What a great place to stay. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They bake fresh cookies all day which my husband loved. We had a wine party one night which was fun. So close to walk to places. The rooms were very clean, spacious, stylish and good size. There was a great loading area so we could unload our luggage easy which doesnt happen in New York much. Overall we had a great time when visiting!

Great hotel… Very clean and comfortable… Amazing staff… Well stocked complimentary mini bar… Location was perfect… Allowed us to completely enjoy lower Manhattan… A definite do over!

The staff at Andaz Wall Street was so professional, courteous and just overall very caring. We grabbed a bite in the bar and sampled some very good bar bites. We had a bruschetta plate that was so good! It was also nice to grab a glass of red or white wine and relax in hotel foyer during their complimentary wine hour. Our room was sleek and relaxing — perfect for our 5 Boroughs Bike Ride we were in the city for. The proximity to the ferry to retrieve our bike packets couldn't be beat either. A wonderful experience at the Andaz — we will be back!

The Andaz had a nice initial look/veneer, but upon closer inspection everything was poorly maintained. Our mirror had a light hanging out of the side, the pillows are awful, the overhead lights had the bottom screen hanging slightly askew… It was a great first impression, but upon further inspection it had issues. ALSO, for the love of god, avoid the breakfast buffet. 71 dollars for two people to eat a couple eggs, bacon and a curdled yogurt parfait. Gigantic ripoff.

Stayed for a long weekend and it was great. Room was spacious and staff friendly. Close to BK and easy access to other neighborhoods in the city.

One of the best Hotel Experience of my life. The rooms are just gorgeous and spacious. The ambiance is really comfortable. I love their daily refills for soft drinks and chocolate. The bathroom in the Deluxe rooms are the best I have ever been to so far. The location is the best. In the center of few of the best food places to eat in FiDi.

Not real happy with room or service. Drain in shower and sink not draining well. Had to shut off water during shower to keep water from running out on to floor due to shower floor almost even with bathroom floor. (no step down style shower floor) which would be OK if drain ran down properly. Electrical outlet loose on wall next to sink (near water! ) Can see wire connection on outlet. Careful unplugging hair dryer! Also shorted wash cloth second day, had to wait while one was brought up. For a 4.5 star hotel not real happy with hotel. Find somewhere else to stay, many choices in New York. Staff very nice and helpful but maintenance and housekeeping needs to step up their game.

Great hotel, very clean and very friendly hotel staff.

Absolutely Amazing! We celebrated our anniversary at Andaz and it was an unforgettable moment. From excellent staff, that catered to all our needs. To superior service and outstanding amenities. The suite was just wanted we needed, lots of space and a great view. It beautifully decorated to my request which was heart felt. They treated us like family! I must say a special thank you to Raymond, Floresca, Michael and all the staff for making us feel welcomed. We’ll definitely be returning!

Loved this hotel and Peter at front desk made it a very pleasant stay greeting us at each point. Also a lady at front desk was kind enough to upgrade us to a lovely room on the 17th floor. Mini bar offers complimentary soft drinks but was not easy to find in the room. They have a wine hour in the evening and 24 hour tea/ coffee behind the front desk. Room service for breakfast was prompt. Great stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

Shower very nice. Bathroom was not perfectly clean. Not sure if it is linked but I had to ask for a clean glass at breakfast (lipstick trace). Some of the staff do not care. No concierge. The person who arrange my dinner reservation forgot to tell me that the restaurant was close what I found when I arrived there. Breakfast overpriced with very poor choice. Bed very hard but I must admit that this one is very linked to personal preferences. Very good price for NYC. Not an hotel I would recomend to my friends.

The front desk was super nice when we checked in and extremely helpful with helping us get around town on the train with the track constriction going on. Room was neat and clean. I loved the 6pm wine hour and complimentary snacks and beverages included in the room.

Super friendly and attentive staff. Took care of all our needs especially our sweet baby, who needed her food heated, and they quickly provided a microwave. Will definitely be back.

Service was great and the rooms were so fancy. My favorite feature was the remote controlled blackout shades. Overall lots of great perks though. My only complaint is that my room was a little warm and wouldn't cool down at night.

Good apart from the carpet not of the best, staff very friendly and helpful, not to make the breakfast at. Morning too dear… come out.

I stayed in a corner suite and loved it! The room was huge, with tall ceilings, a ton of space and a very comfortable bed with a lovely rainfall shower. Room was modern with lighting control, two TV's. The mini fridge was kept stocked with free sodas and water and the service was great. I have nothing to complain about.

Andaz Wall Street was exceptional. The rooms were big enough, since a normal size room was the size of a suite in other hotels. We didn't try the food, but it seemed amazing with a built-in restaurant with exotic flavors. Finally, hotel staff was very helpful, especially when leasing us and others to our event.

The air conditioning of our Junior Suite 18 ° C could not be regulated. Two times the "engineer" was to come. He never came, for that an electric heating fan the day and night ran. The furniture was partially defective and worn out.
Breakfast very modest and dinner a disaster.

The first downside to this hotel is that it is logistically too far from Midtown and other attractions. Good location if you are in NYC for business and if you only want to visit Lower Manhattan attractions. The rate was cheap, so I took a gamble. Next time I'll pay more in Midtown. The gentleman who checked us in was quick and efficient… so much so that nothing about the hotel was explained. When we tried to ask questions during our stay the front desk personnel were usually inaccessible due to a long queue of other guests. Rooms were okay, but the bed was too hard and pillows too soft. Even on the 7th floor road noise was quite disruptive. The laundry truck was loading/unloading below our window from 12:30AM — 2:00AM our last night. The property didn't meet the expectations we had when we booked at an Andaz.

Best Service in a financial district hotel. Rooms have frigobars with complimentary non-alcoholic drinks and some snacks. The restaurant is pretty good, too. But the service is the best thing — you can count on those guys to make your stay memorable.

We were very pleased with this hotel and found it to be a great value! Large spacious rooms and bathrooms with sleek modern decor, clean, quiet, free snacks and friendly front desk personnel. My husband found the bed uncomfortable but it was fine to me. I would definitely recommend!

Easily a 5 star hotel if it weren't for the beds. The beds were too firm for the two of us. Otherwise, the rooms are awesome. The lobby area has coffee, tea, and cookies around the clock, which was pretty cool. Finally, every evening they host a wine hour where you can help yourself to free wine and mingle with guests. Please just fix the beds :-)

The Andaz is a nice hotel with good service. The free mini bar (excluding alcohol) is great but staying there is expensive to begin with. They used to have slippers for the room that were nice but they must have done away with them.

This is a great hotel in the financial district. Quiet on the weekends, easy walk to seaport district. Loved to come back to cold water and soda in our mini fridge that is complementary. The room was clean but the bed was hard as a rock and the pillows squished down to nothing.

Upon entering my husband and I were greeted by Raymond, one of the front desk staff. He was sincere and helpful. The customer service here is outstanding. The hotel is clean and modern. The suites are large and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and we will be returning! Also, there is a parking garage right next door that guests get a discounted rate at and there is a complimentary wine hour too.

Freakishly nice rooms and great service. It's not even the most expensive hotel in New York. It's just a reasonably priced luxury hotel. I used points to book my stay here and the from desk offered me the presidential suite if I pay $50 a night for an upgrade. I don't regret this decision at all. My room is bigger than my 2 bedroom apartment in houston.

This hotel is at the corner of water and wall. Not a lot going on in the financial district on the weekend so it's pretty quiet. Subway station is two short blocks away so that is one of the main ways to get around. The rooms are nice; clean modern decor but it's pretty minimalist. Our room had a spacious rainfall shower; no tub. As with all Andaz properties you get the free non-alcoholic minibar and some snacks. The snacks here are more austere than I remember (just 3 granola/snack bars). Front desk area has free umbrellas to borrow if you forget. Check-in/out line moved quickly from what I could tell.

This place is worth the extra money. It was a wonderful hotel. The Andaz was so close to everything on the financial district. The staff were amazing and courteous. I had an amazing time at this site. Rooms were so clean and the ledge in the room in front of the window allows you to do people watching from your room after a long day of walking. The bathroom was great. Free mini bar except alcohol. They restock it each day. The only negative was the pillows they were too soft for me.

Super Hotel, who would not want to be directly in the hustle and bustle of the Time Square here in the financial district to the right place! We had booked a room in the 17th floor and were very happy:-) we are quite classic in the travel office. In the case of the Oh-so-great comparison portals on the Internet, we would have come anywhere significantly more expensive.

Stayed in the Large King. No complaints. The shower/bathtub view was amazing.

Staff was friendly hotel was immaculate and there was a 24 hour coffee and tea area in the lobby. Room was elegant and the mini bar had a lot of free items as well as paid overall a great experience I would definitely come here again. I think have now become spoiled and it is the only place I would want to stay at in NYC.

Great decor and whatnot but one: the cable "wasn't working" throughout the hotel so we were left with 10 channels (um get a repairman and fix it? ) and two: throughout the whole night we could barely sleep because of how freaking cold it was so I called the front desk and was told that the heating system was automatic (aka guests have no control over adjusting the A/C). So because it wasn't below 0 the heating didn't kick in… in freaking WINTER? I had to sleep with a sweater on — — Ive stayed at ratchet places that were $89 per night in the city and they still provided better BASIC amenities, including CABLE AND A/C (oh and a microwave, breakfast, and coffee maker to boot). Never again — this place is nowhere near worth $300+. It's a joke.

Go there often for drinks at the bar. Love their wine selection and their cheese plate is pretty delicious. I do wish that the crowd was a little bit more diverse in age, but overall it's a great spot to catch up with friends.

My friend had a bridal suite at the Andaz and it was beautiful. They had a beautiful gallery on the roof to take pictures and protected us against the rain. Would definitely recommend!

Got this as part of a special package, otherwise we probably wouldn't have stayed in financial district. Location not ideal for most tourist things perhaps but 5 mins walk to Metro and 10 mins walk to World trade centre and Statue of liberty boat mean there's nothing wrong with it. They seem to be trying to blend high end look with casual feel, there's no reception desk as such, just an island with staff hanging around in jacket and jeans, who were all polite and helpful. The lobby has free 24 hour coffee, tea and cookies which is a nice touch except when you get to your room and find there's no hot drink facilities. So plenty of evening trips down in the lift. The complimentary soft drinks and snacks in room were much appreciated though. The other surprising omission from our room was a hair dryer, not good for 3 young ladies. Perhaps these things don't bother their target clientele. A great stay only slightly marred by what wasn't in our room.

The rooms were really clean and I loved that the assortment of snacks and soft drinks at the minibar weer complimentary! The bed was really comfy and the desk area was super convenient, even has a built in, hideaway take table top outlet for charging phones or laptops while working. The shower was amazing too. The serve complimentary coffee, tea and snacks in the lobby all day, as well as a complimentary wine harpy hour after 5. The Andaz Wall Street was an amazing hotel and I'd love to stay there again.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. The valet parking attendants were very courteous when we arrived. During check in, the attendant asked us what brought us to San Diego and after we said our anniversary, she sent delicious lavender lemonade to our room to celebrate. The hotel was very cozy and clean; it maintains its historic hotel charm, but is also very modern and classy. We had dinner at Currant — great service and food there as well. I also received the free yoga DVD for checking in on yelp. We absolutely loved everything about our stay here. I highly recommend it.

We came to Manhattan for a wedding on a beautiful weekend. Luckily it was the weekend, so the Business district wasn't crazy busy. We reserved the King Deluxe room, and it was clean, beautiful & spacious. There was lots of wall storage, even though there was 2 drawers. The bed was firm and the pillows soft. The staff very courteous. I would stay in this hotel again, and I recommend it.

Top Hotel. Room on the eleventh floor super modern furnished and spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Every time again.

Super hotel. Rooms nice and modern. Check-in goes quickly and smoothly. A lady coming to an iPad in hand on one and done the 'paperwork'!. Situation is the same on Wall Street. Located a block from the East River. From some rooms you can watch even there. I will stay quite safe here again.
