This place has some real character! Very much enjoyed my stay. This hotel could really benefit from a maintenance person fixing the small idiosyncrasies about the place.

A pretty good hotel. Front desk personal we're extremely friendly. The only problem was the tub… It wouldn't drain water quickly.

They were able to check us in very early since our flight came in around 6AM. They have been very hospitable and it is a nice location in between Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Definitely would not recommend. My mother and aunt stayed for one night and it was bad. The TV was cracked when they got there and the front guy tried to fix it, but the image and sound barely worked afterwards. The whole process took about 2 hours. The lights above the bed started flickering for a while. The staircase smells like sewage. Also, there is no fan in the bathroom. So much for a 4 star hotel. The only thing the hotel has going for it is the price tag and location.

Beautiful hotel but the service wasn’t all that great. They said breakfast included only to find out its $12 per person. The only great guy was Ivan and one other guy, sadly I can’t remember his name. Our room wasn’t cleaned once even though we had our sign up on the door. $523 later great location tho but it’s a NO from me for a next time.

We have a great experience, the guys at the front desk Mark and Ivan were so helpful and outstanding and they make sure our stay and accommodation was perfect, definitely I will be back here, greetings from Texas

I would give this place (can't even call it a hotel) a 1 star, but the attendant was actually very hospitable and helpful. Besides that, this was the worst 'hotel' I have ever stayed in. The best way to describe my room is that someone dropped a used bed and broken couch into someone's old apartment. The hallways are dirty and dimly lit, to the extent that it didn't feel safe. All that being said, the location is unbeatable, hence the 2 stars.

I stayed for 10 nights at this property. Kind staff, spacious room with kitchen, a/c, microwave (J. Suite). Not very close to the subway stations but on the other hand in New York it is normal. Positive experience.

Lovely staff, rooms are all suite style. Little dated hallways and such and they could do with touching up the rooms (loose wall lights, chipped paint, some cracked caulking) but for a building it’s age it’s great. Has a decent breakfast buffet (and cheap). Plus you can’t beat the location — right by the heart of downtown! Try the Milk Bar next door for the best soft serve you’ll get (cereal milk + crunch, trust me)

Cheap, good location, big rooms.

We spent a stay in New York in April 2017 and stayed here! Easily accessible, in the heart of Wall Street not far from Battery Park to get us to liberty Island, close to the subway to make us uptown and Central Park! The room was spacious and comfortable, clean and the staff very welcoming! The breakfast time was a pleasure as the staff were smiling, and available. And there was a choice! I recommend!

Comfortable, spacious place. They speak Spanish. I recommend 100%. ☺ ☺

The value for money is great to be NY. Yes, not grab breakfast, it's really a mess and very scarce:)

We took a room of 4 with two "big" beds, not that big but the room it was carefree so 2 beds a corner sofa and a bathroom rather nice the staff looks cool but basically the less they do better they wear I had a towel stained E that was not changed from the 4 days I was there, it is not for lack of having indicated but basically they folded it and handed it on the towel door ditto for a sheet.
In short if you can find elsewhere to get prices there go there will surely be cleaner.

We enjoyed the room 805 high ceiling, space was big which is something very rare in Manhattan hotels and the location is very close to everything, stores, coffee shops and eatery. Hands down and in need of better housekeeping and room maintenance. That is where hotel can permanently lose a customer.

For putting a paste, I think it takes a restiling in the furniture of the bathrooms.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We have visited NY 7 times to see my brother in college there and everytime, the Eurostars hotel is an amazing experience. All the stars and very nice and cordial. They even know us by name wheneber we come. The reason for a four star review is because of the breakfast. It is quite expensive and personally not the worth the money. Other than that, they provide excellent service and would definitely recommend staying there.

Holy cow! This place is really amazing. Pleasant staff, clean rooms, great service. I got to my room and the iron was not working, working 5 mind the game me a news one. Very responsive.

It was great! One of my light bulbs was out though. And the tub wasn't as big as I thought it would be. But I still really liked the room — it was very spacious and nice.

What a great hotel! We have stayed there twice now, and our last experience has solidified that it will always be the hotel we stayed at while in NYC. It's convenient to subways, has reasonable overnight parking prices, and the front desk staff are always super friendly and willing to help!

Definitely NOT a 4 star, I’d give it a 3 We stayed in Dec for three nights with our family and had three rooms. I booked it via name your own price on Priceline looking for a 4 star hotel… this is not a 4 star. I’m guessing the reason it’s rated a 4 star on National sites is because of location and amenities, not the quality of the hotel. The Good; The rooms were very large and spacious for NYC. We had a small kitchen with a full size refrigerator which was convenient Location is Great Staff was friendly and helpful Good value for the area The Bad Wrong Star rating! Should be a 3 star. Old decor and the finishes in the room needs to be updated Only a half of shower door (odd) No bell staff to help with Luggage Beds were very hard and not comfortable Stayed: December 2017

Small and comfortable Hotel, well located and with very spacious rooms for what is the city.

The sheets didn't change in three days.

The stay itself was alright, the hotel was nothing special. Room was clean but looked outdated which was fine. It was not until we were leaving that we ran into problems. We parked at the parking garage across the street and were told it was $45 to park there overnight. In the morning while we were checking out we asked if there was a time we had to move the cars by, the person at the front desk said that it did not matter what time we left, the rate would be still be $45, so we decided to leave our car there for the day since it would not cost us extra. We get back later in the day and go to pay for our parking and we were told we would have to pay double because it was past the 24 hours we were allowed to keep our cars there. We told them that we were told different information and would not have left our cars here if that were the case. Even after they realized that THEY made a mistake they pretty much told us "too bad" (politely of course). It was a shame that they could not do anything for us because of a mistake on their part. If you are considered staying here I would recommend you stay elsewhere unless you do not have many other options. We thought it was a cost effective option but they try to get money out of you any way they can apparently.

Rooms were nice and spacious. Location is great. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Cleanliness is the most important for me. They have a nice themed New York decor as well.

The comfortable suite well located only Q at this time there are many street repairs and the access in car is complicated the collaborators excellent, cordial friendly and entertaining the talks with the staff who attended us!

The only positive I can share is the hotel room was clean. Other than that, we were unimpressed with the service, the fact that coffee was supposed to be available 24hrs/day in the lobby and the whole 5 nights we stayed there was NEVER coffee, staff was not helpful, the shower looked good but wasn't functional bc the glass partition only went halfway across the tub…

LOVED this place! Visited 9/7-9/11/17Corey and the rest of the staff made my 3 friends and I feel right at home and attended to our every need! Can't say enough good things about the place… hope to stay there again!

Eurostars is a great hotel. It's clean, comfortable, and has the necessities. Staff was extremely accommodating and nice. The only reason, which to me is big, is that I ordered a triple room with two queen beds. We entered our room to only see 1 king. We complained and they upgraded us to a suite with a pull out sofa bed. It seemed they had booked our room away.

Very nice hotel, they have a little fridge with complementary drinks and snacks. Employees very respectful and friendly.

I was last year in June by them I had problems with the person I started with and I found people who are part of the really wonderful staff that helped me remember a girl who helped me a lot was called Martha. Beautiful place with magnificent staff 10 stars not 5 thanks you stayed in my heart.

A place, nice in Will Street, the reception was very friendly, and understanding, saw my English deplorable. The room was very clean, just perfect.

A wonderful place to stay. Employees so helpful. If I am ever back in New York. Definitely the place I will stay. The area so nice very comfortable being outside at night by myself. Loved the whole experience.

Not a particularly nice hotel, but no real problems! Shower was fine, towels were clean and bed was comfortable. Had a bit if a hostel vibe in terms of quality of the actually place, so don't expect supper nice furniture and such. Would absolutely stay again though!

The hotel is complete modern on the inside yet on a very old building. It was a great place to stay and quiet. They even upgraded my room which was nice. The rooms are more like apartments. They serve all you can eat Continental breakfast for just $12 every day and in lower Manhattan that's great. Fit a any issues I had really it's nothing. My shower head was very low as I'm 6'4" so I had to bend down to wash. Not a big deal. A couple outlets I found we're just very loose so I couldn't use them for my devices, however plenty of outlets. Above all the staff was super friendly and inviting. The area is clean and quiet. The price was very affordable confusing again where I am in Manhattan. I still give them five stars because I wasn't surprised by anything I didn't already think I would expect while staying here. I was surprised by the over all staff, cleanliness, room cleaned every day and so forth. Highly recommended when staying in lower Manhattan.

Ideal location value for money unbeatable but furniture in poor condition and the household leaves to be desired.

Its a great place that has very good customer service and is close to the subway and restaurants! Couldnt ask for a better place to stay!

Customer service (Front desk) was horrendous. I had maybe 5 working reg channels on the t. V. Repeatedly asked if there was cable TV? "Oh yes I assure you we have cable". In the a. M a non English speaking maintenance man.

Great service; great location, right by the river; nice rooms.

PLEASE don't waste your money. The room we checked into looked nothing like the photos, and was so run down and filthy that we decided not to stay. When we went back to reception (a few minutes after checking in) and told them we would not be staying, they weren't even shocked. They never asked what was wrong or why we were leaving. This seems like an obvious sign that it happens regularly. We were not refunded the $250 for the evening, but Id rather lose the money than stay in that awful room.

The receptionist that check use in was not to friendly. Did not give off a pleasant smile or anything. The first night not Internet service, nor did we have a microwave. We had to call on the following day to ask about the microwave. And what took the cake for me and I checkout out earlier then check out time was I got bitten by bedbugs. Took pictures and came down to show the young man that check us out and it was a different one from the one that check us in. He said that they never had a complaint about any bedbugs, but they have the bedbugs covers I seen on TV on both beds. Also the middle cover, which I did not check until I got bitten was not clean. I will never stay there again.

Stayed here after getting married in Brooklyn with visiting family. Our floors smelt like marijuana the entire weekend. The floor my mother's stayed on reeked so much of weed they opened the hall windows to let stench out. On our last night there the front desk woke us by calling at 3am to ask us if we were smoking marijuana in a non smoking room. Being half a sleep we didn't get too upset and just told them that was coming from another room on the same floor. At check out we were told that if there was any sign of smoking in our rooms we would be charged. My husband got very upset and told the front desk clerk not to accuse of such nonsense, and how dare they wake us at 3am with "accusations". On top of the drama of accusing they were also going thru drama with the local fire department because that hotel did not have a manager nor fire marshal on duty! No you do the math on how this hotel is ran. I will never stay here again nor recommend this place. Ridiculous.

Good service. Large rooms, clean sheets and beds. Certain outlets don't work. Nice view, close to the water and we'll located within the financial district.

The rooms are sleek and well designed. High ceilings. Good view. Prime location, a lot of things are in walking distance.

You you can not get a better location and price. The front desk is super helpful and they have a great deal for breakfast. Rooms are clean and they were ready upon arrival. I really disagree with many of the reviews. Unfortunately people wants to pay minimum dollars and expect the accommodations of the Waldorf Astoria. Me and my family will definitely be back.

Me and my girlfriend stayed there for four nights. It was a nightmare. Our room was on the 8th floor (top). The top floor rooms have skylights which have no blinds, so you basically wake up at sunrise (5:30 AM). The room furniture fell apart, so did the shower head. The carpet on the floor was worn out. I almost had a heart attack when I noticed a bloodstain on a FRESH towell. Other towells weren't very clean either. Breakfast buffet was a joke. Dishes were totally dirty. Staff behind the buffet counter was texting on phone all the time. Was afraid to die in one of their two elevators (old). As a European I expect a lot from a 4 stars hotel when I pay 209$/night for a queen size bedroom. Deserves 2 stars or less. Not recommended.

5 for the location 4 for the price tag 2 for guests (during my stay on the floor were stoned thugs).

Pretty bad hotel, cheap Ikea furniture was all falling apart, broken, doors hanging crooked, janky shower, various other general defects of an unmaintained/uninvested hotel. AC is rickety, iced up and ended up draining all over my hotel floor causing a small lake to wake up to. Wifi is terrible, poor system with one single AP per floor, nowhere near the furthest room back to get signal (where fortunately I was placed). Overpriced laundry.

Well its Ok. Like everyone else I too contend that this is NOT a four star hotel. The quality of the furniture etc is not on par for that. That does not mean that this place is bad at all, just not what it is pretending to be. Service is the same.

I expected more from a 4 star hotel. I added the breakfast but I could have eaten better at Au Bon Pain. The room needs to be updated. No atmosphere, felt cold, bathroom had a few cracks (bathtub needs to be renovated). The pringels box was empty (not that I would eat it), but I think that shows lack of preparing the room for the next guest (did I say that correctly :P). The things I did like was the microwave (in case you stay longer than one night, otherwise not necessary) and that the room was very spacious, two double beds, I think the room name is double king or something. See not impressed enough to remember. Hmm I think I said enough. I would not come back here unless there is nothing else available.

I stayed at this hotel for 2.5 weeks. This is supposedly rated as a 4 star hotel but in reality its probably a 2-3 star at most. The star rating is meant to denote facilities and the Eurostars is somewhat lacking in those. There is a restaurant/bar however this is only used for breakfasts and evening drinks. The bar shuts at 10pm. It is not open at the weekends. Breakfast is a depressing affair. When I tried it the staff were conspicuous by their absence. I came down for 7.30 am and there was little choice. Other food did appear but towards 8 oclock which was too late for me and the other 2 diners. The food choice was minimal but not horrific. Just uninspiring and not much choice. As to hotel rooms: my room was on the top floor. If you like waking up at 5.30 am then its the floor for you! The top floor rooms have skylights which have no blinds. That means the light comes in very early and its impossible to sleep passed that unless you're a heavy sleeper. Also the rooms on the top floor have tiny windows. The rooms are ok. Nothing special and certainly not 4 star. There is a microwave (odd but useful), mini bar (actually reasonable process for a hotel) and coffee making facilities. The bathrooms are ok. They are marble and mine had yellowed over the years no doubt from continuous exposure to men who can't aim properly when they pee. My bed was quite comfortable. Firm mattress although quite large pillows.

Great price for the location. Asiq was very attentive and got us and immediate room change when our first room smelled of smoking (despite the no smoking sign). We ended up in a double which also had a couch and a desk with a microwave and mini-fridge. And with free Wi-Fi and crisp white linens it makes a good first impression. It may have been 4star once upon a time but the fixtures are beginning to show their age and need some sprucing up (odd marks on curtains and an icky spot on the shower grout. Overall, a lot nicer than anything else at this price point in Manhattan. Definitely staying here next year for GNYDM.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel. If it had been honestly listed as a 2 star hotel, my review would have started in a better place. Problems: no room safe, no in-room directory, no 'do not disturb' sign, flaky shower, horrible and dirty corridors, "ran out of breakfast" at 8:55AM on a Sunday, completely disinterested staff, several lights not working in very gloomy bedroom. On the plus side: great location, large room (by Manhattan standards at least), nice architecture (only outside unfortunately).
