We decided to bring our dog with us and checked in online for 1st floor. But, when we arrived it nothing on the 1st floor was available yet (@ 6:15 pm). We started off with a choice of a room on the second floor. Ok. That would work. But… the sweet girl behind the counter said because we were members, the top floors were nicer. I thought, ok. We took the 4th floor. Dixie didn't like the elevator sadly, so the stairs were our friend. However, the room was NOT the Taj Mahal, that's for sure! red dot stains on the carpet. Plus, a poor doggie in another room beside was whining and barking. My mama heart felt so bad. Some owner left the dog by itself, in their hotel room 😔

It is very clean but I’ve been staying at Hilton properties forever and this one was poorly put together. Not sure if it is because of COVID and lack of staff but stupid things like we booked a room that could hold 4 people and there was 1 towel in it. The beds are too soft. The toilet is child height. There is almost no space to hang up your clothing. Again… stupid little things but things none the less that will ensure that I never book here again considering all the great hotels I’ve stayed at up here. You may personally not care about these things and if that’s the case then the hotel was very quiet and clean so I give it thumbs up for that.

I used to love this hotel to take a load off at a stressful time… this time I paid full weekend price to reserve a room, and here I am laying awake.
The only reason I patron this place is for the hot tub whirlpool. I am going through a very rough spot, and I took the weekend off of work to come and stay, soak my cares and aches away.
When we got to the pool room, the tub whirled… but was NOT hot.
We've been told the maintenance mechanic has "a lot of requests in front of" fixing the hot tub.
Idk what's going to happen at checkout. I shouldn't have to pay for a room I never would have gotten if I'd been aware the tub wouldn't be functioning.
I made it. Known at check in that it was the reason for my stay.
Not looking forward to 11am when I need to fight for my money.

Horrible experience. Reserved a king room only to find out they overbooked and couldn’t give us the room that we reserved. The room we were given was dirty, falling apart, and the beds were horrible. They offered to possibly switch our room but we wouldn’t know until we checked with them around 11am. So now we have to wait around half the day and change our plans. Figured we could at least take the kids to the pool since it says it’s open from 7am-10pm. Wrong again, maintenance decided to clean the pool and shut it down at 8am. So now we have 3 disappointed kids who have to wait around while we figure this room out. When we told them we did not want to stay another night they said that because we booked through a third party web site that we could not be refunded. We don’t travel a lot as it is and this stay just makes us remember why.

I have stayed here many times when flying out of TF Green. Staff is always friendly and efficient. On my last stay I left some jewelry in the room but didn’t realize it until I returned 9 days later (I thought it was in a bag I left in my trunk). I called it was looked into and my jewelry was returned. I cannot say enough about the integrity and follow through of the housekeeping staff.

Room was fine, ride to airport to catch our flight was timely which is why I gave 2 stars; however after a day of traveling when we returned to airport and called for our ride, the desk clerk put us on hold for over 9 minutes. Then the clerk (who I think was the manager) said our ride is on its way. Keep in mind we can see the hotel from the airport pickup spot. After 10 minutes we called back and were told the driver took someone to the Warwick Mall and would be there in about 5 minutes. At this point my husband walked to the hotel and was at our car before the van showed up. So I waived him off and my husband drove up as the van left. This is now ~40 minutes after our flight landed and we had all our luggage. My husband drove to the hotel to lodge a complaint with the manager who had conveniently left for the day. TERRIBLE pick up service when they had the info on our flight arrival. Unacceptable customer service by the manager. Will never stay there again and will steer people away as long as they continue this strategy of not being available when a flight comes in on time.

My husband went to return our rental car and has been stranded at the airport waiting on the shuttle for an hour. He could’ve walked back to the hotel by now. He has called the front desk 3 times and each time they said they were on the way. So I walked down to the lobby and see the orange shuttle van parked out front. I asked why the shuttle had not left to pick up my husband. They told me they did go but they couldn’t find him. During this time, my husband called the hotel a 4th time to ask where the shuttle was. I was standing there and the man at the front desk told my husband the shuttle was leaving now and would be there in 4 minutes. Meanwhile, a large group of people got in the shuttle to be driven to a restaurant. So I don’t know why they told my husband 4 minutes if they weren’t going to be there in 4 minutes due to having to bring a group of people to a restaurant. Also, the hotel could be cleaner. It’s a bit dated. There’s a chip in the toilet seat, which could be replaced. There’s people smoking cigarettes and marijuana on our hallway. We usually like to stay at Hamptons but I don’t think we will be using Hamptons in the future. We can’t wait to leave in the morning and get out of here. I’m just praying the shuttle gets us to our flight on time.

Best breakfast ever! Love the bar in the hotel which had reasonably prices drinks accompanied by chips or cheese and crackers. The room was clean, plenty of towels. A free shuttle will take you to and from anywhere within 5 mile radius! No complaints!

Very clean room. Lovely staff and the breakfast is fantastic. Only complaint would be king size pillows for the king size beds. Very happy with our decision to stay here. Very good and affordable.
