I am very disappointed with the service I received after I drove close to 3 hours to get here. I had a reservation for my birthday which was on Wednesday in one of your Executive Rooms. When I arrived Wednesday night, I had to check in next door at the “Millennium” hotel and was told that the “Premier” was close and therefore you were putting people in the “Millennium”. Well 1st thing this should have been up on your website. Because I booked a room at the”Premier” due to your description of the rooms that was online. Especially the bathroom. Separate shower and bathtub. The viewing area in Time Square. And the amount of square space in the room. After I checked in and went upstairs to my room, I was extremely disappointed in everything. The room was small. I had no space. And the view sucked big time. The bathroom which is a big deal to me sucked as well. It was a common bathroom. I was not happy at all. I went downstairs to the front desk and spoke to the manager, I will say that the manager did put us in another room after me complaining some. But it was nowhere near a room that I expected to be in. And it was way less than the cost of the Executive Room price that we paid. I looked online and I saw how much the room that we was now in cost for the night. It was definitely a major difference in a lower price room. Again I booked a room because online, the “Premier” looked nice and all I wanted was a really nice hotel room with a nice view to relax in for my birthday. That was it. Nothing more. Nothing less. And what I wanted and expected, I did not get. And yes my birthday was ruined over that unfortunately. It may be a little thing to you. But for someone like me, it was a big thing. To be able to stay in Time Square at what was suppose to be an amazing time was definitely not for me.
