The small lady in the front was very helpful and nice, the guy at night can be a little rude. The rooms however is what you get for the price you pay. Although, I wasn’t very happy bringing my son here into a non-smoking room that smelled heavily like cigarettes and had ashes on the floor next to the window.

Cheap price, cheap hotel. No elevator, very tiny bathroom and poorly made bathtub/shower. Decent breakfast.

To the gentleman that works the night shift, Sir — you are a Gem! You've got a wonderful personality and a kindness that really lights up the personality of this place. Rooms were clean! This isn't my first choice, but definitely a place I'd come back to!

Rooms are clean but dated and showing their age. Staff was very polite and professional. Breakfast was very basic: toast, cereal, yogurt, danishes, waffles, hard boiled eggs, fruit (bananas, anyway) coffee and juice. Good enough for me but nothing exciting. Bathrooms are very small, and vanity little more than a sink. Microwave and mini fridge worked. A/C was noisy, but did the job. Not a bad place to crash for the night, or to use as a home base while visiting the area, especially with restaurants within walking distance to get some great food.

Clean and spacious rooms. Nice little breakfast with yogurt, hard boiled eggs, basic danishes, etc.

The guys working at the front desk here were SO NICE! I loved them. The rooms were clean. There was a free breakfast that was alright, but not a lot of options. They only had a smoking room available to us the first night, but they kindly switched us early in the morning to a new room for the rest of our stay. They were awesome!

Not a bad place just for the night I guess. I didn't sleep well, the bed wasn't too great and my head just didn't care for the pillows. Website says in one spot that they have hot breakfast, but is contradictory in another listing that says — continental breakfast. I don't think I would stay again, but for one night it sufficed.

We stayed here for a night. Reasonable price and cleanliness. But breakfast was kinda hard to choose what to eat. Because there was not many choices. But still good!

We were staying for a quick trip and had a reservation over a week before the stay. When we arrived they had cancelled our reservation and then said a room was available, but would cost more than our reserved price. Terrible service and out-right theft.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality for the price I paid. Will definitely stay here my next time in town!

Our room smelled like smoke even tho I requested a no smokeing room. The ad also mentioned a free hot brakfast but really all they had was a waffle maker and cereal it was cheap tho.

Very nice place to stay. Staff is extremely friendly. They have smoking and pet rooms. The rooms include a microwave, tv, and refrigerator. The only bad part about my stay was the lack of TV channels and burn holes in the blankets.

Room was clean service was pretty good towels and mattress nothing in it tells her entirely too small they seem like hand towels in the mattress was hard.

The pillows were a little small and the rest room but overall it was nice.

Two night stay with no tv… treated very rudely when asking for the employees to attempt to resolve the issue. Then threatened to be kicked out after the rates have already been paid.

Pretty bad stay but… It was affordable during the balloon festival.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Very clean and the owner's were more than happy to help with what ever our needs were. Will definitely stay here again!

Econo says it all. Economy pricing and amenities. Rooms need some updates and deep cleaning. All the employees seemed nice and helpful. I think that I'll pay a few more $ next time and get better accommodations.

Clean, friendly service very dated rooms.

For the price, I've never had a cleaner room. The ironing board might be a little worn, or maybe the carpet. Though it is always very clean and working.

Would be good, but loud dog down stairs and a mattress made in 1999 when it is 2016 now. 17 years of different people doing who knows what in the bed scares and alarms me. Beds should be replaced every 8 years, or sooner in a motel/hotel!

Checked into the Guest House on 3/16/16. The staff go above and beyond my standards, beautiful room with all utilities necessary, the hotel overall provides the most superb amenities — such as the breakfast and the laundry facilities. The price was right, and the location is set where any and everything is nearby — such as restaurants, fast foods, and grocery stores, all in walking distance. Would love to stay at an outstanding hotel as such again.
