Nice, but small rooms. Bed is extra firm, with nice pillows. Bath is good. Overall a good place to stay if you are going to be out on the town anyway. 5 o'clock wine and snacks is nice too.

Lovely well situated hotel with a fantastic view. Also with a restaurant and terrace at the roof (20th floor). Very happy with my stay. Also would like to say thanks to Anna Ramon Carlos and Gino for lovely breakfast and Mary Stephanie and Albert for a very warm welcome at the front end. Thanks guys xx.

The room was very clean and well kept. Got a room with 2 double beds. There was still a ton of room around them. Very satisfied with the experience.

Beautiful Museum. To visit absolutely. Minimum visit time 1orae half.

Well located less than 5 minutes from the metro stations. Excellent service and most of the rooms have good view.

The hotel was clean and well equipped with great views of OneWorld Trade. The room was spacious. Very quick access to the Oculus and local subway stations. I would definitely stay again.

Good location and Amazing room view. Nice wine tasting after 5pm. The room wasn't the cleanest ever, not enough towels and maintenance wasn't good. Many dirty spots and the window didn't close properly: nobody came to fix it. Free water bottles on the floor is a very appreciated service!

This hotel is really nice staff very nice beautiful view great cleanliness I did not try their breakfast because I preferred to make it around the bar.

Modern hotel ideally located in the Financial District with exceptional view of the One World Observatory (for the rooms concerned), close to the 9/11 Memorial and the museum. Spacious rooms for New York.

Customer service is out of this world here, they will definitely make you feel welcomed. Room was great, comfortable beds and spacious. Right next to The World Trade Center, which I highly recommend visiting. Great eating options in and around here within walking distance. Cab ride from the airport wasn't long although to get a cab back to the airport we had to walk across the street to another hotel that has a taxi stand.

Perfect hotel for your stay in New York. Location is amazing, and services in the hotel are top. Also they have breakfast in the top floor with nice views and in each floor some complimentary water. The front desk team is friendly and helpful.

Personally totally negative experience. There was no reservation (made by booking a few days before). The wait for this mix was relatively long considering it was late in the evening and returning from a flight. The staff did not even apologize in any way for the mistake they made and provided us with a makeshift room, absolutely not arranged for the 3 people we were. The room, at least in my opinion, absolutely did not respect the amount paid.

Unbelievable view. Worth the extra money to get a room with a view. Easy to get to and lots to see around it. 2 blocks from the subway and felt very safe at night because the police station is right across the street and the security is serious.

Away from the madness of midtown. This is my first choice for a staycation. Staff and housekeeping are great, everything is pristine. Hotel has all the conveniences you could want. Fantastic restaurants, markets, delis are all just a few step away… Rooftop bar is within the hotel… but above all that view. I've been here on 3 different occasions and the views take my breath away each and every time.

We got a pretty high floor and the view here is amazing. It's close to the Oculus and a lot of shopping centers and restaurants and bars. It's in downtown Manhattan. Try walking here after midnight. Was walking here 2am at night and the Oculus was lit up. It was truly a beautiful sight to see. The hallway has a self serving water filter station with plastic bottles. They are meant to be reused. The room has a small living area with a great view of city.

I’ve never been treated better at a hotel before. I stayed here for a night and in the morning I was able to leave my luggage while o explored the city. I came back around 2 and Stephanie and Jonathon were super accommodating and friendly. They got my luggage and even offered me snacks and coffee while I waited. The location is prime, the rooms are small but have everything you need. I would highly recommend!

Poor service the rooms are extremely small beware scam you can only sleep two here! There are only small folding beds!

D-U-M-P of all dumps. Several attempted phone calls prior to arrival went unanswered for a good 45 minutes. Finally got through to a nasty, worthless “manager” who set the tone for a miserable stay from the start. I was dissatisfied before stepping foot on the property. Upon arrival, front desk attendant as nasty as the “manager” I spoke to earlier. Bitter, rude, unaccommodating and downright nasty. Rooms are the size of a shoebox and not larger than a cruise ship cabin. Felt like a prison cell, at best. Furnishings equivalent to an insane asylum, absolutely nondescript. Bed as hard as a rock and not big enough for a Barbie doll, let alone two adults. Definitely not a standard queen bed. No bell hops employed here. No parking attendant at parking desk. ENTIRE street lined with three-level high garbage bags. Management knows they have my money so they do absolutely nothing to be the least big accommodating. Marriott and W Hotels are across the street. Do yourself a HUGE favor and stay there instead of this hellhole. Or, alternatively, sleep outside on a subway grate as a better option than the World Center Hotel. Even on the coldest day of the year. It’s THAT bad.

Wonderful staff and accommodations with refer and micro. Location was great for us in lower Manhattan! Walked to 911 memorial, battery park, bull, etc… easy subway to everything else.

We stayed here for 3 days in Nov 2017. Check-in was a breeze. They upgraded our reservation for a bigger room which had a separate study area. There were 2 TVs with lot of in-built apps including Netflix and a system to order food from nearby restaurants (yes, from TV). There was a yoga mat too. The view from our room was awesome. PATH and metro stations are very near to the hotel. We would book this hotel again.

Clean and affordable. The rooms are very small, but we didn't plan to spend much time in the room. Loved the guest closets on each floor with things you may meed.

Modern Hotel with excellent facilities included in the living room (corner with microwave and refrigerator, evening aperitif, laundry, hot drinks, cereals and fresh fruit, uninevitable Wi-Fi and satellite TV). Obviously at a price not cheap being in lower Manhattan, in full area etc, next to Memorial 9/11 and Freedom Tower. So the location is suggestive for what it represents but also for the new buildings in glass and steel. It is also very close to stops for all metro lines, to reach Upper Manhattan/Bronx, Brooklyn/Queens, Howard Beach/JFK Air Train. Not to mention that Battery Park, City Hall and Wall Street are within a few minutes walking distance. The staff are very courteous though so in New York. Excellent cleanliness.

FAKE FOUR STAR! Do NOT BOOK! This hotel and Qatar club hotel is one hotel and they are both SUPER BAD. — First impression, Waited 25 min for Valet Parking, no one is standing in front. — Room is so small and a huge poll standing right in fromt of my room. — the WORST THING is while decoration makes it looks like a MOTEL, dirty carpet, cheap bedding, only 2 pillow, dim lights, weird smell. Nothing like a four star hotel, any hotel in this area is better than this one. — Bathroom has unspeakable disgusting smell coming out and linger for a long time. Cant even step in. Overall, this hotel is one of the worst experience I ever had in New York and I have been there over 10 times a year. dont book this hotel, it is horrible!

The location is great: few minutes away from 9/11 memorial, an outlet shopping as well as few subway stations. Battery park 10 min walk. The views from the sun terrace were great as well as from our room on the 17th floor. The room was basic but very clean so can't complain. There is a Starbucks just around the corner from the hotel which was a real bonus! The only thing I'm really unhappy about is the $50 + tax charge for checking out half an hour later! Which by the way we were not told about! And there was no charge shown on the screen when we were checking out, so imagine my surprise when I saw it on my credit card!

Amazing! Check and check out was a breeze. They are very accommodating. Great customer service and clean rooms and beautiful view from our window and at the roof! Loved it!

This is a great hotel, the modern interior design is very nice. Clean and organized. Location is good too because it is near the world trade center.

Room is nice. And the location of the hotel is amazing as it is right across the street from the World Trade Center. View isn't very good in the room I was in but that doesn't matter much because all I did in the room was sleep. Other than that it is nice!

The World Center Hotel was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and attentive. The food at the restaurant was great. Most importantly, the view from the room was absolutely amazing, we were right over the memorial and had a lovely view of the tower.

Had the pleasure of staying at The World Center Hotel for a quick 2 days recently Our experience from check in to check out was fantastic and staff was very helpful during our stay. Beautiful hotel! Love it! Scenic view to the World Trade Center from the room's window. Very clean. Free snacks for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Friendly staff.

The is one of the newer hotels in the financial district. Our room had an excellent view. Their restaurant was exceptional. Great business center. Everything one could ask for.

I stayed at this hotel for five nights and I had a great time. Great price. It has all the comforts and services you need: Wi-Fi (very fast! ), Bar-Restaurant, water distributors on all floors, TVs with external entrances in rooms, radio alarms dock for iphone, etc
The location is great, just below the hotel are the stops the metro lines that take you all over the city!
At the reception they are all very professional, kind and helpful.
They did not do stories to keep the luggage waiting in the room when I arrived, nor when I went away!

OMG! What a hotel! Great price and great modern design. Rooms are super clean and the view is amazing. Oh, the service is beyond amazing. Me and my wife had a great room at first but wanted a different/ better view. The guest manager upgraded our room for free. Lastly but not least, the roof top breakfast buffet is so affordable with a buffet that has everything! Definitely recommend.

It was a great stay at this hotel. The price was very affordable thanks to a Priceline deal. The concierge and other hotel staff were extremely friendly. The only drawback was a relatively overpriced breakfast on the 20th floor, but at least we got to see great views of lower Manhattan! Overall a highly recommended place to stay.

Very good value for Money Hotel. This Hotel has spacious suites at an affordable price and very modern styling. The view from my window in 8th floor was great, you could see the 1 WTC tower rise. Until 2013 you have to make some concessions due to the noise coming from the 24h contruction work going on. In 20th floor you'll find a top of the roof restaurant with gerat view on the 9/11 memorial and good food at affordable prices. I would definetly stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to business as well as holiday travelers.
