Awesome hotel, stay here everytime we come to NYC, always pleasant staff, accomodating, nice rooms.

Rooms were tiny, only 2 lifts for 44 floors always a queue for the lifts, only 1 pillow each, only 2 towels for 4 people, only 2 cups for 4 people, mini fridge didn’t work. We have stayed in many Hilton hotels both in UK and USA and this one is by far the worst.

We chose the hotel for the location of the ferry for the Statue of Liberty. It was a great starting point for our visit to the city. Have breakfast at the little place next door to the left on the corner. It was quickly prepared and very tasty.

Great clean rooms and the service is awsome.

Very comfortable hotel in downtown near the metro. You can easily walk to the WTC, wall street, and the ferry to the statue of liberty and other islands. From some of the rooms have a side view of the statue of liberty. The hotel also offers, free of charge, a small snack service and tea and coffee for the breakfast in the lobby, in addition to having their own restaurant for a fee. The rooms are very functional for 4 people in terms of space for storing your things especially if you spend more than a week in new york.

Compared to other 3 Hilton hotels, this one is relatively newer, faster elevators and pretty accommodating staff. Great bed, nice breakfast area. I appreciate that the street facing rooms get sunlight compared to rear facing rooms that are dark during the day as it faces between buildings.

I am staying here for the weekend while visiting New York, and it has been a very pleasant experience. The rooms aren't huge, but they are decorated tastefully and the hotel has made good use of the space. The beds are very plush and comfortable. There is a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms hidden in the cabinet spaces. The bathroom also has a modern look to it and is pretty spacious. Good lighting throughout the entire space. The staff are friendly and the lobby is very inviting. I would definitely stay here again.

Brand new hotel, great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. I've stayed here a couple times now while travelling on business and it has always been a pleasant stay.

Good size room in a clean and fine hotel a 3 minute walk from the Ferry and the train station. Staff is efficient. Free coffee or water in the lobby.

Our hotel had a view of the water. In what seemed to us to be a relatively safe neighborhood. The area has great subway access to all of the north south Manhattan lines. Leo's bagels nearby offers an affordable breakfast option. Be sure to take the Staten island ferry; it's right across the street.

Great value and in a nice place. A very short walk to battery park. You could see the water, but not the statue of liberty from the rooms. Not their fault someone built a building blocking that view. Rooms were good size for NYC.

The hotel opened in September 2017 and everything is still cleanand new. Convenient location near subway station. Close to Battery Park and Stanton Island Ferry Terminal. Comfortable bed. Nice lobby area as well. Staff friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff did not initiate conversation with me when I was standing at the desk (this happened multiple times — check-in, check-out, and when I had questions at other points during my stay. ) Once I was greeted, the staff was helpful, but I would not call having to wait until their personal conversations were over before greeting me great customer service. I felt ignored. I was told that I could park at Icon Parking, I was given directions, and was told where to go. I went to Icon Parking garage located between Beaver St. And Williams St. And was greeted promptly and given a ticket while they took my car. Hilton informed me that it would cost $40 per 24 hours. I was prepared to pay $80 just in case my stay lasted longer than 24 hours. When I picked up my car, it had been 28 hours. I was still prepared to pay up to $80. The bill came to $130. I find this experience to be the one thing I will remember most about this Mother's Day trip. It's not a fond memory to have and I would like my money back. $130 for parking for 28 hours is crazy. Customer service was awful all-around. They all need training on how to treat others respectfully.
