Wifi logs out every 10 minutes, air conditioning smells like a wet dog and all the other doors slam so hard the whole room shakes. Ceiling and walls look moldy. Can't really recommend a place like that. Although staff was very friendly, that's a plus.

Awful staff with no common sense. Canceled my reservation for my son at 1145pm at night and left him stranded in lobby. If you want to stay at a nice hotel it is not this one. They lack any sense of customer service.

The room is very small and the heat never works in the room I even got a room with no towels focking deplorable.

Great location! close to everything you want to know in New York. You do not need a car all this very close you can move by Subway or walking! and the super comfortable facilities.

Front desk staff on Sat were very unhelpful and we were not able to get into our reserved room until 4pm. The room was very very small for 2 beds. The phone didn’t work and the TV had 4 channels. Housekeeping tried to clean our room at 9:30am even though checkout is noon but we were not checking out and we were sleeping. They slipped a note under the door telling us to Call them if we wanted the room cleaned, but the phone didn’t work. Went down and told the desk and they noted to clean our room / fix the phone and we left for several hours. Came back about 5 hours later and the room was not cleaned, but the phone was fixed. Housekeeping showed up about 5:30pm to clean. By that time we only needed clean towels. The room also had severe wallpaper peeling and not soundproof. I expect more from SheratonI won’t go back there and hesitate to book any other
Sheraton. Very dissatisfied.

Lovely hotel with updated rooms and very comfy beds. Love the modern decor. The price was nice, too. Amenities are just what we needed, and the breakfast was amazing.

Service at the front desk is awful! The staff where rude they are dressed unprofessionally. The hotel restaurant food is not good at all. Someone is not leading this team well at all. There was no A/C in our room. In fact the best part of our stay was the Maintenance guy named Tori he was awesome! This guy should train everyone on customer service and a friendly warm smile and personality! I WILL SAY IT WAS CLEAN AND IS CONVENIENT TO THE BARCLAY CENTER AND DOWNTOWN MANHAN/BROOKLYN. So for those reasons you can stay there. Just a plce to sleep and be local. The decor in restaurant is pretty.
Rooms are tiny but have all the essentials.

Location is excellent. Comfy beds, good shower. And complimentary morning Coffee/Tea available.

The hotel is average. The first morning, the cleaning lady came about 8:30am. Asked if she could come back in a couple hours. Returned to my room around 9pm. The room was not cleaned. The last night of our stay, I called to the front desk, the phone rang about 10 times, no answer. I hung up and called back, it was answered quickly. I asked for 2 folks. The first time I was told someone would be right up. After 15 minutes, I called back. I was told sorry, there were a few requests before yours, but the attendant is on his way. 5 minutes later, I called again, I requested to cancel my request since it's taking more than a reasonable time. The woman on the other end of the phone, says, "You bet" and hung up.

I loved this hotel. My room was huge for new York and very nicely decorated. The shower with it's multiple heads was the best part. I'll be back.

Great stay and really nice room. It is right in the center of the financial district. It's only a few New York City blocks away from Wall Street. No breakfast, but it did have a fitness area. It's also very cheap for what you get. And the service is great.

Nice hotel, exactly what we expected. Rooms are small but that’s not a problem and very normal I think in bigger cities. And this is one is huge. Perfect location to reach a lot of hot spots in Manhattan and even head to Brooklyn for the bars and restaurants.

First the minor issues. The rooms have next to no noise insulation so chatter in the corridor and (for conjoined rooms) the neighbours can be heard. All USB power points in both my rooms in that hotel didn’t work either. Now for why I had to stay in two rooms for a 3 night stay. My original room (1411) had a shower tap that fell off the moment I tried to turn it on. No water came out. After three failed attempts to call for service, I finally managed to get through. A techni…cian came up, declared he needed support, went down, came up, declared he needed guidance, called someone and decided I had to wait till the next morning for it to be fixed. The hotel wanted to move me to another room but I had unpacked for the day, it was almost midnight and I was exhausted so I asked for another room (402) just for my shower, and they could fix the shower the following day. The next day (today, Jun 10), I reminded the (different) counter staff about my ordeal. I told them I would go out till about 1pm and they could try to fix it. If they couldn’t, please leave a note so I know what the outcome was, as it was so difficult to get anyone to pick up the phone when I called. When I returned, there was no note. I decided to go out again to give them more time. By the time I got back to my room for the night at about 7pm I tried the shower. It still didn’t work and there was still no note or communication from staff.

Very clean quiet bar on a Wednesday. Great finger foods and the staff are very attentive. Good place for happy hour after work.

If you consider that the accommodation in NY is a challenge, this Hotel is very good. It is modern, in a tourist area, well connected and well equipped. The rooms are small but with everything you might need. The most suitable price for the city.

Great price, friendly staff and not too far from a metro stop. Good food joints all around the hotel easily within walking distance. Keep this one in your back pocket when planning your next visit to NYC.

It is very good the rooms are very clean, the staff and very helpful and often ask you how you are, only flaw in the bed they sell as double in fact it is a little small, if you book with card on the day of check in they only block the figure that will then SCA Only at the end of the stay.
Around the structure there are many services such as market, restaurants, fast food, in short everything, with a few steps you can find everything you need especially if you need to eat on the fly, I highly recommend this property in May 2018 I found really good:)

When moving the beds there was dirt (leftover fries and salad). I didn't expect that from a mid-range hotel.

Stayed in this hotel at the end of April 18. Their rooms are a bit small but comfortable. Location is ideal very close to Fulton Subway which just 3 mins walk providing easy access to whole of Manhattan.
Over all it was a good experience. With this I would like the management to update it's payment procedures when we tried to pay through our visa and Mastercard hotels system kept on rejecting it, at first we thought as suggested the by person present at the reception that the problem may be from the end of the bank since it being an overseas bank but when we tried the same card on different outlets and ATM'S where is gave full service then it transpired that the problem is with the Hotels system. Seriously need immediate attention, though we were lucky to save the embarrassment by paying cash.

Staff was incredibly friendly when we first arrived but after that they either ignored or forgot our requests. Asked them to restock the towels in our room. Came back hours later, nothing was done. Asked to have a car set up to pick us up at 5:45. No note was left when we came back to change it to 5:30… we asked them to book it for 5:30. No car was there when we got down and they only called it when we got down. And it didn’t show up until 5:50… close call at the airport.

The room was quite small, and the bathroom had no fan… But other than that, it was fine. It's not like I was planning on spending all of my New York vacation time in the room anyways. It's just a place to sleep. I had opened the window to let some "fresh air" (it's New York… the air isn't great) in, and got the nice ocean breeze, which was great! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, because it's in the financial district. It's also great for taking a midnight stroll around the surrounding streets, because it's not too crazy. The people at the front desk were incredibly nice and hospitable, so that was a plus.

Matter resolved on billing and I revised my review rating based on the resolution. The rooms are a little small but is expected in New York downtown. Location is definitely great. There is no business meeting rooms or business center available so business travelers should be aware. Cleanliness is good. Not sure why they only allowed use of the revolving door though. Had billing went without an issue it would have been 4 stars.

Very nice hotel. Enjoyed the area. Close walk to many things. Friendly people. Wish shower had more pressure but that was my only complaint.

Best Place to be pin New York — Whether Stuck in a Snowstorm, or not! This is a great place to stay in New York. The downtown location is great for business or for tourism, especially if you want to kick off your trip with the Statue of Liberty and other attractions. The rates were great, the rooms were a bit tight but had EVERYTHING in them. Sure, maybe there wasn't a lot of walking room, but the layouts were super comfortable and the beds super comfortable. The rooms are warm and cozy! There is in room dining from breakfast to late night (i. E. 10pm), and if you want to eat later, a fantastic bar/restaurant called FETCH.

Helpful staff, room always cleaned, changed the towels daily, even gave me a bonus of $ 5 in reward for separating the garbage from the recyclables in the room! :D Unforgettable stay in NYC.

I had the absolute best experience here for my first ever trip to NY. Check-in was quick and easy and they held our bags for us so we could roam the city until our room was ready. The rooms were a little smaller than we are used to in Florida but we had a decent view. However, we did have an issue with the elevators and Dominique went above and beyond to ensure the remaining time of our stay was nothing less than exceptional. I cannot say enough about her, she really went above and beyond. Will stay here again, hands down!

Hotel is lovely, staff friendly and welcoming. We stayed in room 1507 double room was perfect for what we needed. Bed is really comfortable. No noise from the hotel at all apart from the heating/air-conditioning was noisy. Would highly recommend this hotel. Sub stations are local and we purchased a 7 day metro card to get us into upper Manhattan and certainly got our monies worth. Thank you Four Points for a wonderful stay it was fab.

We stayed at this Sheraton the week before Christmas. The stay was ok, small rooms as usual in NYC, clean, location was good. Enough breakfast places around.
The stay was good until our last day when our expensive sun glasses got stolen from the room, when we asked for fresh towels. The battery was low in the safe so we didn’t put them away for four hours that we left the room that evening. Very disappointed about the staff, not helping to fix the situation, no apology, no nothing. Seems to be normal that items go missing in this hotel when I read some reviews here… so be aware.

Perfect location, modern style, clean, perfect service, good deal. I ll definitely coming back. This going to be my spot. Love it.

Four points provided an excellent stay for my visit to New York, rooms were very clean and room service was very prompt. Location was great had all you could ask for food wise within a 2-3 block area. Would recommend and would return.

Stayed for two nights — our room was not cleaned in between nights. When I asked on Sunday checkout if it was some sort of New York hotels standard practice not to clean, I was informed it wasn’t. I was asked if I was still in the room in the morning — they won’t clean with someone in there. I left my room at 7:30am. Then he asked if I needed anything and that was it. Now maybe $359/night is a reasonable price for a New York hotel, however, I still feel that at paying that price I should have the bed made, coffee refilled, and clean towels for the bathroom. The hotel desk attendant didn’t seem to willing to do anything to rectify the situation — maybe I was too nice about it. If you’re still reading I will highlight some of the positives. I did request an early check in and late checkout that could not be accommodated. The staff held my luggage though so I could explore the city and not have to haul it around. The staff was also mostly friendly. The room was small yet cozy.

Stayed one night in one of the double rooms with my family. The room was quite comfortable and the bathroom was really nice. Parking fees were relatively affordable compared to other hotels in the Manhattan area. Close proximity to Chinatown was one of the reasons we chose it. Treated very well by front desk service. Forgot some personal belongings when we checked out but the hotel staff were able to find it and hold it for us to recover later which was really appreciated.

Average. Wallpaper coming off, have to wait 2 minutes for cold water (explain that to me), loose fixtures. Nice and quiet AC. No upgrades for SPG elite. Clean and modern rooms. Not cheap. Average.

The location was great and the room was clean. The only problem I had was with the shower. Mine was just a continuation of the bathroom floor with a slight depression for the drain. No shower curtain or lip or door or anything. That was fine but my drain didn't drain fast enough with the water running and I almost flooded half the bathroom in the first 10 minutes of my shower. I called for towels and they were very accommodating and the service was great but just be careful should you stay in a room like mine.

Hotel super noisy, you can hear absolutely everything (showers, talks, vomiting, cleaning, EVERYTHING)! Starting at 6:30 or 7 am is impossible to sleep (something that sometimes is needed with the jet lag). Staff at the Front desk friendly. The cleaning service is extremely disappointing (we found hairs blond in the shower before using it, being dark and the towels stained, the room with dust. ), we left only 1 hand towel and a body, being two. In general, a disappointment! We knew that it was not the Ritz and not what we expected, but we paid extra for a room with views of the city and on a high floor, finally they understand by 'skyline view' a floor higher than the 14 but without a view to anything! Only a building noisy in the works! The lifts are a nightmare, more than 6 minutes waiting for the first day. There is No refrigerator in the rooms but if you a coffee machine, a thing that would be appreciated. The bed soooo comfortable, I think q is a good choice if you're going to be 2 to 4 days, and just need to sleep in the room. The bathroom is nice and has soap, conditioner and hair dryer.

What a fine hotel! Came here for a business meeting. The lobby is very nice, as is the plaza in front of the hotel. A full service restaurant and bar, Ketch, is on site and did our catering, which was great! I had the pleasure of meeting the general manager, Arthur Cheung, a true hospitality professional. I stayed here for for one night. I am a native New Yorker and wanted to get away for a bit. Hotel was exactly what I expected: small room with standard amenities but a great location. The hotel is very close to South Street Seaport, OWT, Governor's Island Ferry. Front desk was helpful and recognized our SPG membership by giving us a nice room and one free beverage. Thoughtful.

Hotel very clean and with all amenities in full financial zone of Manhattan. Coffee available in the mornings; in addition to room service. There are also irons and a garage.

Service is really great! They are nice, attentive, and helpful. A/C went out in middle of night but they fixed it very quick.

Great hotel. Right down in the Financial District, walk to Wall St, 9/11 memorial among other things. Rooms are nice, staff are excellent. Definitely a subway ride to all the action of Time Square and Broadway.

Rooms were very nice, excellent service all around. Entire staff was very accommodating. Restaurant is 15% for hotel guests. Not much in the area for night life on the weekends, but the hotel is close to subway stops to easily get anywhere in the city. Was able to easily find free street parking for the night (Saturday) as well.

It has the basics. You do not have the luxury or personality. The room is normal to small and the neighborhood is kind of boring but it has a metro near by.

This is a new hotel, so the décor was good. Service is excellent, and the food at ketch is amazing. Update: the housekeeping at the hotel seems to come up short more often than not. I regularly find myself calling the front desk for basic amenities like soap, shampoo, etc. I've never had to do that in any other hotel.

We had two rooms for five of us (three teens touring Pace University) & two adults. The rooms were very good sized which was a pleasant surprise as, which is NYC is known for very small hotel rooms. The property was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We all agreed we'd stay there again, however there were some issues. The dispensers (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) didn't work.

0/5 would not stay again. My boyfriend and I got a room here for the night and it was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival another guest was actually checking out after lodging a few complaints but we chose to ignore it. We were hardly in the room but what time we did spend was awful. The service was decent but no genuine concern for our visit. The first room we were in was very muggy with a preset ac and a nonopening very small window. As we were watching TV a roach just crawled out from inside the bed spread! We called room service, they sent someone up to confirm it said "ew that's nasty" then told us to wait. Eventually we got a different room that was equally dissapointing but no roaches luckily. Checked out first thing in the morning. Awful rooms, bad customer service over priced.

The rooms are small and dirty. The cleaning service is very poor. In the 5 days that we host only changed the bed linen 1 time, and just because we claim every day. Never intended the carpet, not replenished the toilet paper and the furniture had dirt and dust all the days. It was both what we claim that we made a discount of 200 dollars, although it was not enough for the wrong time and the disgust that gave us this hotel.

This hotel is by far the worst I've EVER came across! First off I've got an e-mail advertise this hotel is BRAND new and it's just so happen I was looking for a place to stay due to family gathering. So when we take the cab&the cab driver said it was a bit difficult to find. So we checked it, all good, staff was nice and all. We then head up to our room, first thing we saw from fall away was a mid size stain on the marble looking table. Then we were all just get thrown off with the FIRST thing we saw. Then we look around, the suite looks nice, lots of windows, have two TV and then we look at the coffee table there's more stains with some oily finger prints… so we where like how clean is this place, as the places we can see so far it's dirty, can't even imagine the place you can't tell. Then we check out the washroom, first thing we saw and have our head thrown back was the tabs over the sink! It was just in an out of wack style, usually you have it off it's either at the 6 O'clock position or 3 & 9 O'clock position… instead it's positions one at 7o'clock and the other at 8o'clock position! So we were like OK… this place must be so new that the plumbing isn't even done! We start to put away our things and my mom she can't even reach, the hanger she's about 4"9, so I have to help her.

Great clean hotel, very new still. Room has everything you need. Free coffee at reception every morning. Huge king size bed. I do get a lot of electric shocks though! Would recommend.
