We celebrated our Anniversary and they delivered chilled wine to our room. Very nice hotel!

This is the most wonderful hotel in Albuquerque! The staff as well as the amazing property is what we loved the most. The roof top bar and restaurant is the perfect place for brunch and dinner! See you again soon Hotel Chaco.

Fabulous rooftop bar/restaurant!

I had a reservation for 2 queens, traveling with 2 teenagers and husband. They gave it away and told us the ONLY room left in the whole hotel was a king. It really sucks to arrive exhausted from across the country and have to sleep on the floor. Oh and guess what — there’s no manager on duty! 4 stars?!?

I used to recommend this hotel, but after I received horrible customer service of their bartender! I will never recommend this place again. My moms phone when off and the volume was loud and the bartender yelled at my mom telling her she needs to turn it off. Wow what an experience! I left the bartender a 0 tip, after being treated rudely. He told me not come back. They need to work on their customer service. Especially after spending 400 for one night! I went and talk to the front desk and they offered no help! Would never recommend this place to anyone. Will never book this place again for my guys!

What a wonderful experience, start to finish! Julian was the absolute best. The room was beautiful (and clean), the lobby and grounds were gorgeous, and the rooftop restaurant, incredible.

Beautiful, great Staff and clean.

Our room was very comfy. Best bathrobe ever! The pool was overcrowded with a huge amount of kids. In spite of that, we had a very pleasant experience.

Have stayed and eaten here many times. The rooms are always beautiful. Great Ambiance and the food is amazing. But nothing beats the view… Lights of Albuquerque!

Our stay was absolutely phenomenal! We came to relax, recharge and connect with each other as we celebrated our anniversary and we ablsoutely were treated with exceptional front desk staff and the hospitality from servers, valet, housekeeping, and grounds staff was absolutely above and beyond. Rooms were gorgeous, clean, and very well thought out for a great stay for the guest! We will absolutely be coming back and recommending as well! Thank you!

What a beautiful hotel! The rooms were spacious, comfortable and decorated with a Southwest / Native flare. Level 5 restaurant & bar has incredible views. Fire pits everywhere!

Do not waste your money here. Over priced. Pretentious and inattentive staff and hostess. They’ll get your order wrong. They can’t do math and split checks. Manager doesn’t care that service is terrible. Great view. Im referring to Level 5. I’ve never stayed in the hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for five days. It was so wonderful. Beautiful hotel with a fantastic staff. Rooms were clean, bed was super comfy. The rooms were soundproof. I never heard guests in the hallway. The amenities in the room were on point and were well thought out. I was impressed they actually had a nice hairdryer — salon quality! Wonderful pool with top shelf maragaritas delivered poolside.

Great place to be. Actually a five star service and facilities. View of gateway and sea is also great from here. actually a great place to be for a official visit or a short vacation trip. A bit costly but that doesn't matter when you are enjoying a stay at a five star regency like this. you will get a very warm and humble welcome by staff. During your stay everything seems like going smoothly. Just great stay.

So I called early yesterday to ask if a group of friends would need a reservation for a birthday get together. They said no, first come first served, great! Got there at 8:45 and hostess says we have to choose if we want food or just drinks because we wouldn't have a server for just drinks. Um ok so just drinks. Through a fake gritted teeth of " I don't know if we can accommodate 6 People, we have a lot of reservations" she reluctantly sat us on the incredibly empty patio. Maybe 4 other groups out there. We were there for 2 hours and it only got emptier. The server told us it would be all on one ticket for groups of 6 or more. Standard. She can split tickets But we can't move or switch seats because she'll forget who had what. We each had one drink and 2 People got an appetizer. Everything from start to finish felt like we were a complete inconvenience to everyone on staff. I've been a server, my husband a bar tender at one of the best places in town and I can't believe how shitty the hostesses and server made us feel. We wouldn't dream of treating customers that way. Skip this place and go to hotel andaluz's rooftop. Better service, drinks and not a long wait for your drinks.

The food was absolutely amazing, the rooftop view was incredible the room was really neat. The temperature, however was not comfortable at all, the room felt like 75 and wouldn't get any colder despite maintenance saying it wasn't broken. I slept poorly due to the bad temperature and being a guest, the pullout couch was also insanely uncomfortable, so due to these, I can't in good conscience rate higher.

Beautiful hotel. Shame the staff was rude and standoffish, both at the front desk and restaurant. Checked in and went to our room — the room was not clean from the previous guest. Called the front desk and the housekeeping supervisor and front desk lady came up — front desk staff did not acknowledge us or the supervisor. She stated she would be back with new room keys, waited 15 minutes and finally just went down to get them. At the restaurant the waitress was very rude and passive aggressive. First and last time staying here unless they have customer service training ASAP. Disappointing.

Had drinks and apps with friends upstairs on the veranda. The cocktails are wildly expensive, but beers are reasonable. Appetizers are very tasty. The view is spectacular and the decor is on point. The service is a bit slow, however. Still, the experience is worth having again.

I arrived with expectations that weren't low, but they weren't high either. I was thoroughly surprised. Perhaps there's some bias in my review because I recently became a dog owner and had my puppy with me during my stay because this is the best hotel ever for dog owners. Not only are there outdoor grassy spaces for walks and nearby bowls with water, the hotel openly welcomes our furry friends with a supportive staff. Every member of the staff that came to our room adored our puppy, with one even giving us advice because they had the same breed. Furthermore, when we needed to pop off to a restaurant for 45 mins that didn't allow dogs, the staff at the front desk watched her and took her on a walk, going so far as to lay out a bed for her to lie on behind the counter of the front desk. They took great care of her. That's all about how pet friendly they are, but they also have a fantastic outdoor pool, fitness center, and a gorgeous restaurant with a balcony overlooking the city. To boot, it wasn't very busy at all, so I felt relaxed in a way I don't feel at other hotels.

Great staff and very comfortable rooms. I unfortunately didn't get to enjoy much of the grounds as I was there for work and had long days. Definitely plan to do that next stay. Of course the rooftop is amazing and all the furniture there was really high end and comfortable.

I fell in love with this hotel when my dog, Ladi was treated like royalty! When we arrived, we were greeted with open arms! The staff is so pleasant and the hotel is not only beautiful, clean and stylish but every one and the Ora of the hotel has an organic feel to it! This is a 4.9 star facility and yet the staff is down to earth, and I love it! All our needs were catered to including the staff checking on my furry baby while we were away. What I loved most was the text messaging system that allows you to obtain service (s) right at your mobile device. We definitely will be returning but with out the familia … I would like a lil R&R with the hubby.

Hotel Chaco is among the best, if not the best, that Albuquerque has to offer. The accommodations are spacious, elegant, and very modern. The amenities are quite generous, and the staff are friendly and ready to make your stay the best it can be. Have an early morning and want to hit the gym before it "officially" opens? Won't be a problem. I also would highly recommend the breakfast. Once you identify all of the fancy things available, they are absolutely scrumptious! The proximity to Old Town makes many of the attractions there readily available. Whether you're in town on business, pleasure, or you're from Albuquerque looking for some sort of stay-cation, I doubt you'll find a better experience than Hotel Chaco.

You can read my review on Yelp. We couldn’t order a drink? Who doesn’t allow people waiting on a table to order a drink? We didn’t mind waiting 30 minutes for a table. We did mind not being able to order a drink while we waited. There are way too many reviews talking about this. Clearly it needs to be fixed. Listen to your clientel. You have a beautiful place that is getting horrible reviews because of your pretentious attitude that is reserved for “members only” clubs.

What an experience. So much that I had to leave a review and I never write reviews. First of all the hotel looks great! The view from the Roof top bar named Level 5 was amazing and seating was on par. However, it took 20-30 minutes for every drink after you ordered and the server normally checked on you every 15 min. Nothing friendly or attentive about the interaction. When we left the bell staff was extremely rude telling my friends to have a nice day and try not to get too drunk. Ridiculous when you think we each had 2 drinks in 3 hours. It's definitely not a training issue but an attitude issue.

Since the rooftop restaurant opened for lunch, I have gone a couple of times for a relaxing meal. I received my usual server, Paloma, who is very attentive, well-educated and vastly traveled which enabled her to intellectually discuss a variety of topics. The service she gave made me go back and cross my fingers that she was working again or that I would receive another server who was equally as worldly. However, I went during the eclipse and was very disappointed. We watched as rushes of people came. There were two servers (Paloma and Solie) that must have had a minimum 7-9 tables each sit down within 10 minutes of each other. No doubt they came to see the eclipse, and the staff was not ready for this many people. Instead of turning people away, they over-seated their servers and stressed their kitchen staff. Drinks came out at a decent time, but the food took over an hour. Paloma apologized and explained the new AM kitchen crew was still working out the kinks. Our daughter joined us, but we told her not to order because she would not make it to work on time. My wife and I stayed later than planned simply to be a positive light for our server in the midst of the madness. We watched as both servers were running around trying to keep guests happy, putting out fires, tables were left dirty for hours the obviously green manager took food to wrong tables and kept asking both servers for guidance.
