I am a native Rhode Islander. This hotel is clean & safe. Would recommend. Its in the middle of the state. Quick access to 95 & 295 if you are heading north to Boston or down to the beaches.

Worst hotel. Poor customer service. The rooms are not well cleaned. My family booked 4 rooms there and they should stop saying they have breakfast in the morning. Its just cereal bar, coffee, banana and mouldy cup cake.

Very clean and that's it pretty much. Only was here for 2 nights. Thought towels would be in room when we got back after a day at the baseball field. Had to go to front desk because when I called to ask I was told " we have them at the desk". Then we got back around 1030 at night and asked for a second 2nd lillow and I was told they don't offer them (I only needed it for my back but no big deal)

Extended stay america is a good place to stay for one person or couples who need a short time live in place, pet friendly and has the standard amenities a stove microwave cable hot water ac, I do suggest you buy your bleach wipes if your looking for the extra clean and sanitary scent in your room…

I haven't stayed there yet but I'm going to be in a few weeks. Mimi really helped me out as well as Alicia, Samantha, and Valorie. Just talking to them is such a nice experience. They are so easy and nice to talk to. They are very knowledged if what they do and they helped me tremendously with my specific needs. I'm so looking forward to my stay here and a major part of it was dealing with all 3 at the front desk. Thanks again Valorie, Samantha, and Alicia. You have been excellent. And a very big thank you to Mimi! You really really are a great person and really helped me out. Thank you again for all you have done for me! I highly recommend it your looking for an extended stay hotel. This is the place to go. They are fantastic!

I loved it there and had a great experience. The staff were very nice and helpful. Very clean and comfortable beds. Cannot wait to go back again.

Very unpleasant stay. Room smelled and almost everything was dirty. Many items in the room were in a state of disrepair. They only clean the rooms once a week, and I had to call and e-mail several times after they missed my cleaning. The worst two weeks of my life!

We booked a room here during a storm when our power was out and it was really a last resort. The condition of the room was not clean and the smell was hard to overcome. We took barely warm showers and went back home to sleep in the cold because no one wanted to sit on the filthy chairs. The comforter on the bed was so old looking, I would not have donated it to a shelter. The blow dryer didn't work and overall, the kitchen was old and covered in grease. It's cheap for a reason.

Loved that there was basically a full kitchen (no oven) in my room. Liked that there was coffee and breakfast items to go, however it was very light fare: small muffins, small granola bars, and small cups of coffee/tea. Wish there was at least a continental breakfast. The room was great, but the internet sucked but at least it was free. There was a paid option for faster speed which I got, but it wasn't much better.

Room is spacious. Needs a lot of updates. Power outage for 45 minutes, no TV for 2 hours. Loud heater/air conditioning. Cheap bedding. Bathrooms were nice. Unfriendly staff. Must pay upon arrival. Overall, clean but in need of major updates from top to bottom.

I mean the room was nice and all but could of done without the bedbug I found crawling on my pillow. Though they did give us a new room instantly.

Excellent beds and good place to rest.

Adequate amenities, inadequate services (bad housekeeping and receptionists often rude and unhelpful), non-modal prices.

Better rooms than most around the area.

Good Morning, Just a short note. Staying here has been Pleasure. Rooms are Immaculate and well serviced. Been here for a week now and I want to stay forever. Staff from Maintiance Man to the Woman taking care of the rooms. Front desk staff are All Great. My Elsa the Daschound Loves it here. Thank you All for a Pleasant stay. Hope to be here again soon.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. I went thru Price Right for reservations & was pleased w/ $ I saved compared to what I would pay directly. Some things were lacking. Poor internet service, very basic cable, poor selection @ breakfast coffee bar. It closed @ 9:30 & once something was gone that was it. Overall it was above average by a bit, I'd give it a 3.

This was a last minute option since the COMFORT INN AIRPORT IN WARWICK WAS TOO DISGUSTING AND DIRTY TO STAY AT… Extended stay has decent rates for the accommodations that are provided. There's a kitchen in our room, but you have to ask for the dishes or any other items you may need. The "included breakfast" is just grab and go items such as granola bars, muffins, and coffee. Customer service was okay and room was pretty clean. Ultimately, would probably stay here again.

Guest services needs a bit of work… but friendly. Cleaning staff is absolutely wonderful! We've had 2 evacuations due to smoke from kitchens. Highly annoying when you need to be up at 5am. Carts can be hard to find so prepare to carry you own luggage.

Nice beds, full sized fridge, good area with mall closeby.

It was awesome except the room smelled like kurry. It was gross on the account I like it, but it also went away after 1 minute of being in there.

Throughout the entire hotel there was an odor. When I complained to the front desk, Christine suggested a second room, which also contained an odor. After a second complaint and requesting a refund, it was then suggested that febreeze would fix it. This place is not worth your time or money. Inconsiderate front desk service.

Reasonably prices. Great kitchen. Newly remodeled. Helpful staff.

This place is great. After being turned down from many other hotels, this hotel got us in for 2 nights at the last minute! The staff of very nice and the rooms are very nice. Would recommend to anyone staying for a decent price for a good room. =)

Wonderful staff! I was a guest at this Extended Stay for 6 weeks while working in Warwick. The property is clean and well maintained. My room was very comfortable and clean. I had a deluxe suite with a king bed and large sitting area with sofa and leather recliner. I brought a small toaster oven and the kitchen was very functional for two adults cooking every day. It was so nice pick up coffee, breakfast and a newspaper every morning as I walked through the lobby to work. The exceptional staff took such good care of the guests. They were so nice to everyone. I don't had only a few issues with loud neighbors and the staff responded promptly to complaints about noise.

Stayed for business. Bathrooms had hair all over them from precious visitors. No Internet made conducting business impossible. Building and rooms were not very impressive as there was carpet pulling up, poor wall patch jobs, and a scary sounding elevator. Just a disappointment overall.

The price was great. The hotel was very basic. Everyone was very helpful, but hotel itself isn't the best. Parking was great The room heater was so loud, sleep was difficult. People stood outside smoking, and the smoke leaked through our heater and the room smelled of cigarettes. There was a lot of hotel noise, doors banging, etc… throughout the night. I moved the reclining chair and there was so much dirt, food, crud that I just pushed it back. The Wi-Fi was out the whole time. We won't stay here again.

I don't have much more to say other than you get what you pay for. Extended stay America is a great value for a hotel with a kitchen area. The rooms are spacious, yet a bit bland. The beds are clean, but not that comfortable, especially since the pillows are very flat. Honestly that is my biggest recommendation, bring your own pillow and you probably wouldn't regret choosing to stay at extended stay America.

Nothing. The air worked half the time. The shower didn't work. The fridge never closed all the way which led to like warm food. The staff is never ever ever at the desk when you need them. Them today when they installed their new and improved seating this is how they left the room.

Conveniently located. Great laundry facilities. Good pressure on the showers and the water was plenty hot enough for me. Little entertainment when the sun goes down out in the parking lot. Other than that its pretty quiet. Pet friendly. A few permanent residents that live there 365 days a year.

I have been calling for over ten hours to verify my reservations and make sure all is well. Every time I call they pick up the phone and hang it up! If this is the service I will get when I get there, it's going to be a long trip! I will publish another review when I return. Hopefully this review will get better. So far not impressed.

Nothing special, but then again, nothing wrong. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, pillows were weird with not much support. Kitchenette had a stovetop, microwave, full fridge and freezer, sink, and all the necessary cooking utensils. Quiet rooms. I stayed for 2 months and had no issues. The staff at the front desk were great, even greeted me by name every day. Definitely would recommend.

Really like staying here. Cheap clean and you get a kitchen.
