I would recommend staying for the deal, but here are my thoughts. I stayed in July 2020 during the pandemic reopening and had an "OK" experience. It was not great administratively to start. Issue was about 2 days. Front desk was 1 person afternoon, then 1 person late night when I was there. No managers. So if you have an issue, they won't try to help you, or even listen to you. A hotels. Com rep tried calling the afternoon front desk and said she was was uncooperative and "like talking to a brick wall. " A second front desk person at night was also a bit indignant. Hospitality isn't an easy job, but if someone has an issue, attempt to listen. Physically place is fine, a bit dated and musty but it's okay. Location is perfect. Bed is comfy. I loved the little warm light around the mirror. Place is quiet. Breakfast was a small spread of Nutrigrain bars, Costco-like muffins, coffee and tea, small yogurts. My tub had a little issue draining, but it's OK. I wouldn't go back with the administrative hospitality issues. Had those issues not happened, I'd say it was a decent deal. Just don't expect a fruit, like a bagel, hard-boiled eggs, juice, etc. At breakfast.

Great small hotel w everything you need. Rooms good size for travel. Great customer service, front desk Sandrea was ALWAYS smiling, friendly, quick to help, great asset to the company. Cesar in the dining room, will get you anything you want, makes perfect waffles, another perfect asset to the hotel. They should be thrilled to have them work so hard for the guest. Room clean, comfortable for a New York trip. Would return next time in town. Thank you.

My friend and I had a great girls weekend at Hampton Seaport! The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Cesar at breakfast was kind and attentive. He is a real asset to your staff! We loved our stay. Parking next door for $35. Rooms comfortable and big bathrooms. Clean and cozy!

Because they are very friendly all, very clean spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast!

This area of Manhattan is romantic with Pier 17 and all the cozy restaurants. The name financial district is deceiving. The staff at Hampton Inn was great. Some guests were really rude and demanding, but the staff seemed to do their best with a smile.

I am an Hilton Diamond member and have never experienced such awful customer service in my life. Have spoken to multiple people who pawn off my billing concern on others in Management who never seem to be available or on property. In addition, never call back. Do not stay here. To many other great Hilton properties in the city.

Fantastic location. 10 minute walk or so to the World Trade Center and Fulton St Subway station. Plenty or restaurants closeby. Rooms do not have microwave or fridge but they have room service and ice, vending, complimentary breakfast every morning. Front desk is very helpful and attentive. Stayed on the 6'th floor and had a view of One World Trade Center. I highly recommend this hotel based on the location and excellent value in Manhattan and also based on the fact you can use your Hilton Honor Rewards points.

The rooms are tiny… but clean. My husband (a Diamond member! ) chose this locale (based on online pics posted by this site) for the "views" but all we got to view was someone's stairwell, a wall abt 8' away and an extremely narrow view of Pace between 2 buildings. The false advertising didn't sit well with us AT ALL. Expect to live out of your suitcase. There is no dresser… only one skinny closet, 2 tiny-skinny nighttables and the writing desk… (more than half of… which was absconded by the lamp, coffee pot, pen/paper and the phone). There's only one skinny shelf in the bathroom available for you to put your toiletries. They could DEFINITELY use more shelving in both the room and the bathroom to put things on. We were also near the elevator; so needless to say we were listening to the sound of what sounded like moving furniture right next door all night. And it was slow. The sign that says the ice machine is on the 7th floor? LIE. It's on the 4th. Oh, and when we came back after midnight, we were supposed to have to use our key to gain access to the lobby… Nope. BUT… it was clean, and the air got to as low as 65 (by choice), and the front desk people seemed cordial enough. Be Warned.

My husband and I stayed here March 26th to March 29th 2017, our first vist ever to New York. Exclent staff members, they were so amazing and kind, made sure we had everything we needed. Exclent breakfast also and amazing cook and so friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for making our first experience well worth it.

This was the worst service ever. They re — keyed our room to someone else who just walked in on us and the room was not in our name we found out later. We went out into the city and when we returned our door wouldn't shut correctly as if someone tried to break in and they wouldn't give us a new room where we felt safe. We discussed this problem and nothing was done about it or noted on our bill the next day. The manager was not available to apologize or discuss the problem upon checkout. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want to stay safe.
