The room was clean & comfortable. And Elizabeth the Breakfast Manager was a cheerful presence. We had an enjoyable hotel experience in Rhode Island.

Great trip the family loved it and I must say the best part was breakfast the food was good but Elizabeth was amazing I’m not sure why every hotel doesn’t have a person like her she made everyone at breakfast feel like we was all family just on how she navigated the room and spoke to everybody she made sure everyone was all set sometimes the things u have in a hotel can never equal to the people you have there.

Right off the highway and very easy to get to. Shuttle service to places.

Very friendly staff. Well maintained clean rooms. Maintenance dept is right on top of things and very courteous. I'm enjoying my stay very much.

The breakfast bar had ants on the breakfast bar where you pick up the food. The hot food was cold. They did not even have coffee lids for coffee.

From the moment we walked in the door the staff at this Holiday inn express was awesome! Cant say enough good about this property!

This is the worst holiday inn Express that I Stayed at I was there for two weeks and had lots of issues I never had to complain about a hotel but this is one. 1 when they clean your room I was missing all the hand towels. The next day I was missing all the wash cloths. 2 Front desk never has change for laundry or to buy a soda if you wanna pay cash. 3 Front desk doesnt know how to check me in with my credit card. 4 cleaning crew is in the hallways talking really loud early morning. 5 they refused late check out for being a rewards member which is a benefit perk. I also called corporate and they refused to work out a solution with them. I will not be coming back to this hotel. I tried checking out early but all the other hotels were booked.

Decided last minute to get a room near the airport for an early am flight. The staff at the front desk (Tyler) was very friendly, upbeat and welcoming. The room was very clean and the beds were wonderful. They shuttle you to nearby restaurants, etc and are very, very efficient and pleasant too. Would definitely stay there again and if you are considering this as a place to stay… don't hesitate!

We checked into our room and thought it looked updated and nice. Then we found the refrigerator didn’t work. Maintenance came and was very nice, determined it needed to be removed and another one put in its place. Well it worked initially then stopped and we discovered the bath didn’t drain. We called guest services and they sent maintenance to the room again. They fixed the drain and said they would be back in 5 minutes with another refrigerator. This was at 4:30 yesterday afternoon. They left the door so it was ajar when they returned “in 5 minutes”. An hour later they had not returned. I called the desk and told them we were going to dinner so they could let themselves in when they came with refrigerator. They never came. In the morning after showering, I noticed something crawling in the bed. They were tiny ants. Upon closer inspection of the room, we realized the room was infested. Reporting this to guest services, we were offered another room, which would not be ready for hours and a nominal discount for the nights stay. That was all the desk person was allowed to offer. Totally not acceptable due to the severe inconvenience of having to pack our belongings, that now have ants in them, put them in a room by the front desk while we waited for a room. Luckily we had something to do for a while so we didn’t have to hang around. I was able to speak to a desk supervisor who offered either points for a free nights stay or a full refund. I opted for the full refund.

The hotel is close to various restraurants of different types, ranging from Mexican to Chinese to American food. Standard rooms are with comfortable beds. Hotel has a small pool with a very relaxing spa. Breakfast is satisfactory, but without bacon. Air conditioner can be quite loud at night. Otherwise, a fantastic hotel. If you are looking for cheap and tasty food nearby, the Jade Dragon is a great place for Chinese food.

We stayed here a year ago and loved it. The staff is great and facility is awesome. I love the great lobby and breakfast room. Elizabeth that works the breakfast is INCREDIBLE! She is so personable and pays attention to everyone and makes them feel special. We did an anniversary party here with 40 guests and had an amazing experience. The food was brought from crowne plaza and was delicious. The staff who assisted was incredible and was such a hard worker. He attended to 40 people by himself! This was an amazing stay and an amazing hotel! We will definitely be back!

Outstanding! This Holiday Inn gives the Sharatons, Hyatt Regency, and other high-class hotels a run for their money. The service was outstanding! Breakfast was closed and the server went out of her way to walk over to me and ask if I wanted something like yogurt or another easily prepared food. I was very happy. Also — the shuttle driver was so nice. He was friendly and talkative. This city must be home to some of the nicest people on earth because I kept getting amazed time and time again.

It was amazing. The place was beautiful. The beds super comfortable. The breakfast was good. If there was one thing it was that their gym didnt even have weights. Other than that I wanna go back.

Ian and Tyler were great at the reception desk. Couldnt have been more helpful. The suites were spacious and tidy. Definitely will return.

It was ok. Continental breakfast is same as every hotel. Nothing out of the ordinary. Staff was super nice. TV programming lackluster compared to other hotels. Clean, A. C. Was good and the handicap bathroom was alright.

The rooms were clean, quiey and well stocked with complimentary items. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They provided a shuttle to and from the airport. The hotel was conveniently placed with easy access to local businesses and highways.

Overall it is a great hotel. Though clean my bathroom could have used a little more attention to details, flickering light in the tub and no shampoo but not a show stopper. The highlight is Elizabeth in the breakfast area. She has a wonderful personality and is so accommodating. Good location and fair price.

The woman that does breakfast in the mornings is the most cheerful and thoughtful staff member I have ever met at any hotel. She is one of the reasons I keep coming back to this property.

Very nice hotel but… I checked in and went directly to my room very clean and spacious but oddly very cold. Didn't have time to address this and had to run right out. Came back late and it was still "meat locker" cold, but now I was exhausted so went to sleep. I complained the next morning only to be told every room had this issue with the heater stuck in a maintenance mode causing it to be in AC mode and no way to turn it off. It has been this way since the day before I checked in yet the staff felt no obligation to inform me at check in. Poor customer service for this type of establishment.

Stayed for the weekend to attend a convention in the area. The staff is amazingly nice and helpful. One outstanding staff member noticed that my coworker and I missed breakfast so she brought us some bagels, cream cheese, cereal and milk. Thank you!

Easy location, right of the highway. The breakfast was good, very attentive too when things needed to be refilled. Staff were very helpful.

At this Holiday Inn all amenities are contained in one main building. I haven't stayed here for a awhile but deliver food here almost daily. My experiences with front desk personnel, staff I've run into and the families and business travelers I've come in contact with have all been pleasant. And about the always included breakfasts, I have no complaints. I would suggest this hotel to anyone I know who asks!

The bed was so comfortable! The service was friendly. The down side would be that the lights in the hotel hot tub area were way too bright. They need to set a better ambiance.

Not too bad for the price. Got upgraded with my status and the suite was nice for the family. Pool wasn't too great as the water was too cold in both the pool and the hot tub. Breakfast was pretty good for being included.

Very nice staff, breakfast bar had good food and was well stocked. Room was very large and had plenty of space. The location was great as well.

I stayed at this location for nearly a month. The staff greet me daily by name. It is so nice to be recognized! Breakfast is always on time and the housekeepers stay on the ball! I had my favorite pillow accidently removed from my room during a normal cleaning. The housekeeping supervisor made sure I was taken care of even while he was on vacation! They replaced my pillow with a new one just like it. The t. V. And refrigerator are pretty tiny for us extended visitors but the staff more than make up for it. Thank you for my stay and thank you for making it right with my pillow!

The Express isn't a 5 star "Hotel" with all the luxury, but I'm giving these 5 stars for it being a nice easy location, Quick, clean one night stay. We had a late arrival & front desk staff were happy to see us. Very easy check-in. All rooms are non-smoking which we like and ours had a "Clean smell" to it. A/C… Heating unit was set pretty cool, but heated up to 71 within 20 min. Beds clean & comfortable. The morning shower had plenty of hot water for us all. One reason we stay is because the breakfast is so convenient and included. The food is cafeteria style with a couple of healthier choices like turkey sausage, veggie white egg omelettes. I love salsa with mine but didn't have that at this location. It's a great 4 star with 5 star staff doing their best.

Simply fantastic. Very nice room and even nice, sleek, modern bathroom. Breakfast is typical for a HIE. Location is sort of a dead zone, but bunch of little pizza joints not to far away.

Facility was clean, staff were professional and helpful. My event went smoothly and as scheduled without unpleasant surprises. That's a win any day in my book.

Very upscale friendly staff breakfast is awesome pool is awesome and hot tub is great after a dip. Beds are super comfortable and pillows are like clouds. Rooms are very cozy and sheek.

Cleaning staff went through my personal belongings everyday and displayed items on the bathroom sink. I have no idea why. Also this hotel is horribly packed being so close to the airport.

The room was spacious, laid out well and very clean. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. It's near the airport but amazingly quiet. I didn't hear a plane or car traffic the entire stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This will be my first choice when staying in Warwick, RI again.

We stayed over night with 3 toddlers. Such a great stay. The pool was nice and warm, rooms spacious and the breakfast was fantastic. Had something for each of the kiddos. The lady hosting breakfast was wonderful. She helped my kiddo get everything they needed.

Great hotel. Helpful desk service. Wonderful basic continental breakfast with smiling staff and wonderful cleaning staff. They folded my dress shirt and arranged my toiletries neatly on a washcloth by the sink. I was impressed!

This Hotel has friendly employees and attentive to detail and caring for there customers. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I did not gave it a 5 star because the pool is always very cool and even giving the "complain" is not fix. Another reason is because little details are very important and I had notice a few… *it can get very noisy at times, *found hair on the little fridge and inside the microwave one time. They are little things that in fact I cleaned up and didn't complain, because I am not that "picky" about little things in life. Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms have enough towels, air conditioner is always in the right temperature and in working conditions and the rooms I had stayed did not had any weird smells. I recommend this Hotel.

Rooms were nice and clean. Always had hot water and fresh towels when I showered. Staff was very friendly and polite. Shuttle service left a lot to be desired. With one driver and a six person van, it could be a long wait until you were able to be picked up from the airport. Overall a pleasant stay.

Seriously nice hotel. This is not your holiday inn from 2002, it's a completely different establishment entirely. The beds are extremely comfortable, the hotel is appointed very well, the free breakfast is solid and the staff is well trained and very professional.

Great location right off the exit. The room was very spacious and was very clean. The hot water run for a long time and the water pressure was perfect.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in most ways. Almost all other holiday Inn expresses in Rhode island range from half decent (Smithfield) to really crappy (Woonsocket). This location looks appealing, both inside and out. It has either been renovated very recently, or the owner actually takes pride in keeping a clean and modern hotel. Every interaction I've had with employees has been positive. Also, the desk clerk automatically upgraded me due to platinum status upon check in (depending on where you stay, it's usual 50:50 that they do this; when they don't, I politely remind them). The only reason I give this hotel 4 stars instead of 5 is because my room didn't have any shower products and it had no body towels (only a couple of hand towels were present). Of course, I didn't realize this until after I got into the shower, so that was a minor inconvenience! Also, this location has an indoor pool and hot tub! I wish they all did.

Awful. Very unprofessional. Dirty. They were not helpful. Don't bother. False information when reserving rooms online. Came into hotel and everything was messed up. I wish I could give a rating below one star.

Stopped in to visit a few friends who were in town. Their lounge area was really fantastic. They were dealing with an overflow of cars and their staff was really fantastic about it. They were running non-stop to try to take care of everyone that was staying there.

The service was wonderful. I was upgraded to a king suite. They have a very reasonably priced park and fly option. I was offered a breakfast bag as I was leaving to catch my flight before breakfast. Great staff. Room was beautiful and clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Absolute joke! Went to check in, @ 5:00 and our reserved room still wasn't ready, female at the front desk was ignorant, beyond rude and extremely unprofessional! Staff provided false information both on the phone and at the front desk regarding reservations! This place is a joke! I have worked in the restaurant and hospitality industry for years, and one thing I've learned is, customer satisfaction is top priority and number one concern! This place of business shouldn't employ those who have no knowledge or concern for customers and there satisfaction, no people skills and no knowledge or honesty and provide false information when reserving rooms. Not once, not twice, but 3 times!

The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because the atmosphere and entertainment. It wasn't kid friendly at all, there was no arcade and the staff was unfriendly and they told my kid he couldn't sit and watch TV in the lounge with his friend past 10, that made no sense because every hotel I have been to before they let kids do that and had no curfew. The good thing about the hotel was that it was clean and comfortable and had good free breakfast.

Evening was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice and cold and the hot tub was nice and hot. The breakfast was really good. The pancake machine was fun! Enjoyed our stay!
