Great hotel and I Love Love Love the new rooms! What an update! Bigger Tv’s new beds! Awesome hotel!

The best friendly staff. Calm atmosphere. And around there are cute rabbits.

Super friendly staff at check in. Nice quiet rooms. I called ahead and told them I was running late and they gladly held my room until I arrived.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks while here on business. I give it 5 stars because my cons are just suggestions. I had two separate rooms because I changed them not because of any problems. Both of my rooms were clean. The beds didn't make me feel nasty. The front desk was super. I am a smoker so I appreciated the outdoor smoking section. The towels in the bathroom are thick and big so that was a plus. My suggestions would be a bigger TV for a king room and give the option for a couples of bottled water in the rooms. I do not drink coffee so the the coffee varieties in my room were of no benefit to me. I would have appreciated a water in its place.

The people who worked the front desk were very hospitable. The room was clean and the microwave, fridge and coffee maker were very nice to have. The only thing keeping the hotel from being five stars was the lack of available TV channels and Wi-Fi.

Clean hotel and polite staff. The room and bathroom were both nicely clean upon arrival and the bedding also looked and smelled clean. The only thing that could have been better was the television. It was small and dated. It did work fine though and there were many channels to choose from.

Location of the hotel is great. Lots of restaurants in the local area and a Cracker Barrell right next door. The room was clean and comfortable but the only problem was that the air conditioner was very noisy. Customer service was fantastic at the front desk as well as the restaurant in the hotel.

I wish some type of breakfast was provided for free. Even bagels or doughnuts and then have a paid option. But over all an okay experience. Nothing fancy. Door was hard to open and bathroom door handle was partially broken on the outside. Reported when I left, I was told maintainance would be looking at it right away. Didn't effect my stay since I'm able bodied but I dread someone elderly trying to open it. Customer service was top notch. No downfall at all. That I commend you for. I'm all about customer experience. Would have gotten 5 stars but I was placed near construction and an awful view of it. While other rooms on the other side of building were open. Overall an okay experience.

Clean, friendly staff. Our room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The pool was a bonus our two grandchildren loved it. Cold bottled water upon arrival and fresh baked cookies. What more could you ask for.

The room was a little worn out and the room was 77 degrees when I first arrived. The AC unit looked like it had been worked on and cover was still askew. It eventually cooled down but not until middle of night and had the same problem the next day and even after making some repairs it still was not working. They brought in a portable AC that eventually cooled the room down but it took a while. It's been unusually hot in Albuquerque but clearly that unit was not functioning correctly before I got there. They are supposedly giving some bonus points but didn't say how many and that seemed kind of a pretty minimal comp especially as a Diamond member. Disappointed.

Here for a 3 day convention. The AC on the main level was busted which sucked to work in (can't believe the hotel didn't get it fixed during our companies stay). The walls are paper thin. Heard the person in the room next to me snoring and the elephant above walking ALL NIGHT, water pipes flowing. Not a very quiet nor comfy experience.

As usual, the hotel staff was fantastic, friendly, and fabulous. Everyone employed there loves what they do and is more then willing to go the extra mile. The pool was a little over chlorinated, but I'd rather that than a gross pool.

Room size was ok, beds were ok, TV was small, hot water for showers was just above warm, taxation is theft, had to pay for breakfast, and housekeeping tried coming into my room just after 8am. Which is way to early for me. My stay wasn't great but it wasn't terrible. Google Ron Paul.

I drove by a bunch of other hotels before staying here, not good for pool or work out area's but a good location for a short business stay. Nice staff, rooms are avarge. Will stay again when I return for business.

Room service. Super fast. Perfect salad. Very nice guy.

The service is wonderful but the pool inst. The pool is full of chemicals like a lot if you have sensitive skin you will get a rash every where (yes there too). The place is beautiful and the maids clean really well but they knock even when you have the do not disturb sign on.

Charges extra for breakfast. Doesn't have free coffee or tea in the lobby for guests throughout the day. Very small pool and work out room. Pool capacity is 12.

The staff was beyond gracious. The room exceeded any expectation we had. The was extremely comfortable. Pool and hot tub were a blessing.

Easy access from the interstate. Bed was so comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and they make you feel at home.

Reserved a room here as a sleepover on our return trip from Anaheim to Lee’s Summit, Mo. Staff was friendly and helpful. King size beds were sufficient. Lots of USB charging in room. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

This is a great property with excellent staff. They truly go above and beyond to remember frequent visitors. Every time I visit I am greeted by first name and they ask about my travel. I am on the road extensively throughout the year and it is really great to have a place where they treat you like a friend. I would recommend hands down if you are in the area. I actually received in the mail this week a hand signed Christmas card from the staff.

This is a good hotel. Clean and has all the expected amenities. Not a 5 start place at all, but comfortable and clean with good service.

This is a nice place to stay. The rooms are always clean and the staff has always been friendly to us. It is right off I25 and easily accessible. Located next door to Cracker Barrel and several other restaurants are very close buy as well. The parking lot it well lit and it seems to be in a descent part of town.

I was attending a college information meeting. Front desk was friendly in directing me to the room. Signage was legible and visible. Room was neat and tidy and appropriately set up for the event. No trouble with lighting or projection. A little loud once cause kids were screaming headed to the pool. Probably not a great location for a meeting room.

Main areas are clean and modern. Room was well equipped and cared for. Secondary areas like stairwells were a bit beat up. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location isn't terribly close to a convenience or grocery store, so be aware you may need to venture past walking distance for supplies beyond hotel basics.

Rooms were clean. Had an adjustable bed did not work. Had a snack area, no drinks. Stayed for 2 nights no water to buy or soda. Had to go to a nearby store and but water because we were told that the bottle water that they had was only for "diamond customers" only…

Nice updated lobby and area, however rooms are not updated or upgraded. Rooms have an old motel feel and look to them, even the bed mattresses are old and hard, similar to a motel. They probably bought out a motel but never renovated the rooms or even the furniture! Limited TV channels and it is a pain to surf the channels as they will literally take 15 to 20 secs to go from one channel to another!

Exquisite foyer & customer service! Breakfast staff was very helpful and on top of their game. The room was nice but felt like the quality left once you left the foyer.

The hotel isn't bad, but it's not the fancy hotel it pretends to be. The lobby is nice, but, beyond that, it isn't much to write home about. The rooms are small, even compared to much cheaper places. The bathroom isn't ventilated, so taking a shower is uncomfortable, though you could probably turn it into a makeshift sauna. The walls don't block sound well, so you can hear neighbors talking at night, but the worst part of that is the sound of the extremely loud toilets. During my stay, we got four room keys, two of which worked. We switched them for new ones, but one of the four still didn't work. Our TV had to be reset and the light in the entrance didn't work. Apparently the part for it is very specific, so it was out during our whole 3 night stay. The AC was inconsistent, and made one end of the room freezing cold in order to keep the other end room temperature. We had a discount for the room when we booked, and it was a hotel which reflected the price we paid. It's definitely not the worst, and the service was nice, but I don't imagine I'll be a repeat customer.

Awesome hotel and service, very pleased with our stay! The garden is very nice and quite place to drink your coffee in the morning while reading a newspaper. Excellent start of the day!

Staff was great. A/C was noisy; TV was terrible, maintenance had to come boot it up, no guide, terribly slow channel changing; no exhaust in bath. Clean areas all around.

From start to finish I enjoyed everything about my stay at this location. The hotel lobby is beautiful, an the on site restaurant and lounge are really convenient if your not in the mood or to tired to seek out food or drink somewhere else. The pantry which is available 24 hrs is also really nice and is stocked with treats, drinks, and other things such as medicine, and hygiene products in case you forgot available to purchase. The fitness center and pool area are also an added bonus. The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. My husband and I loved our room it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The added extras such as the microwave, fridge, and keurig were also nice. I would most definitely make this location a staple place to stay when visiting Albuquerque for my family, and recommend to anyone visiting as well.

HGI is always consistently good. Pleasant hotel and staff.

Free Wi-Fi is nice, but there is a trick to get connected. Just because your settings say connected doesn't necessarily mean you are. I found the secret by accident but could not reproduce it. There is a sign-on procedure screen that I never could find after that one accidental appearance.

I attended a few seminars here, and the meeting rooms seem adequate for groups of 75 or less. The front lobby is very inviting, and the service workers quiet and helpful. The carpet is soft; good for most people, but in a wheelchair, soft enough to be tough to get through. The front desk is very high, above the head of a wheelchair bound person.

Room is standard. Bed is standard. Expecting breakfast included which it was not even though we are Hilton members. Desk clerk said we couldn't check in until 4pm. Sign showed 3pm. She finally found us a room. There were plenty available to begin with. This was not the most welcoming response.

Or stay was great. Everyone was friendly and the rooms were nice. Great deal for the price.

I expected better. No free breakfast as claimed, aweful cable connection that would break in and out every 5 seconds and a pool to cold for my 1 yr old son even though it was an indoor one. Reciept under my door in the morning said 104 and a day later jumped to 121 because taxs weren't added. Paid to much for so little.

It's ok. I would suggest you wait until renovations are complete if you're going to stay more than one night. New paint and carpet smell is pretty intense in the hallways, but not so bad in the room. There's no dumbbells in the fitness room just a universal.
