For the price they charge for the rooms they should give complimentary breakfast instead they charge you for cereal and milk. Ridiculous cuz two star hotels provide free breakfast!

Very comfortable and quiet a must stay.

In the time of need this place terminated most of their housekeepers due to the COVID 19 outbreak. Shame on you!

We had a beautiful stay. Cannot believe we were maybe 20feet from I40. Staff was super courteous and checkin was less than 2 mins.

Rooms need updating. Limited plugs to charge devices. Gone from 9:15 am to 9:15 pm. Room not cleaned. Called front desk. Said we must have had the do not disturb sign out… which we did not! Followed up asking for fresh towels at least. Ignored. Have stayed here whenever we come to Albuquerque. No more.

I remember a time when you said I’m going to stay at the Hilton you knew you were going to stay at a nice hotel. This absolutely is not the case.
The hotel staff is very friendly, but the hotel is gross. The room is out dated the bed is hard as a rock supposed to be adjustable which is broken.
There is no mattress pad on the bed so gross an average person sweats 30 ounces a night a good part goes in the air the rest goes in the mattress absolutely freaking gross.
A mattress pad keeps out people body fluids including hepatitis.
Hepatitis can live out of the body for three weeks is absolutely dangerous to sleep in this place. The room needs to be painted, paint peeling off the doors the art is damaged, The furniture and the nightstand is broken the room in general is just plain nasty.
I would not recommend this place to anybody what a disappointment. What a shame… Update worst night sleep ever the select comfort bed or what they call it is broken both beds were broken in my room.

Stayed here for business one night. Room was large, bed comfortable and staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I think the hotel does need a refresh but all in all I’d stay again.

The only complaint I have is the bed. Even with it being an adjustable it was very stiff and uncomfortable.

Location is great! Make sure you don’t get a room on the freeway side (there is a reason they provide ear plugs) very noisy. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Clean, helpful staff, very accommodating. Comfortable beds. We encountered no problems. There is a slide at the pool. Only open on weekends when they have lifeguards available.

Room was nice, standard. Fitness area was better than expected, but it's still a hotel fitness area. Easy to walk many places. The made to order breakfast is actually pretty good.

Our overnight stay was very comfortable. The hotel was clean and well kept. We were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. The beds were great and perfect for a refreshing sleep. Nice and quiet too. The pool was very nice for my kids to burn their built up energy from our long road trip. The water slide was closed due to having no lifeguard available to assist, my kids were a bit disappointed but we understand. Other than that, very nice!

Loved the hotel. But they have some sleep adjustment bed that would not work for me. Day 5 I figured it out after barely being able to walk that morning. Staff was great and accommodating and willing to help when I asked. I just worked through it. I'm sure the beds great for some, but wont work for me. Everything else about the hotel was great!

OMG Charged 70 Bucks for my USA Registered Service Animal. Federal Offense. They still have not reversed the charge. I’ll revise this and include the settlement. Baited and Switched my room rate too. Quoted 194 charged 204 no big deal but very illegal on two counts. The third strike would be to downgrade my rooms at their Hotels because I have a service animal. It is illegal to ask for proof however my attorney will provide that for the judge. It is legal for them to ask what is the service animals function. Too bad they did not ask I’d have told them I work for the Federal government and the dogs function is to reveal Discriminating businesses.

The service is friendly and accommodating. The rooms, pool area, and restaurant are clean. The hotel is right off the highway so our room was noisy. (We guessed something was up when we arrived to complementary earplugs on the nightstand. ) The light from the highway and the light that lights up the sign on the building came right through our window. The beds have adjustable firmness, however this perk caused a bit of a hole in the middle of the bed, I'm not sure if it's because they were set at different levels of firmness. Any of these issues is not a huge problem on its own, but all three made for an interesting night. The pool is nice and has a slide, but it has never been on during our stay. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants.

Housekeeping staff was a delight, super welcoming and helpful. Front desk staff varied. Some encounters were more positive than others. Overall decent stay for business. Several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Target and Starbucks were a few blocks away as well, which was convenient because we didn't have a car.

Very nice hotel in a great location! Excellent choices at the bar and great made to order breakfast too! Will definitely come back.

I didn't personally stay here but friends from work did and it was better then the Marriott next door.

One step inside and you'll see the difference. Everything was clean and sparkled. Nice comfortable beds, good shower and cold air conditioner that did not cycle on and off. We like sleeping with fan noise. Thank you.

Whenever I stay at a Hilton, I'm really never surprised that the hotel was super clean and very up kept. The front desk was helpful and fast. The room was clean and nice and cool. Its great to go into your room after a nice night out on the town and even better when you wake up to a free breakfast.

Harrassed by "Andy" who refused to give me his last name. "Andy the hotel security gaurd. " forced me to go to my room at 2200 hrs on a friday night all because I sat in my personal vehicle to smoke a cigarette. I was Accussed of smoking "Marijuana" and he "Andy" was persistant in his allagations. We were stalked for what felt like our entire stay. Was given a feeling like we were a drug dealer, a trouble maker. Now I am a grown ass women who is employeed in the medical field and this stay made to feel like I was 5yrs old or better yet a drug user. This stay did not only involve myself, but my children who are all under the age of 18. Very upset guest. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel…

Everything was good except the front desk person tried to charge more than the advertised online price.

Hotel beds are terrible. They are hard as a rock and their sleep numbers do not work. I've stayed here 10 times over the past 2 years and it hasn't changed. The hotel staff and atmosphere is wonderful but the beds are not good. I'd rather stay elsewhere for a promising good night's sleep.

Not what we have come to expect of a Hilton. Oklahoma City Hilton was great. This location's in-room heater stopped working after 3 minutes, but we were late checking in and didn't notice the cold til morning, that was not nice to wake up to. We called to get a late check-out after being delayed by high winds and fire in Texas and knowing we'd be late checking in. When we arrived a little before midnight, the front doors jammed and had to wait for security to come force the doors open, the woman at the front desk was not very welcoming and when I tried to confirm our late check-out, she said it was not in the computer so I would have to call in the morning to work it out with the day shift, very frustrating as the point was to be able to sleep in. The shower head leaked water all over from its connection to the neck reducing the heads effectiveness and making a mess outside the tub. The smoke detector was covered by a plastic baggie, the windows had lost their vacuum seal and were obscured with condensation and mineral deposits. The carpeting, doors and such were worn pretty well. Lighting was not very convenient. Morning desk attendant was apologetic and gave us a discount, so he is attritbuted the 2nd star.

Nice people, comfy beds, decent place, gave it 3 stars because the Continental breakfast is eight dollars and a hot breakfast is almost 12. We also chose this hotel because of the pool and the slide when you get there in the slide is only open from 9 AM to noon. Pretty misleading if you ask me.

Reason for low stars is because of customer service. When checking in, even though I used my Hilton Honors mobile app the staff couldn't find my reservation/check in that was completed and had poor attitudes about it continually stating that it was because I was earlier than 3pm (it was 2) either way that should never have an effect. They stated the pool slide would be open at 5 both nights (this was the reason for booking here rather than other hotels) Fast forward to actually going to the pool and the slide was not open. I inquired with the front desk staff Ruby and she is a ball full of excuses and no initiative. I asked to speak with someone about our rate, she couldn't do that and the person who could was on vacation. She "called" someone but they didn't answer and she didn't leave a message for a return call. Poor staff attitude and poor customer service. I managed hotels for 10 years, I would be appalled if my staff acted like this.

Fairly clean rooms, friendly staff. Decent parking. Not bad for the price, nice area. Would stay again.

This was a very nice, clean and quiet Hotel. It is close to many shopping centers and great restaurants. The food was very good and fresh. My one and only complaint is the coffee was horrible.

Keurig machine in the room was actually useful. Free ear plugs, but I didn't need them. Lots of channels on the TV. Comfy beds.

Room, location, and employees were all great! We had a wonderful stay. The pool was small but still relaxing and the slide was in service.

We checked in Christmas Eve and had planned our arrival to coincide with the start time for a football game on TV but the TV did not work when we arrived. Called the front desk, they sent someone up to fix. They finally got it fixed but the first quarter of the game was almost over. Then when I went to take a shower there is no hot water at all. Once again called the front desk and were told the boiler wasn't working and we would have to wait for the repairs and then for the water to heat back up. We have only been in this hotel for a couple hours and were meeting people for dinner. But things happen so trying to keep a positive attitude. While we were waiting for the hot water we tried to get the heater to work. (The room temp was low 60's) but could only get cold air. We tried to reset the thermostat and would get a little heat but then the AC turned on again. When we got back to the room that night the room was very cold. We piled the blankets on the bed and turned the thermostat to off so the cold air wasn't blowing. The noisy fan continued to run all night so we didn't get much sleep. We tried turning on the heater before we left the cold room first thing next morning, and did not return til evening. When we opened the door the cold air was blowing and the hallway was warmer than the room. Once again called the front desk they sent someone to look at the heater but he did not now how to fix the problem. Finally we lost our patience and ask for another room.

It was right off the interstate and easy to reach. Staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was nice.

Paid extra for a king but got 2 queens. When I asked to change rooms I just got a simple " we don't have any more" so I decided it would work. Now in the room the AC is very loud, the room has a very funky smell and the window is FILTHY. I can't even look out at the sunset. Doubt I'll ever stay here again.

I loved this place. Not anymore. Stay there one night. Couple days later was charge extra for damaging a room. Apparently I was fighting with my husband and we put holes the the walls. Tried to talk with the manger, she was very rude, and kept shouting at me. Finally, I got her business card and talked to the Corp. Office, I didn’t get no help from them. She told me she had me on security camera, so I ask to review it, was told it was erased. There stories keep changing. 1. We put holds in the wall after swinging open the door when security came knocking at the door, funny the rooms have a glass sliding closet doors. Questions that. 2. We were fighting by the ice machine in the hall way, not in my room. Question it. 3 they have 3 staff witness. So I told the manager so was going to charge me without really knowing what happen. Not worth stay here are any other Hilton. Incompetent staff.

Really liked the hotel. The rooms were great and the bar had a good food menu and drink selection. 4 stars only because they don't offer a free breakfast and coffee was not a priority for them in the morning. I need coffee!

Very good experience. The rooms were clean, the staff was very nice, and the food they provided at our conference was good. All in all, I was very happy with this hotel.

The staff was wonderful the event went off beautifully said they never handled a wedding n they did an awesome job everyone was so approachable n helpful.

I booked and received confirmation for 4 nights. On the third evening, when I came back to the hotel from work, my room key was not working and I could hear people inside my room! I went to the front desk and they told me I was supposed to check-out that day, so they just took my stuff out. They didn't even try to call me. Why do you ask for people's phone numbers if not for this?!?! I showed them my confirmation, which clearly showed that the mistake was on their side. They told me they were sorry for the mistake but they didn't have any other rooms available. I called my travel agency and they managed to get me a room at the same hotel, so I guess there were rooms available after all! Once they finally gave me a room, they just apologized and gave me a free drink at the bar as compensation… This is ridiculous… Can you believe it?!?! By the way, I'm a Diamond status member… whatever that means for them… I'm never staying at this location again!

Stayed here for 2 weeks while moving to Abq: my suite was nicely appointed, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The availability of both breakfast and dinner on site is also helpful when you're new to the city and like to work while you eat.

Rooms are a little small. Showers are nice enough, but the AC didn't keep the room as cold as I would have liked.

This premium hotel has very aged beds, the air baffles leak. One month here wrecked my back and neck. The staff however is very accommodating.

We are not the kind of family to complain, but seeing the disappointment on my boys face this entire weekend is not okay. This hotel doesn't deserve even 1 star. The rooms are somewhat decent. Beds are super hard and the sleep numbers do not work. The bathroom is hardly clean. The slide at the pool has been closed the entire time of our stay! The sign posted says no lifeguard on duty. However, they won't open the slide without a lifeguard. That was the selling point for this hotel. We could have stayed somewhere much nicer for the same price. This place is a joke. And the price isn't as listed at the $88.

Love this hotel, my husband and I stay here often. Unfortunately, the beds are is need of an update. The last couple stays one or both sides of the bed's firmness controls do not work. More often than not, one side is a sinkhole.

We'll appointed and we'll laid out. Stayed 1 night with 3 kids en route to Dallas and was a welcome retreat. Near a nice outdoor mall. Got an especially good deal which prompted my 5rh star!

HORRIBLE hotel, I would like a refund of my points for this reservation. The rooms AC did not work and as we arrived at 10:15 at night after driving all Day didn't want to wait for a maintenance guy to fix it. It was 80 degrees plus and none of us including our service dogs Got much sleep as it was too hot. I'm sure they knew This rooms AC wasn't working before they put Someone else in it. Also the shower/tub has a leak And got water all over the floor needing all of our towels To mop it up. The rooms inside look like a days inn Not a Hilton at all! Whoever the manager is here needs To start doing their job. To add to this when I called to tell them we were going To arrive late the guy said I'm sorry I can't find Your reservation and we are sold out. I said they couldn't be since We booked it and was available. He put me on hold For about 5 minutes and then said " oh yes we have it. " This property is NOT your typical Hilton we are used too And we will never stay here again. When asking the front desk to adjust our points back all they said was "I'm sorry "… not happy at all and Please let me know when you are refunding my points for this Horrible stay! Also I heard a man telling the front desk about issues with The pool and with the chairs. Let’s see if they address That as well. do not stay at this hilton! not a hilton type property at all!

Can be a bit pricey considering you get no amenities such as a breakfast and many other hotels do provide this service. The pool is fun — the slide is fun for both young and old. The room was lovely and clean, although there is a great deal of sound from the highway.

Comfortable room, very clean. Pillows had no firmness. Breakfast was good, staff all very friendly.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Good location, although not in walking distance to malls as advertised — at least not in summer. Buca di Beppo IS right next to the hotel, however. Would stay here again. The kids loved the pool, which featured a water slide.

Rather enjoyed the hotel. Kids disappointed when the fantastic water slide closed fifteen minutes early. Would return easily.

Definitely happy with this hotel. The location is really nice with lots of shopping and dining options fairly close by. Breakfast and bar were both great in terms of quality and service. My room was quite large and seemed clean. Would stay here again.

The staff was educated and friendly. The room me and my family were placed in was very clean. We slept great and check out was quick and easy. We did everything online and their website was very user friendly! Great experience over all. My family and I pass through ABQ pretty often and we always stay at this same place and are never disappointed.

I've stayed here several times over the past few years. The staff is always professional and courteous. Everything is clean. It's right off the highway with plenty of restaurants nearby.

The rooms are clean and the staff is nice. I wish management would've been more helpful in helping us negotiate a rate. I have at least two other coworkers staying at the hotel as well for the next few months on a weely basis and the manager didn't seem too helpful in helping us secure a rate. Plenty of other Hilton properties have done this for us.

The beds were extremely hard & uncomfortable, and for the price there should have been a continental breakfast.

The mattress was very uncomfortable, the memory foam was obviously in bad need of replacement. Sleeping on a cot would have been a huge improvement. Every time the air conditioning kicked on I thought a jet was in the room. To top it all off the Keurig in the room wasn't working and there was no coffee in the lobby. I complained but of course nothing was done aside from a half hearted sorry from the desk clerk. I will NEVER stay at another Hilton or Hilton affiliate again.

Really unpleasant experience all around. Room was stuffy, windows were dirty, air conditioning barely worked. Very outdated decor, weird smell, would have rather stayed almost any place else. Not sure why this place has so many good reviews — look elsewhere if you would like a comfortable, pleasant stay.

Booking my 3 adult children rooms as they traverse the US to come back home after spring semester at college. They complained terribly about the beds at this hotel. The worst of their whole trip. Hotel was nice enough, just uncomfortable beds.

Catering Coordinator Ms Kelly T. Was unfriendly. Gave the impression she's there to give the guests a hard time instead of a helping hand. My husband booked a room for me, he's a HHonors Gold member, but I was asked to either leave the dinning room (for breakfast) or pay for it, because my husband membership status " is not a silver or gold" according to her and therefore "is not qualified for a free breakfast", I wasn't sure about that so I just believed what she said, I paid for the breakfast to avoid any further embarrassment. It was proved she's wrong after I contacted my husband. This has been a while ago and since then we never stay in this hotel again.

After my family checked in, myself and my two young children got sick. The staff was great in accommodating our needs. The in room dining service made a smoothie (not on the menu) for my daughter to help her fever come down. Great service.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel. They wash the bedspreads! Every hotel should do this! The hotel was overbooked so they upgraded me to a suite which was very nice. The staff was kinda cold and abrupt. Not mean really, just felt more like I was in line to get my drivers license renewed at the DMV than to check in for a relaxing weekend, but we just kept our distance from them and enjoyed our stay very much! P. S. Do look out your window and close your curtains before you get too comfortable, you may have a window looking straight at the little kids climbing the swimming pool slide! A little awkward.

The room was nice, the staff friendly, but the windows were paper thin. We heard every semi, car, and whatever all night long. Don't understand why a chain like Hilton can't spend the extra few bucks to get windows that can block the noise.
