doping a continental Breakfast bag to go due To covid restrictions.
I certainly would stay here again.

Was not what I expected when I got here but the manager upgraded and gave us an awesome room free of charge, and made sure we were satisfied for what I paid for …

The room we stayed in smelled very heavily of smoke, the carpets were dirty with obvious stains and cigarette burns, and there was a fine layer of dust on everything. It was so disgusting that we were afraid to go anywhere in the room (including the bathroom and shower) without shoes or sandals. When we called about changing rooms, we were dismissed and the promised cleaning crews never showed up after an hour of waiting. Trash was never picked up in the room between days, and they did not offer a bag check. Instead, they referred us to a partner business which charged $60 for 2 suitcases and backpacks, with a 6pm surcharge of $39 ($60 if after 9pm and $100 if after midnight).

Love this place. It’s our go to hotel when we visit NYC.

I am very disappointed with the service I received after I drove close to 3 hours to get here. I had a reservation for my birthday which was on Wednesday in one of your Executive Rooms. When I arrived Wednesday night, I had to check in next door at the “Millennium” hotel and was told that the “Premier” was close and therefore you were putting people in the “Millennium”. Well 1st thing this should have been up on your website. Because I booked a room at the”Premier” due to your description of the rooms that was online. Especially the bathroom. Separate shower and bathtub. The viewing area in Time Square. And the amount of square space in the room. After I checked in and went upstairs to my room, I was extremely disappointed in everything. The room was small. I had no space. And the view sucked big time. The bathroom which is a big deal to me sucked as well. It was a common bathroom. I was not happy at all. I went downstairs to the front desk and spoke to the manager, I will say that the manager did put us in another room after me complaining some. But it was nowhere near a room that I expected to be in. And it was way less than the cost of the Executive Room price that we paid. I looked online and I saw how much the room that we was now in cost for the night. It was definitely a major difference in a lower price room. Again I booked a room because online, the “Premier” looked nice and all I wanted was a really nice hotel room with a nice view to relax in for my birthday.

Just stayed a good week on Premier. Wonderful hotel, Big, nice rooms, nice personel. Nice Continental breakfast and Open lounge with Wine and snacks and cheese every Day from 5.30-7 pm. As close to TimesSquare, as you could wish for. Hairdryer, bathrope, slippers, Coffee machine etc. And we could get Coffee all the time in the lounge. Will absolutely stay there again.

If you try to book in there and try to get refund then you are in a wrong place. They dont refund you and neither change your dates… Think twice before you book…

5 Stars This the absolute best location near Midtown and Times Square. The service is impeccable, the staff is friendly and helpful and the amenities are fabulous. The breakfast and happy hour make the cost of a room very reasonable. Additionally, there are complimentary water bottles in the room each day. Love this hotel and the cozy, comfortable atmosphere.

Worst experience in a hotel! Only book ever where we had a deluxe room booked arriving hair urine pillows full of tasks, shower broken and mildew, and I pass the manager Anthony tells us it is normal and that this is what they offer, and that the chamber is suitable to their standards! They will give us an executive suite which was worse than the first! We asked for a refund and we left! The unsanitary conditions of the rooms was amazing!

It only took once to stay at this lovely place to know that every time I am in NYC this is my place of choice. Great view, clean rooms staff was very helpful and nice. Rooms were peaceful and modern. Hotel was close to everything and had a great view to ball in Times Square.

My reservation isn't for another week, and this is already pretty terrible customer service. I was overcharged $750 on my reservation, and have been trying to get this resolved for the past two weeks. I have sent emails and left voicemails, none of which have been returned. Every time I call I get transferred two or three times to people who either have a full mail box, to where I can't leave a message, or an automated voicemail that tells me to email them, which I do, and never get a response. Half the time when I call, they transfer me to a different hotel, and when they ask for my confirmation number, the "Front Desk Manager" tells me that is for the "other hotel" and there is nothing they can do for me. They then give me the number to the "other hotel" which is the same number that I originally dialed, goes to the same hotel operator, who transfers me back to the same person that told me that my reservation is at the other hotel. I was very much so looking forward to this weekend vacation, but this has been terrible thus far.

From the second we walked in this place has been awesome the gentleman at the front desk was so helpful got us setup with an early check in even tho we were hours early super helpful with dinner reservations this place top notch can’t wait to come back here again!

Great location. The hotel room wasn't all that clean but good enough for the price. The room was really dusty and some mold in the bathroom. Also the room is really small. I would stay at this hotel again only if nothing else is available at a reasonable price.

We started our honeymoon tour of the USA here. It's a nice hotel in a good location and the evening drinks and breakfast are a nice touch. The photos here and on the website are a little more lavish than the rooms themselves. Staff are polite and helpful, if you do approach them, but don't go out of their way like other places we have stayed during this trip. We were told prior to the trip that they would arrange a room on a high floor with a great view as a honeymoon treat; this didn't actually happen (we were on the 6th floor, by the elevator, looking onto the street and not Times Square). Overall, a nice place but nothing particularly special.

Stayed here for a recent business trip. Only one person was working in the lobby and had to wait a bit just to be told my room wasn't ready and have my bags stored. The room overall was very spacious for Midtown NYC. It had a shower and bath tub which was much appreciated. The A/C seemed to have problems keeping up. Check out went more smoothly than check in. Overall a good experience and I would stay again!

Very nice boutique Hotel. The facilities are comfortable and clean. The broad room. In the bathroom there is a bathtub and shower. At five and a half serve a free appetizer, you can take a friend and have a few drinks of wine. In the morning they also serve a free breakfast of good quality.
I recommend this hotel. The location is excellent. In six minutes you're on the subway and in 3 minutes you're in Times Square.

I wish I could give a better rating but we had problems. First let me say that the desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was quite adequate as was the wine and cheese in the afternoon. However, the good service ended there. We were there for three nights and begged to get more air conditioning daily. On our last night we managed to sleep most of the night. We requested ice the first afternoon and it never came. I made the same request daily to see what would happen. Nothing. Let's say the front of the house is great, what goes on in the deep dark recesses is zip. The location is wonderful but for $400/night I expected better.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Manhattan, very close to Time Square, very good care and treatment of all who work there, breakfast and brunch in the afternoon, spectacular. It is worth staying at that NYC Hotel. I recommend it.

Fantastic hotel in heart of Times Square. I was getting married at Central Park and we stayed here a week. All staff very friendly and the continental breakfast was a great touch. We stayed in room 1921 great view of anyone is staying here for NYE you can see the ball drop area! Would 100% recommend!

Clean hotel, spectacular location a stone's throw from Times Square! Very friendly and polite staff, ready to give you help even if you don't speak English well. Only flaws breakfast with little choice. Great experience, I recommend it!

Beautiful and Central. I never thought to see Macys stop passing right on the street behind the hotel. Large rooms and comfortable nutritious breakfasts and in the evenings 5pm wines and cheeses. I recommend it.

The hotel has a great location. The rooms and bathroom are very large. Room 523 A little noisy from the street. Some dust is in the bathroom, but otherwise clean. The staff are very nice and hiksbereit. Breakfast is okay. We had actually booked without and so the free breakfast is very welcome. There are croissants, muffins, donuts, bagels, whole grains and normal toast, jam, honey, butter, cream cheese and cheese. Cerialien, milk, pineapple and honey melon. All kinds of coffee, tea and orange juice. It lacks ham and scrambled eggs and there is always the same thing. Overall recommended.

Have stayed here many times. Very nice rooms for NY and close to Times Square and everything else you may want to do. Free continental breakfast and evening wine and snacks on mez level in a very relaxing environment.

Brilliant location for our first NYC trip! It’s on a side road off the centre of Times Square, easy walking distance to shops, broadway theatres, 5th Avenue, Rockefeller and Empire State and for anything further, the subway station is only a few minutes away.
We spent 5 nights here which were very comfortable with a good free continental breakfast that set us up for the day ahead. Considering the location, the outside hustle & bustle was not noticeable. Staff were very helpful and whole place was clean & spacious with good in-room facilities.
Only downside is if you’re tall (over 6ft-ish) you’ll be bending down to wash your hair in the shower.

Would give 3.5 stars if possible. Concierge is excruciatingly slow and not that clever. Charged some random things on my card and took 2 weeks to fix up. Room and hotel was nice and clean and super central though.

The service here was easily the worst service I have ever received in my stay of a hotel in my years of travel. The hotel itself was nice, with good amenities such as the wine at night and breakfast. The rooms were nice, but the service killed my family’s and I entire experience here. Definitely wont be staying again.

Stayed for a business trip in July. In the heart of Times Square. Very helpful staff. Our room was very clean and well appointed. Breakfast bar and evening happy hour room was great.

Nice long and great location. But rooms are super dated. And hot water was spotty. Bed was comfortable though.

Rooms are small, didn't get a late check-out, only good for couples, no shuttle to airport, nothing special that stands out whatsoever. Also, I think it's weird that the check-in counter is basically a computer on a coffee table in a tiny lobby. Since they are "attached" to a real 4-star hotel, they can claim they are a real 4-star but it's closer to 2-star. Also, you can't use any of the real 4-stars amenities. So basically, you're buying a 2-star experience for a 4-star price. Only good thing is location.

This hotel is located in Times Square and very near the Theatre District. We were able to walk to Central Park and the theatre to see Kinky Boots (which I HIGHLY recommend) as well as some nice places to eat. Sadly that was the best thing about this hotel. Our room was surface cleaned only, shower could have been not only cleaner but bigger, it was nearly impossible to wash your feet because there wasn't enough room to bend over to wash them, the shower in my old camper was bigger. There was rarely anyone sitting at the desk in the very tiny lobby we almost always had to look for one. On our way out to explore we forgot to take a bottle of water from our room with us so we asked when we found the clerk in the lobby to which they said sorry we don't have bottled water here, funny thing since they gave us 2 bottles of water on our way up the elevator. Was NEVER told where the breakfast was at, didn't really feel as though we got our money's worth, also the bed left a LOT to be desired.

I stayed overnight for a show and wanted to make it a treat yo' self trip. The room was bright, airy, and comfortable. The bathroom was like the room and very clean. The staff at the front was very nice and I was able to check in early. The elevator was a little terrifying; it moved very fast and you could feel it. It was a little hard to find walking down the street, but worth it. It was only two blocks from the theatre my show was in and near enough to Time Square you didn't have to fear getting mugged, but far enought that you weren't up all night with the lights and sounds. Over all it was elegant without the pretentiousness and I hope I can stay there again.

The room was clean and quite big for NYC. Staff was extremely professional and helpful, particularly Viviana at the front desk. We had a great stay.

We loved our stay here. The hotel was clean, well located, reasonable, and had a very friendly, helpful staff. There's morning breakfast and afternoon nibbles with some packages. We'll be back and would certainly recommend.

Very close to Time Square! Excellent concierge service. Great facilities, such as air conditioning.

Service was nice and accomodating. Room not vacuumed upon arrival, had to ask twice to get it vacuumed. Other than this one experience hotel is shabby shiek and a nice place to stay.

5 stars for the location as the hotel is walking distance from Times Square, many Broadway theaters, Grand Central Terminal, etc. My only complaints would be regarding the concierge and housekeeping. First thing, I requested a shower chair and was told they didn't have one and couldn't assist with other options. I was (negatively) impressed since this is a 4 ½ star hotel. Also, many times I ordered a bucket full of ice to be sent up (no fridge in the room) and on all occasions it took more than 30 minutes to arrive (imagine if I ordered a full course meal! ) One of the times I was told to bring the bucket of ice myself to the restaurant downstairs so they could fill it with the ice I wanted. Lastly, I asked for a wake-up call at 5 AM and the call didn't come until 5:30 AM.

A great hotel for our quick weekend. Our room was exactly like the picture. New Year's Eve ball and everything. Sq. Ft. Wise was a small room, but wasn't expecting a suite. Next door was the Theater. Didn't even have too walk outside. A Block and a half from Time Square. Plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Other than from the airport, never used a taxi. Visited Radio City Music Hall, area around Rockefeller Center, and Time Square. Hector at the front desk was great. Walked to the next door hotel (inside no coats) to a restaurant. Cocktail hour and free continental breakfast. Thanks for a great economical stay, and great location.

Defintely a fantastic experience. Staff was extremely accommodating, service was exceptional, room appointments were exemplary. There were zero negatives associated with our stay and we will defiantly here again. So convenient to everything in Manhattan.

April 2015: A very good Hotel at 2 steps from Times Square. Excellent location for discovering Manhattan. Small offered simple lunches and aperitifs (wine/beer)! A plus for New York City!

The check in was easy, and accommodated my early arrival. Getting to the room is easy. The room is niccely appointed, if having a slightly-too-small shower. The room is in good condition, and the happy hour and breakfast are greatly appreciated. Overall, I'm very happy to be staying there.

I recently stayed at the Premier Hotel with my sister and daughter. The hotel staff was so warm and friendly we definitely felt at home when we got there. Kevin and Joey were especially nice and helped us with whatever we needed to make the most out of our visit to New York. The hotel is very conveniently located as well. We will be coming back!

Nice hotel and spacious rooms. Located a couple blocks off of Time Square. Great location if you're visiting New York city to do tourist attractions.

The perfect location and the cleanest hotel room!

I stayed in this centrally located hotel for a 2-day business trip. Its theater district location provides a plethora of options for entertainment and fine dining in nearby Hell's Kitchen. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is a major miss, especially for one rated 4.5-stars by Hotwire. Upon registration, I was informed that a mandatory early check-in fee will be charged even if there are available rooms. I had no issues with that, except that I could not immediately get into my room and enjoy early check in because the elevators were not working. I waited for a long time in the lobby as the front desk clerk ('Kevin'), his manager, and several maintenance staff milled around the elevator area dumbfounded and panicked about what to do with the problem. In the mean time, irate guests streamed down the staircase into the front desk complaining about being trapped on their floor for a long time. They also complained about the information blackout as there were no communication made whatsoever about a potentially serious maintenance issue, and phone calls to security and front desk about the matter were being ignored. After waiting in the lobby for a while, the manager finally told me I had to take the service elevator to my floor. He did not know when the guest elevators will be back up and running. Luggages in tow, I had to navigate my way through exposed cables and miscellaneous debris in the dimly lit warehouse area where the service elevator is located.

Will not be staying here again. Hotel gave away our reservation and placed us in a smaller room last min without notification with the same rate. We called concierge to rectify the issue but never contacted us back. We had to search out another concierge after a few hours and show proof of our confirmation from the hotel's website. Concierge then sent us to the night manager at the Broadway Millenium to staighten the issue out. Room itself was okay. Location and hotel staff were great. Though the in-room refreshment center consisted of only a small coffee maker. The mini bar was nailed shut for some reason and the room presentation is not as the pictures describe them (i. E. Cracked bathroom counter, missing accent ottomans & blankets, robes. ) I'm sorely disappointed.

The staff was rude and the room service was the worst I have ever expirenced! We will never stay here again.

My husband and I were celebrating my 30th birthday and decided to hit up time square over night. I picked this hotel after researching many. What drew mw to it was the windows in the room and the size of the room. We were so happy with are choice. The bathrooms are a great size. The bed was amazing and prob the best sleep I have gotten in a long time. And the view… AMAZING! We were right in the heart of it all. Staff was so polite and always willing to help you. It was so quite that it felt we were the only ones in the hotel. It was great… we will be staying here again!

We stayed with my wife for 8 nights and the staff that we speak both Spanish and English was excellent! Thank you to all the staff of the hotel!
