Excellent attention from all the staff!
I liked the location as I stay very close to all the places of my interest such as: one world observatory, ferry terminal, and much more.

The room we booked for 4 adults only had one bed. No alternatives were offered. I slept on a spare mattress on the floor as the foldaway bed didn't fit in the room. Apart from that the facilities were excellent.

This was a fantastic hotel. My partner & I stayed here for 4 nights & loved it. A great location, well within walking distance of the attractions, friendly & helpful staff and a great breakfast. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again & will recommend it to others.

No other hotel in NYC can beat the "value for money" this hotel provides to its customers. Except that the rooms are little small (excusable considering one is in a mega-city) with only one king size bed, everything else was wonderful for 9 days of our stay between June 19-27, 2018. They provided us roll-away beds at no extra charge, a refrigerator to keep our food and medicines, had the room dressed and cleaned every day with fresh toiletries and towels, excellent breakfast every morning until 10:00 am, and a very courteous front desk, kitchen, housekeeping, and janitorial staff that never failed to greet us. Located a few steps from Battery Park, Staten Island Ferry Station, and several Subway stations, I am certain that no place has a better location, from a tourist perspective.

I spent four days here and I am very impressed with this Hotel. The staff was nice and friendly and very helpful. Always smiling. The breakfast manager, Carmen Caro was amazing. She made the atmosphere nice and warming. Awesome job! We will definitely stay at this Hotel again the next time we come back to New York.

Hampton @ Pearl, Financial district. This is one superb find. Tremendous hotel, clean. The staff, Management, entire team is exceptional, breakfast, close to all of the action/activities you could possibly need. I have stayed here at least 12-14x. This is one of the best values for an excellent establishment within the heart of the financial district.

The worse Hampton Inn I have ever used and will be the last time I use one. Had a 2 night stay with a broken heater that would not go higher than 65 degrees. First night I asked for maintenance I have waited 3 hours before going to bed and no one ever showed up. Asked receptionist many time and eaxh time she said that maintenance is coming very shortly. Next morning I asked bew staff member to get maintenance to fix heater. After long day in NY I came back with heater still not working. No one ever came.

Front staff needs better training in Customer Service. Only one who was professional and courteous out of the front staff was Jonathan He is wonderful… even the female supervisor her attitude was like she was doing me a favor by being there… The rooms have no refrigerator or microwave… but it does have a fabulous shower and they at least have the decency of giving you a decent complimentary breakfast. If it wasn't for Jonathan, shower and breakfast this would've been the worst stay I had a a hilton franchise… I usually try to leave a somewhat positive review but I can honestly say I will never stay here again. I should've followed my gutand stayed at the Hilton Garden inn that was down the block from them… but I saved 50 dollars staying here. Wouldve paid the 50 for courtesy and a fridge.

Affordable hotel with a pool and free Wi-Fi and continental breakfast in the heart of New York. There are a steakhouse and Starbucks across the street. However, the a/c doesn't really cool down your room to your desired temperature. The water was shut down for an hour during my stay. Parking is very expensive with little room to maneuver full-size cars.

Great place to stay! Rooms are stylish staff friendly. The only thing I'll say is maybe a bit more options for breakfast like bacon and sausages. When I stayed there it was just scrambled eggs and bits of meat within it.

It was a good Hampton Inn, however the rooms were small which is fine since it is Manhattan. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good as other Hampton Inns. Generally, I liked it, since it was too close to the 1th street, and also close to subway. There is a subway station just 200 feets away of the hotel.

The problem with Google ratings is that you can rate everything, no matter if you've really bought something, was somewhere and so on…
All five-star ratings here on Google correspond definitely with certainty of the truth and the worse ratings are the result of unfortunate individual cases, in which the affected customers, guests are not entirely innocent.
What are these people so stupid to forget their personal belongings in the hotel or to use the air conditioner incorrectly, so that in a small hotel in the south of Manhattan the room temperature in January is equal to the outside temperature.
You can always complain easily.
All the staff at the Hampton Inn do their job as best they can. They are always striving to meet the requirements.
That a discount is offered for the next visit is really quite charming and really helps a lot.
So people: keep it up!
A high rate of fluctuation of guests adds to the fresh wind in the stall and ensures that your loyal five-star regular guests will not get bored.

Very good situation. Hotel is older but nice. Very poor sound and heat insulation of the rooms. Tea coffee chocolate free 24/24 to the side of the home. Super breakfast.

Small and cozy hotel right at bottom of Manhattan. Close to a lot of subway lines making it easy to go anywhere. The bed and room were adequate for our needs. Breakfast is a bit underwhelming, but enough to get you going.

I had a great stay the front desk manager and his assistant were the best. The room was Clean and roomy.

The staff at this location is outstanding. Everyone we came in contact with went out of there way for us. Very friendly staff. Special thanks to Amiata, who was helpful to us & all the guest during breakfast each day. Very pleasant lady.

Comfortable and economic in the center of NY.

Nice rooms, clean, comfortable beds/bedding. Large bathrooms with waterfall type shower head, flat screen televisions, great location, close to some wonderful outdoor markets, restaurants, bars, shopping. Excellent staff. Caring & attentive. This is a hotel that deserves 4+ stars! Amazing breakfast. Waffles, fresh fruits, large assortment of coffee, newspapers for guests. Staff is spectacular. I will return again for my next visit. Close to subway, Staten island ferry, outdoor flea market, financial district. Great location! Worth every penny!

I spent 4 nights st this hotel and it was wonderful! Johnathan was very professional and willing to do whatever it took to make everyone happy. My room was very nice and very clean. The breakfast buffet was terrific. I definitely recommend this hotel and the location.

As a tourist I stayed two nights at the hotel because it was the cheapest in Manhattan and included a breakfast. The staff were helpful but unengaged, as an Europian you expect a smile but you barely get any in most of the places. The rooms are pretty small but they're OK. The chats in corridor can be really loud inside the room. All in all if you have only a day or two in NY and a tight budget I really recommend you don't spend your money in a hotel room unless you find a very cheap one under 100$. The reason is, the only time I was in the hotel was to sleep, shower, breakfast and the out. To be continued…

-Modern facility (spa type bathroom/shower, pocket glazed glass doors, etc) ; -family friendly (breakfast/eating area, with kid friendly foods, Belgian waffles, cereals, scrambled eggs, yogurts, etc), coffee and tea always hot on 1st fl; -exercise facility on lower level and bathroom right outside on the same lower level. -friendly staff, day and night (they assist in booking taxis, provide directions and even suggest local dining facilities. -Safe place after hrs entry only via key card. -linked to ICON parking on S. Williams St for a set price of $40 per day and u MUST pay with a credit card. — 1 the balcony was not useable & no notice was given prior to arrival or during booking. Pullout sofa broken and needed to be changed but they had no xtra sofa bed or wheeled beds on hand.

Stayed there a few months back on the business trip. The hotel was ok, small rooms, breakfast area was very small and crowded, food wasn't replenished on time, so I had to go eat at the near by cafe. I would have given it 4 stars if not the incident at the end after I checked out. I had personal items left at the hotel safe. Nothing very expensive just something that took me over 2 yrs to get from overseas. So they had a lot of sentimental value for me. I left them in the locked safe, got home and discovered that I was missing them the day after. I didn't open my luggage between the hotel and the house. The items were not in my bag. I remember putting them in the safe but I know for a fact I never got them out. I called a day later to request the items to be mailed to me. And was told that they didn't find anything which was a lie. I was told that the safe was unlocked when I checked out which is not true. Immediately I knew what quality of people I was dealing with. In fact, the housekeeping department manager called me a lier in a very aggressive manner. To say that I was shocked is to say nothing. Very rude staff! They did their own "investigation" and of course didn't find anything. The worst part there was no apology, nothing, just rudeness. The higher ups obviously don't care, and apparently employ thieves. The GM doesn't seem to even bother return a phone call. She never reached out to me, even though I left a voicemail on her office phone and asked for a call back.

This is a very reasonably priced, financial district hotel very convenient to the subway and ferry terminal. The rooms and public spaces are clean, though somewhat cramped — it is Manhatten. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the option of free hot breakfast makes it an outstanding value.

A nice hotel in a superb location. Rooms are good, although have no mini fridge. Beds are ok but a tad soft for my preference. Breakfast is very weak so mind that, better get some decent food elsewhere because it's a joke what you get here, no wonder it's free. Complimentary tea and coffee at the lobby is available. Wi-Fi is not the fastest but good enough for watching videos.

Its been 2 years since I last stayed here. Then it was under construction and sketchy. Today is beautiful, nice rooms and up to date fixtures in the bathroom. That being said the rooms are small but its Manhattan so its average. The only issue was noise from the street. I was 6 stories up but the noise travels at night when garbage is picked up. All in all it was a good place to stay for $245 a night.

The hotel is clean and well equipped. The hotel is close to a lot of great sites and metro stations are a couple of minutes walk away if you want to adventure further.

Great Location. Close to the restaurants on Stone Street. Easy walk to Battery Park and the Ferry to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Rooms are a little small but that is to be expected in NYC.

Rooms are very small but that's par for Manhattan. Bed was very comfy and shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Elevator was pretty slow and breakfast was fine (free). Location is perfect for sightseeing including battery park, statue of liberty, 9/11 museum and memorial. Staff was very friendly!

I chose this hotel because of its location. And the location is perfect for my needs. The room is pretty small, but it's got everything I need. I just feel like the "wow" factor is missing that I've gotten from other hotels. This was my first stay in NYC, so my impression would probably be different if I were competing this hotel to other NYC hotels.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were some of the nicest and most helpful people you could ever meet. They went above and beyond for us, and it was fun to talk to them every day. This hotel is only four months old, and the heat in our room didn't work as well as it should have. They tried to fix it at least twice. I think it was a new hotel thing, and I have no doubt it will be fixed for good really soon. That didn't detract from our stay. This is also one of the few hotels that offers free breakfast! We will try to stay here during every visit to NYC, and I am going to recommend it to everyone I know.
