Love the hotel — clean, convenient and a good substitute for high priced Newport hotels.

The hotel rooms themselves are pretty generic, and it’s about time to update the furniture in the public areas. If I was just judging this place on the looks it would definitely not get a five star review. However, the staff more than makes up for any shortcomings in the decor. They’re helpful, friendly, welcoming, and just plain fun to talk to. It takes a lot of effort to put together a team this good, so my hat is off to the manager for taking the time to find the right people. This is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it!

My room was well appointed and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Parking is very easy. While the location isn't very pretty, it's very convenient to the airport. Quick drive to a few parks, beaches, and all the restaurants in Providence! Very good Wi-Fi for a hotel, too.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Great service. Regular shuttle to the Airport. A good restaurant. Very friendly. I got there before check in and the Front Desk agent worked with housekeeping to get me in early.

My hubby booked this hotel for my birthday. I have to say that I was very impressed at the service and cleanliness of the environment. The staff were so nice and very attentive. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed here last night. I would never stay here again. The hotel is next to freeway, and the noise was unbearable. To top that off, their was a very loud music playing in the park nearby. I feel exhausted from lack of sleep. When I complained to the staff at the front desk, I was told yes, they have music festivals going on throughout the summer. So, if you are looking for a good night sleep, do not stay at this hotel B. Young.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff made our early check in a breeze, even though they were booked fully with two weddings and a sports tournament happening on the same day. Parking and building access was easy (just parked right behind the tavern in the back). The room was spacious, and the mattress was very comfortable. The shower was plenty big, and we were very content with the air control in the room. While it was 100 degrees outside, keeping the room a nice temperature was very key to staying comfortable this weekend. Aside from the Iron Works Tavern which is connected to the building, we enjoyed some time at Proclamation Ale Company which is just down the road, no more than 100 yards from the hotel. They have some excellent beer that they brew on premises and had a really fun space to spend some time in. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious. I would definitely go out of my way to stay there again if we are in the area.

Nicest folks in RI. Extremely accommodating and polite. Customer focused from front door to maintenance. Would love to see more local suggestions and cuisines but beer selection was great. Room was cleanly and well-kept. They will definitely be my go-to lodging when I'm in the area.

Very pleasant hotel, clean and comfortable. The car rental place just across the street, with the long skywalk bridge can directly get to airport. Certainly the also offer shuttle to airport. The breakfast is great with quite various choices. It's 15 minutes drive to Providence downtown. Bus or weekdays train available. I will stay here again.

Great hotel with a nice pool and free parking. Breakfast was too expensive for my taste though.

Amazing staff and facilities! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable! Our room and fitness facilities were clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here during any trip to RI and I would most certainly recommend it to others!

I stay here often and I am always pleased. Iron works Restaurant is Really good and is connected to the hotel and that is awesome when its freezing outside.

I liked this hotel a lot. It's a typical Hilton with soft pillows, very clean rooms, and standard amenities. Parking was available in a lot out front or in a garage across the street. I would happily stay here again.

My physical therapy office does aqua therapy in their pool. It's very convenient, the front desk personnel are very nice. There is a hot tub too and handicapped lifts for both the pool and hot tub also two handicapped bathrooms close by.

They were awesome, took great care of us, very clean rooms. They also gave great directions, printed, to the nearest grocery store. Above and beyond is all I can say.

Rooms and hallways were clean and quiet. The staff respected our privacy. Beds were comfortable and clean. Overall a very pleasant stay.

New hotel when I visited this week. The breakfast whilst simple (sausage, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, Chobani Yogurt) was extremely well made. The hashbrowns were buttery and the eggs very fluffy. The rooms were well equipped although considering the suite had the bed and couch on opposite ends I don't know why the TV wasn't placed on a shelf that could be rotated.

Quiet, friendly and convenient. Shuttle service to the airport is fantastic. The ability to leave your car while you are away is a plus also.

The Hilton garden Inn near the Providence Airport has all of the appearances of a decent business hotel. Unfortunately business decisions to hold a restaurant connected to the hotel prevent a bar from being open and any alcohol available at the shop. The restaurant is overpriced like you'd expect an airport restaurant to be and is mediocre. Beds are the worst I've slept on all year in my business travel as well. Other than being clean and very friendly breakfast staff (which is still criminally overcharged at $13 if you are not Hilton gold or above) it's a bad hotel. Plenty of options in the area even for Hilton loyalists.

Stayed here October 7th. The Hotel was pretty good but our bathroom particularly the shower was FULL of a past guest's long black hair. I don't mean 1 or 2, I mean FULL which was more than a little GROSS!

The hotel was great. Nice and clean and the breakfast was good too. Drink prices were a bit high at the ironworks tavern.

Clean, friendly and super convenient to the airport. Great attached bar and restaurant, fitness center, pool, etc. Everything you want in a business trip hotel.

Not too bad. Typical airport hotel, comfortable room, free Wi-Fi and parking. Great facility, restaurants and shopping around. Closed to providence, James town and new port. If you plan to visit all three location, this is great.

We had 2 joining rooms for bridal party today and the staff has gone above and beyond to make us happy. We asked for everything possible and they did it! Thank you so much for making this day amazing.

Its a Hilton Garden, so not a luxury hotel. But it has all the amenities and good value. Very convenient for overnight layovers at PVD airport. Fast shuttle service and newer clean hotel with a pretty wide ranging breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. A five star for it's category.

Very impressed and that is high praise coming from me. The room was clean and well maintained, staff was kind and courteous. The breakfast was great, with made to order omelets, pancakes, etc. They also had gluten free options.

This is a nice place. We held a small conference here, and the staff was uniformly efficient, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, and the onsite restaurant/bar is quite remarkably good.

Very nice hotel. The staff were very nice. The room was clean and well appointed. There was an iron and board and a hair dryer. There is a Kuerig coffee maker in the room too. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was nice. We didn't get a chance to use the pool.

Room was OK but the whole AC system sucks. When it kicks on you freeze, when it shuts off the room gets hot. It has the same AC system as a motel 6.

Helpful front desk, large, clean rooms, and close proximity to the airport. Great if you need a place to rest your head for the night.

Walls a little thin, but the hotel is nice enough. Irons in room fairly worthless. Breakfast staff was phenomenal.

Ok hotel. Typical business hotel. Not the greatest for vacation or luxury special ocassion stay. Asked in advance to have champagne on ice in room with a fruit, cheese & cracker tray as a birthday surprise when we arrived. At check in I asked to make sure it was done & was told that it wasn't done because, "they didn't know what room they were going to put us in, but if I wanted, I could order it from room service. " I said no thank you! It was supposed to be set up for our arrival at 3:00pm. That left a bad feeling right off… Nobody offered to make this right so I was very disappointed and doubt very much that I will return again. The Iron Works Restaurant had good food and drinks. Loved that they had Narragansett on tap and could make a killer French Martini. The Calamari & arugula was delicious & pulled pork bq sliders. This was a definite improvement after our disappointment with the hotel service, location, ambiance, and hard bed!

Room was great, no issues. Very frustrated with parking. Park and Fly vehicles close to hotel so daily customers had to walk from gravel lot far from hotel door. And weather included snow and rain.

Very cool I tested there patients and past with flying colors I would recommend them to anyone thank you guys for making my stay well worth it see you all soon.

We had a great experience on a quick trip to Providence. It is a very convenient location to the airport and the car rental garage. The shuttle was very prompt. The young woman who picked us up late t night was so helpful and nice. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. A very nice experience.

I travel over 200 nights a year. The most important things I look for in a hotel is cleanliness and service. Hands down this hotel is a winner. All their employees go above and beyond to ensure your stay is a memorable one. Their "Service Is Second To None". The property is immaculate at all times. I will go out of my way to stay at this hotel whenever possible. It's as close to feeling like home that you will find at any hotel.
