The property is beautiful and so peaceful. You can tell the people who work here love what they do. We have stayed in four different casitas over several years and each has their own personality. The kiva fireplaces are so intimate and relaxing me something we look forward to after a day of shopping/hiking/sightseeing. The breakfast is amazing! The property is VERY centrally located. You can walk to the shops of Old Town or drive less than five miles to anything you want. We will be back.

Beautiful setting for wedding. A nice reception. A wonderful place for bride and groom hanging rooms. Bathrooms are clean.

This was our third stay at Casa de Sueños and it certainly won't be our last.
The rooms are beautifully appointed, the staff amazingly friendly and accommodating, and the breakfasts were to die for.
We'll be back soon for an extended stay.

Why stay at the chain hotels when you can experience wonderful ambiance for the same price? This place was absolutely wonderful with its beautiful lobby and dining area, and cozy courtyards. The stay included a hot, cooked to order breakfast! Our suite had it’s own private patio with a peaceful waterfall. Inside we had a working fireplace. Since you’re in your own casita, there’s no noise through the walls from the other guests.

A real gem in old town. Great and friendly staff. Not for the "shee shee" crowd but perfect for those who appreciate true New Mexico Adobe accommodations…

It is an awesome place to stay with a wonderful staff. Close to a lot of activities. There is a wonderful feeling of peace there. We've been there 4 times and hope to go back in the future.

This place is so wonderful to stay at! The Cottages are so comfy you feel right at home! It’s so peaceful! Perfect place for a wedding! I highly recommend this place!

How can I tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at this fabulous I place! The “casas” were like having our own Southwestern home away from home and the breakfasts were outstanding! Perfect location for Old Town exploration—highly recommend!

It's very unique, quiet, and the breakfasts are a lot of fun in the dining room. We even saw balloons go right over the courtyard!

We had our wedding at Casas de Suenos and it was amazing! The venue is beautiful and perfect for an outdoor wedding — it's a great backdrop for the photos as well. LeeAnn and her staff are extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. We (and multiple guests) stayed at Casas de Suenos as well, the rooms are so unique and quaint. We stayed in the Manzano cottage, which has a fireplace, living room with TV, hot tub, and king size bed. The bed was comfortable and the hot tub clean and plenty big for two. Breakfast has a number of made-to-order options each morning, along with fresh cut fruit, toast, bagels, yogurt, and cereal options. It was very quiet in and near our cottage. I happily recommend this place!

Kitschy rooms that some people might find too dated to be comfortable. Small baths are a little hard to maneuver in. Street parking only which had me a little worried about the car. Nice grounds, but no pool/jacuzzi. Within walking distance to old town. Simple breakfast, overall a decent stay.

Our room, unfortunately I can't remember which one it was since it was in April, was clean but the carpet was shoddy and completely torn through. Amazing that they had not repaired it long ago. The tile work in the bathroom was impressive in it's sloppiness — 2 inch grout gaps. The room was not "quaint" it's run down.

Beautiful B&B in old town Albuquerque. Comfortable Casitas which were formerly artist studios. Amazing grounds and ambiance. Awesome artwork in each room and the lobby. Great breakfast. Only missing thing was a box of tissues.

Modestly-priced casa B&B with 50s-era charm and great breakfast menu. Lots of trees for shade, quiet (surprising considering its location) and walkable access to Old Town.

Very comfortable. Excellent service. Aestetically pleasing. A relaxing stay in the middle of a taxing trip. A few blocks pleasant walk to Old Town and close to the river trail.

Second time staying here. Wonderful property, rooms are unique and cozy, and the staff is wonderful. Location is great too. We are staying in room El Rincon and it is perfect.

Gem, cozy b&b with individual “apartments” done in hacienda-like style. Complimentary full breakfast next to a roaring fire is consistently outstanding. Staff couldn’t be friendlier and more accommodating. A plus is that shops, restaurants and museums are all a short walk away. Price is reasonable and would highly recommend.

Very large casitas, nicely decorated and very close to old town and many attractions. It could have been a little cleaner (dishes in the kitchenette were dirty) and the breakfast was mediocre. Staff was really nice and helpful. Pretty cool place.

Really nice staff. Beautiful quaint little village more than a hotel. Just a very short walk to Old Town with plenty of good restaurants nearby not the most luxurious place but nice to have a small house instead of a hotel room. Great place to stay if you want to really experience New Mexico life.

I had a fantastic time staying at the Casas de Suenos. This bed and breakfast was the perfect place to stay. It's located in a quiet part of the city but still close enough to everything. I would highly recommend this location for people attending conferences at Hotel Albuquerque. The breakfast is prepared each morning by the same person who takes your order. You will definitely not leave hungry.

The outside setting was very nice, it has enough room to accommodate the wedding I attended. There were approx 50-60 guests. They also have a ballroom within walking distance that had plenty of space for all the guests, caterers and bartenders. There was still enough room in the center for a dance floor. I would recommend this place for a romantic wedding and large parties.

This place is not only incredibly affordable but ALL the staff are amazing, friendly, and SUPER accomodating. We stayed in the 2 bedroom casisita and it was perfect for us. So much room! It is literally a house. Full kitchen, dining room, and living room. The breakfast is amazing. We literally changed our vacation plans to add another day here. Perfect location within walking distance of Old Town. This is a beautiful southwest bed and breakfast and it is absolutely amazing. If we ever make it back to New Mexico we will absolutely stay here! If you want a plain Jane hotel with the "modern" look do not come here. They are preserving the southwest!

Beautiful! Stopping here was a refreshing break from the typical hotel motel monotony dotting I-40. Our family stayed in Suenos and took advantage of the semi private porch after breakfast. The grounds are beautiful and very peaceful. The casitas contain plenty of southwest charm and showcase some of the region's artwork. Our place was clean, well maintained, and came with the standard accessory extras (hair dryer, iron, etc. ) The chef is talented and makes a very filling meal to start your day. The general parking was not initially super apparent to me pulling in from the north as the casitas have shared driveways and there's no large lot from the street. This adds to the private and home like character of the grounds. We were greeted very warmly upon our evening arrival and given recommendations for restaurants in the area for our family. We will definitely be coming back!

This is an absolutely charming alternative to the big hotel experience. We stayed in a cottage that consisted of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It was decorated in Southwestern decor and very comfortable. The bed was excellent and it had a full size refrigerator and freezer. The grounds are very charming and beautifully landscaped. Because it is a very old hotel, there is not central air conditioning. They do have air in the unit and a fan in the bedroom so it was comfortable. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and is made to order. My husband had a breakfast burrito and I had an omelet and both were delicious. You blinker still on I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a local and unique experience.

We had a fantastic stay, staff was very nice and the entire environment was so relaxing. The outside areas were absolutely beautiful and it was so nice to be able to enjoy them on a swing. We wish we had more time in Albuquerque to spend at this great B&B. We will be back.

Had our wedding and reception there one year ago. What really sold us on the venue was Leanna. Leanne was exceptionally helpful, and made sure that on that day we had nothing to worry about because she was running the show. The venue was nothing short of magical in mid spring, with early blooms in the courtyard. We had our wedding party staying in a block of rooms, all of which were lovely. In the morning we had a great breakfast before heading on our way. Would highly recommend, you really get what you pay for here.

The hotel rooms are set in a garden setting close to the Old Town where there are plenty of good shops and restaurants and history. We had a very good breakfast which was included in the room rate. If I do go to Albuquerque I would stay there again.

Casa de suenos has a lovely garden. I went to go check out the garden as a possible place to get married. It is definitely my top option. The price package is great for what it includes. Casa de suenos will help you every step of the way to help you have a wonderful wedding day.

We love the charming casitas, winding garden paths, fragrant, beautiful and abundant flowers. Breakfast is a treat, with Kristene's cheery greeting and great cooking. We especially enjoyed the breakfast burritos. Sarah printed up walking directions and map from Google to the restaurant we chose for dinner. It's a short walk to Old Town restaurants and shops.

I stayed here with a college organized trip. There is a beautiful courtyard from which each of the guest houses are accessible. The gardening and grounds are immaculate. The house we stayed in, "Sandia", was very clean and house keeping will come in the morning to freshen the place up. All of the staff were very friendly. The only con about staying here is that the surrounding area isn't exactly the nicest.

This place has beautiful grounds. A wedding was going on while I was there and the setup looked great. The lights were beautiful and the place was very clean. The room I was in was a bit small, but open. I did not interface with the staff much.

Then the evening of the wedding the man left in charge made some very inappropriate comments to the mother of the bride. Uhg! I go on by including the fact that said man also didn't understand contract that he himself had signed. Be for warned if you are considering this venue for an event… maybe they should just stick to being a bed and breakfast.

We had our reception here, absolutely beautiful and very reasonable in price! LEANNE was professional and friendly. Thank you for making our big day STRESS FREE! We stayed in the Manzano and had an amazing breakfast in the AM… ♡

Wonderful atmosphere, staff, and location! Can't recommend enough!

Casas de Suenos (Casas) was the setting for my daughter's wedding. It nicely accommodated 140, including the wedding party. Although they have an indoor hall, our wedding was completely in Casas' garden courtyard area. Thank goodness the weather held out for us, as the indoor hall was not offered as a "plan B" (at least not in the standard pricing). We were quite happy with the garden setting. The grounds were lush and neatly kept. We were impressed that Casas' garden has several areas that are naturally partitioned by structures and greenery, allowing a nice flow from the wedding through the cocktail hour, reception, dinner, dancing, etc. As well as privacy for the wedding party/family portraits (note that the wedding and dinner are in the same area, but the Casas' staff does a nice job of transitioning the area immediately after the wedding/during the cocktail hour. LeeAnn was gracious to let us store our decorations on-site for a few days prior to the wedding and was helpful of course during the wedding, providing a guiding hand to keep the events on schedule allowing us to get everything in (the toasts, the dances, cake-cutting, etc. ) Since this was an outdoor event at a B&B, the "main event" had to be done by 10:00 pm. A 10:00 pm finish time may not be ideal for everyone, but it was perfect for me, since I'm prone to turning into the proverbial pumpkin in the late evening.

Great laid back oasis in old town. Staff very accommodating. Great value and location. Will definitely be back. I always love to find these local gems.

I loved this funky laid back place! The only criticism I might make is that when I was there the bathroom could have used an update. But other than that it was great! The suite was fully furnished and and the bed very comfy. Nice furnishings throughout. The breakfast room was lovely sunny and bright with a roaring fire. The food itself was very tasty mmmm green salsa on my eggs and fresh breads mmmm bacon! Oh yeah, and the cook was. Well kinda hot! LOL Anyway I would love to stay again and hope to go back someday and stay for more than two nights! I went in mid March so it was not yet the high season I guess, but the weather was perfect — clear crisp and not at all cold during the day. Viva the Land of Enchantment Viva Casas de Suenos.

Stayed with 6 girlfriends, we had 2 casas and we loved our stay! The gardens were just beginning to bloom and looked pretty already. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Thank you to our wonderful host, Mark.

Stayed at Casas for Christmas week, our 2nd trip here (3rd trip was planned before we left! ). Very comfortable and quiet casita. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was adequately stocked for our needs. Breakfast was AMAZING! Each day's breakfast rivaled the one before. Loved the fruit, juice and bread selections. Each staff member we encountered was extremely helpful. Can hardly wait to return.
