Great boutique hotel highly recommend would love to go back.

Incredible hotel, awesome staff, excellent location, beautiful room, amazing bed, best shower ever. Whats not to like? I kind of feel like not giving a rating just to keep this gem to myself! Will def make this my go-to hotel in NYC.

Rooms were nice hotel is nice the hot water and water pressure was spectacular great location and in most cases they took very good care of us in we are very pleased.

Surprised my parents with an overnight here for my Dad's 80th birthday on July 7th. The reservations manager reserved an amazing suite and the staff was very accommodating. My parents absolutely loved their stay and the hotel location — very central to the park, restaurants, shopping, etc. Would highly recommend and hope to stay there again!

An awesome industrial styled hotel. Definitely unique experience than other hotel chains. The beddings are very comfortable and all decors show a sense of craftsmanship. Hotel staff are very nice and the service quality is great. The terrace room gives an extra relaxation realm between city and indoor. Also check out the artworks on each floor as well as in your own room.

I LOVE this hotel! It's cozy, friendly and cannot beat the location. The BEST part of the rooms are the showers! BEST. Shower. EVER! Super accommodating! My only complaint is that they double the prices in December… Prices go from $258 to $466. I know many places do that.

This place is awesome! Great service (they say "welcome back" when you return). Nice rooms with a hip tilt, cool phones and drawing paper provided! Also, they have babysitting available if you need. Slightly noisy at times but it's not bad. If you feel like staying in, they have a heap of movies you can grab from the desk for free. Showers are awesome and will wake you right up!

I have previously stayed at the Chambers a few years back and the service was impeccable. The staff was amazing and the rooms were amazing. This stay things were different. When we came to check in the front desk agent told us that our deposit could only be on credit card, but other guests were able to pay with other means. Also the beds were very firm and uncomfortable.

Comfortable stay, pillows like clouds. The breakfast is not worth it unless you're in a hurry, see my photos. They could use more outlets. The head butler, Jose reassures users that they will have an excellent stay and does his best to accomplish this. However the best thing about the Chambers, besides the pleasant staff, is the rain shower! This is the best shower I have ever experienced. You can feel the force yet it lands directly on your head. I found out later that this is due to more than just the type of shower head, has to do with the plumbing. Close to Trump tower and Central Park.

Went to Fuku during happy hour. Cocktails are half priced. Decent wings. Pork buns are just okay. Definitely get spice chicken sandwich.

I met my friend in the lobby of the hotel and used the rest room at the restaurant. Lobby was pretty and staff was friendly and helpful. Can't say anything about room, service or food since I have not used any of these.

My wife and I were visiting our daughter in NYC this weekend. We saw a vacancy for this establishment which was within walking distance of our daughter's performance for college. We splurged to remain in the city because it was my wife's birthday weekend. We were greeted by wonderfully kind staff when checking in. When asked if we had plans, my wife mentioned that we planned to see our daughter and possibly celebrate her birthday with a famous frozen hot chocolate from Serendipity. The gentleman who assisted us stated that he was happy to upgrade our stay, because it was her birthday. We have never stayed in a more beautiful place before. It was perfect. We had the most restful sleep we've experienced away from home ever. The attention to detail is impeccable and the service was unmatched. This is now the measure of all other experiences in NYC. We have found our place to stay in the city. Thank you for making wonderful memories for my wife and me.

Amazing all round hospitality. Great location. Free water and chocolates each day. Great food. Big shout out to José who went that extra step with providing great service. Will definitely stay again.

Quirky and interesting architecture and decor. Extremely helpful and friendly staff keen to assist in any way they can. Fun restaurants downstairs. Overall, one of the most memorable city hotels that I have stayed in for a while. Beats a bland big name chain hands down. Recommended.

This place is sort of a first cousin to the Aloft style of hotel, only better. Yes, the rooms are small and a little under lit, but all is made up for by an outstanding staff. Everyone from the doorman, to the desk, to the maids are friendly and caring. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are quiet as a tomb. Location is very close to Central Park.

Amazing hotel! Great location. The service is over the top! And the rooms are a very nice size considering it’s a NYC boutique hotel. The best part is the Italian bed linens. Had the best night sleep in a long time! Highly recommend! 5⭐️

Let’s take a week down this street You can eat Indian, sushi, Korean, dumplings, Szechuan, steak, high class Italian or eat at 2 food markets It is close to Central Park and Rockefeller Plaza along with some great stores and of course 2 Starbucks The Chambers itself has a small lobby. They have two pan Asian restaurants as well as the Milk Bar to the left There is a fireplace as well as a second floor. Doesn’t have the buzz of a Hudson, but it is nice The rooms are amazing by NY standards. There is plenty of room with a bed, desk and recliner… way more than the micro hotels so popular in this city However, the best part is the rainfall shower. You are saturated by water. I have been in a shower quite like this Service of course was pleasant and efficient my whole time You will like this place.

Amazing location near Trump Tower, Central Park, and Rockefeller Center! Rooms were large and decorated well! Bathrooms featured glass waterfall showers and incredibly soft towels! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable! Be sure to stop by the Milk Bar attached to the hotel! We loved our stay here! The only things we didn't care for were that the keys were traditional metal keys, though that may be seen as a feature. Also, the mini-fridge was so packed with purchase-able drinks that we couldn't put things into it. When removed some of the drinks to put our own good in, the food was barely kept cold.

Very nice boutique hotel excellently place for Manhattan business or shopping, and only a short walk from Central Park. I stayed here on business but many of the famous names in shopping were very close by, if that's what floats your boat. Very helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and excellent location. The only thing that let's the hotel down is the restaurant (that also serves breakfast), Momofuku. We had a pretty disastrous breakfast here, which was surprising given the rave reviews it often receives. The first day we were here as a business party we ordered a few breakfasts. The coffee served was truly disgusting and had obviously been stewing for a good couple of hours. Over easy eggs came as over well, another breakfast arrived with practically raw sausage, and another came with bacon when sausage had been ordered. My over easy eggs somehow turned up as scrambled. There were next to no other people there at the time, so it was hardly because they were busy, and the staff member serving sadly didn't seem in the slightest bit interested. This was a real shame as the rest of the hotel and the stay there was fabulous. My advice is definitely stay at the hotel, but avoid the restaurant (certainly for breakfast).

This place was phenomenal from the first second we walked in the door. Jose (concierge) was hands down the most helpful New Yorker I have ever met. I only wish I had more than $8 cash on hand to tip him. I have stayed in several 4 start hotels in Manhattan. This one blows them all away.

Had issue with the TV remote control was rapidly fixed! Great smiling staff.

It's a cozy and cool hotel. The beds are so comfortable. It's in a good location for walking to the park and shopping.

Impeccable service, cozy but luxurious rooms, excellent restaurant and coffee shop in lobby that also serve as room service. The location is — for me — the best in NYC — two blocks from the park — in between 5th and 6th — lots of restaurants etc on 6th… wonderful!

Room was nice and clean. Location was very close to the central park. Sharp corners on the furniture see less ideal for little kids.

If I could give more than five stars I would. Checked in Sunday evening with my wife and two young daughters. Hotel staff was beyond pleasant and professional (which I find rare in NYC these days). The gentlemen at the front desk was extremely helpful, engaging with my children (gave them two teddy bears which they loved) and he was helpful with suggestions on where to go after we had checked in. Room is clean and spacious and the hotel is quiet for being so well located. I would come again, I would certainly recommend.

The room was simple and clean. The shower was a rainfall shower and simply amazing. The staff was very courteous. 2 blocks from Central Park, lots of restaurants around to choose from. Someone said their room was noisy, the only time mine was was when I had opened the sound proof windows. Would stay again.

Have been meaning to write this review for several months now, but just never found the time. My husband and I loved our stay here. We were in the city to visit family and to go to the theater. Weather was great so we enjoyed walking around Central Park and to Times Square. Our room was quiet and clean and was very comfortable. The restaurant (ma peche) and staff were exceptional.

Just got back from a short trip to NYC and our first stay at the Chambers. We loved it! We'd go back and stay again any time. The staff were first rate, and the room was fantastic! We especially enjoyed having floor-to-ceiling windows that opened and allowed us to really take in the sights and sounds. The young man who helped us get our taxi home (despite having to drag our luggage 3 blocks because 5th Avenue was temporarily blocked) really went above and beyond. Great location, too — easy walking distance to Central Park, Times Square and all the spots we wanted to go. Excellent, indeed!

Hotel is pretty expensive but that is to be expected due to the location. However after departing, 3 of the 4 people we were traveling with who all used their credit cards at this hotel, had their cards cloned and money stolen from their bank accounts within two weeks. This was the only location that all 3 people used their cards. We have phoned the hotel to inform them but beware if you have stayed or will be staying in the near future as their system may not have been fixed if compromised or the employee stealing information is working at the location.

The guys/girls couldn't do enough to make our honeymoon completely fantastic.

If possible, I would give the hotel like 6 stars. The staff is friendly, helpful, nice and obliging madness. The rooms are others. For New Yorkers conditions very big and also very nice set up. In the morning, there are free daily newspaper, coffee fairy, tea and water. I feel very comfortable. If you come to New York, stayed here.

Great service. A little hard to find as there is no big sign but that can be perceived as a good thing once you know where it is.

Awesome hotel! Stayed here on our honeymoon and will never forget the hospitality we were shown. Amazing corner rooms with huge windows, thick glass and proper black out curtains to ensure the perfect balance of city views, quietness and cool darkness for quality sleep in the comfiest king size beds. Champagne and cookies delivered to our room was just one of the sweetest touches of our stay. Would definitely return. Highly recommended.

Our stay at The Chambers Hotel was excellent! I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay at a chic /Modern Hotel right in the heart of midtown. We've stayed in many hotels in NY and I must say, this was perfect. The staff especially Ty Green couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. The room is so comfortable and the shower was amazing. Great restaurant inside and all around the area, not to mention Central Park is a few blocks away along with great shopping. Call Ty to hook you up with a great experience in NYC.

Overall a great nyc midtown hotel. Comfortable and clean rooms, very helpfull staff. Great to stay for your vacation and not only. If we are going to visit again new york we know for sure where we are going to stay.

Overall a great NY midtown experience. Spent a week here and room was functionally comfortable especially for the price. Friendly and helpful staff. The shower is the BEST in the world. Water therapy. Restaurant is excellent, though pricey. Sometimes room was slow to get cleaned and the biggest disappointment was the Internet. If you plan on working, bring a hotspot or aircard. Too slow to even load emails. Others in our group had same problem. Overall good. I'd come back for the shower alone.

From start to finish this was a fantastic experience! Every detail was perfect––Jose and his big smile made sure of it. I loved that they didn't nickel and dime on every little nicety that we received. Things like sparkling water, and internet service. Jose told us proudly that our shower was the best in the world and I think that he may be right. My wife is a clean freak (and bug freak) so she checked the mattress and linens. There is a service label on the mattress indicating that its either cleaned or tossed every three months. Maybe that's a common thing but I've never been aware of it if it is. I read a review that said the rooms were small. We thought that they were modest but very comfortable. The fixtures were new, modern, and fit the decor. I really appreciated the foam pillows. The room was a little warm and couldn't be adjusted any cooler. On the up side, the large casement windows opened easily to let in cool air. Ironically we visited my brother who was staying at the Ritz Carlton. His window only opened 4" and was broken in that position. It's the little things in life :) It was quiet. I like that. We loved the location (only steps from all the action), but oddly none of the drivers knew where it was or had heard of it. Thanks for a great experience. We'll be back.
