Largest 1 bedroom hotel siute I ever stayed in. Cleaner than most NYC hotels. Perfect location for walking to wall street area, both business and tourism. Only problem was streets are narrow in the financial districts so unloading was hard and parking in the area is expensive. Many restaurant choices within a few blocks. Pricey, but worth it. I'll stay there again.

Hotel was simply amazing… Service was great and couldn't have asked for a better location. Room was clean and comfortable. Were able to walk to everything in lower Manhattan.

This place was awesome the room has all the amenities that you need Stove dishwasher and even Supply you with dish soap pots pans silverware plates everything very quiet very clean you don't hear your neighbors your neighbors don't hear you housekeeping does not bother you too early it's great I would definitely recommend anybody who are looking for just a day getaway a week get away a month to get away to just go and enjoy yourself at the Q&A Hotel not to mention it also has great eateries whether it's fast food all the way down to vegan food everything is close by and within walking distance you're by South Street Seaport you're in the financial district you're minutes away from Battery Park excellent place and it's walking distance to the train station as well as buses.

The check-in was easy and quick. We stayed in an "efficiency" type room. Our room was large, clean, and we'll lit. There was an uncomfortable two seat sofa, and a low back desk chair. That was it for furniture. The bed mattress was firm. We plan on staying here frequently, because our daughter lives in one of the apartments.

Amazing rooms, great location. However you get to do a lot of walking inside the building to get to the rooms. Kitchen is fully equipped, you don't need anything to be called for. Great staff and easy check-in. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

This is the most fantastic clean and beautiful hotel in Manhattan. Staff are lovely and friendly and can't do enough for you. I would very highly recommend it to everyone. It's very plush and we are here for a week and loving it.

We loved our week at the Q&A. Great value for money especially when taking into consideration the size of the apartments. Beautiful design and a few minutes away from major sights. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, MASSIVE apartment for a great price. Close to wall street and the financial district. Nice amenities, including a large bodega with lots of variety. Beware the closest subway station is closed on weekends and the closest one is about a 10 minute walk. Would definitely stay again.

Great room, super kind and helpful staff. Would only change 2 things: the rooms get super dry, so a humidifier would be a great addition. Also, the financial firm across the street leaves their lights on all night, and the blinds in the room aren't great at stopping that light from getting in.

Absolutely one of my favorite hotels. The room was enormous and very clean and well decorated. The location is perfect for those that want to be close to the train to go places in the city but it was still quiet enough for peace and rest. A great city market was a 2 min walk so that was perfect because a full kitchen was provided. The decor, amenities, and furniture were all spot on. Overall, one of my favorite hotels ever.

Its not as easy to find if your not aware of your airings. The hotel has limits of people to visit or be in the room… the security was kinda all up in the business… the suite we were in was spacious with 2 bathroom and a living room… it happen to be very comfortable spacious rooms.

Rooms are really chic and roomie. I will definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly. Loading and unloading luggage was the only small downside as you must park about a half a mile away or you can block the small street in front of the entrance.

Q&A was a lovely residential hotel, clean, modern, professional. The full size fridge, dishwasher, and stove impressed me. Using of cards on the elevator got to be a bit tiresome but I understand why it is needed. Overall the hotel suite was exactly what was needed for a small (15-20 people) gathering.

The rooms are immaculate. Huge living spaces and comfortable fixtures. A little weird setup being in a residential building but it kind of adds to the appeal.

Our room was great — — large bed, full kitchen, nice restroom, large Smart TV, and separate study area. All furniture was modern and high quality. Service was excellent, as per request, extra towels and blankets were provided. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was easy to find and access, and was also closeby to several coffee shops. Overall a wonderful experience.

The Q&A lobby can be quite hard to find, but the building staff on the ground floor are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are in a modern design and have a full kitchen and bathroom. Everything looked clean and was nicely presented. I went for a business meeting, but I would recommend this hotel. Great location above all else.

Set in a historic high-rise building (former AIG HQ), this is the best long-term stay hotel in the Wall Street area. The lobby is an art deco stunner, with gorgeous marble and metalwork. See the amazing elevator doors. Black Fox coffee shop in the lobby is one of the best in the area. Excellent gym on concourse level; property is building a new food hall at ground level off the lobby. Friendly desk staff and helpful doorman. See photos for room interiors.

Just stayed for 2 days and had a wonderful time. Staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. Our room had everything that we could have possibly needed and more. It was very spacious for a room in New York with full size appliances and large TV that included Netflix and cable. Staff was friendly and informative, always ready to help find you the right tickets or tour for different sites. They helped me figure out the subway more than once. Our room was always freshly cleaned and stocked. The location was perfect. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Incredible stay. Hotel was beautiful, and massive rooms! We went over out occupancy limit, and our little party got shut down. But the staff was incredibly friendly even though we definitely broke the rules. And was we were leaving in the morning, housekeeping staff came running down to give us a few belonging we forgot in the room. Overall am incredible stay.

An excellent choice for a long term stay where all the conveniences of home are necessary, or a short term stay where an intimate home cooked meal goes well. I am overall highly impressed by the value delivered by this hotel for the money. It was reminiscent of a timeshare in regards to the conveniences, but without the annoyance of a constant sales pitch. This hotel is truly a home away from home. “Amazing! ” We live in NJ but we go to New York at least once a month. We have been to many nice hotels in the city, but this one stands out for several reasons: The size of what they call a room (which is actually a large loft apartment) is ridiculous! Who else in Manhattan has two walk-in closets?! No one! Most apartments are the size of the two walk-in closets together plus their office space. It's completely renovated, modern and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything, including a dishwasher and a toaster. The bed was huge and more comfortable than our own! The bathroom is not huge, but we loved that it was located in a private area in the apartment. The location has everything that you might need near your hotel. Restaurants, fast food places, coffee shops (a Starbucks right around the corner) and also a Duane Reade Pharmacy in the same corner. The building also has its own Australian coffee place in the lobby. There's a grocery store located less than a mile away as well. Anyway, we really enjoyed our stay there and we are definitely coming back in the near future.

Stayed for two weeks with my husband and 2 year old daughter. What a beautiful place. We loved it. The building is an 1930s skyscaper and they have retained the lobby in it's original glory. Just loved the art deco features. The building is partly residential and 3 floors of hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. They were so quick to answer any questions I had via email before we got there and once there if we had any issues. Eg. Light not working. We called and within …minutes someone was there. The rooms look just like the photos on the website and are very spacious. King size comfy bed, full kitchen and large fridge and a bathroom with a bath. We stayed in an executive room which also has a study nook and walk in robe. The study room was perfect as a bedroom for our 2 year old and they supplied a crib/cot free of charge. The room has everything you need to live comfortably and it was great having the kitchen and full size fridge and small dining area to prepare meals on nights we just wanted to stay in or pick up takeaway. You will find some fabulous gourmet supermarkets close with daily made fresh and ready to go buffet style food which makes it easy to stay in after a long day of sightseeing. (Fulton street Market, Zeytuna, Jubilee) Included with your stay they supply a help yourself breakfast on the 3rd floor which consists of muffins, crossiants, fruit, coffee and tea.

Very nice reception, always helpful and a great location. The rooms are huge and equipped with everything. Better. Highly recommended!
