My husband and I stayed here for a mini 10 Year Anniversary Getaway! it's was fabulous! Marc and Linda were absolutely the best hosts. They were so accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The Inn was so clean, tidy, fresh and had all we needed, plus some. The 3 course breakfast was amazing! The common areas are so inviting and comfortable. The ocean was beautiful and only steps away. This was the best Bed and Breakfast we've stayed at. We definitely recommend this beautiful Inn.

Wonderful time. We felt like we were staying at a friends house. Amazing attention to the smallest details for our comfort. The breakfasts were delicious. I can’t wait to get back and see our new friends.

My husband and I had a lovely first visit here in Lincolnville! The owners were extremely accommodating and friendly. We felt right at home! Our room was adorable and clean. The area had lots to see and do You can’t beat the location right on the water! As an added plus, they had an adorable pup Cooper whom we spotted in their yard We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay!

The Spouter Inn is a wonderful relaxing place to spend time. The owners are very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are extremely clean and relaxing. The breakfast is amazing. We especially loved the rocking chairs on the front porch.

My husband surprised me with a get away for our 25th Anniversary. I didn’t know where we were going until we pulled up to this big, beautiful Inn that had an ocean view. The owners, Marc & Linda, were wonderful. They made a delicious breakfast every morning. This place was so clean and every room had its own bathroom! Our friends also came down and stayed with us that weekend. It was so much fun and I can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I spent New Year's eve at Spouter Inn Bed and Breakfast, with 2 other couples. What a charming place in a great location. Linda and Mark are wonderful, friendly hosts and the rooms each have their own personalities. The rooms are comfortable, clean and welcoming. We look forward to the next New Year and maybe an extra night to explore the nearby quaint New England towns. Bonus is the adorable B n B pooch, Cooper. Another Spouter Inn charmer.

Gorgeous! Well appointed rooms, delicious breakfast, and terrific view. Mark & Linda are attentive and gracious hosts! We stayed for our anniversary, and it was a perfect weekend. We highly recommend!

I have stayed in a dozen Bed and Breakfasts over the last 2 years and this one was an all time family favorite. My family spent a week here, and we would go back again and again. Everything was perfect. My favorite was, well… everything! The husband and wife owners (they make a great team), the food, the location, the immaculately clean house and spacious rooms, the fire pit, the front porch, and even the guests who we met there. It was such a positive experience that our only regret was having to leave to go home. It felt like we were saying goodbye to family. We will definitely be back again soon. We miss you Spouter!

We looked forward to a very thoughtful and quality breakfast each morning. The presentation of our meals were also top notch and worthy of an ad in a popular magazine!
The view from the front porch overlooking the ocean along with Cadillac Mountain off in the distance is so relaxing.
Sitting underneath the lights at the fire pit at night is also so quiet and peaceful.
Linda and Mark will make you feel right at home and this is so much more of a personal experience than a hotel could ever offer you. This was our first BNB experience but it certainly won't be our last! Thanks again for making this such a fun and relaxing time we won't soon forget! Keep doing what you're doing.

This place is amazing. It’s beautiful, well thought out, immaculate, breakfast is perfect, the owners are helpful, kind, and do a phenomenal job. I will be back over and over for sure! I’m the fussiest person ever and I can’t find one thing to complain about, I’d give it 10 stars.

Beautiful attention to detail in everything, lovely hosts, delicious & hearty breakfast’s, comfortable furnishings and so much more! I cant imagine a lovelier, better run B&B anywhere.

We had an amazing time at the Spouter Inn! The house was beautiful and quaint, and the hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. The front door is only 20 steps from the beach and the porch is a great place to sit and watch the sunrise! The breakfast was delicious, and there were multiple restaurants within walking distance for lunch and dinner. We will definitely be returning! :)

Beautifully renovated historic house turned into a superb B&B. Pleasant and helpful host and hostess, excellent and satisfying breakfasts. Rooms are new and very comfortable with fireplaces for chilly nights. Directly accessible by public bus line from Boston; stops right there. Lincolnville is a very small town. But four restaurants with different themes means you have options for dinners, and there's a very good artist cooperative store, all within a short walking distance.

Erin & Don are outstanding hosts. Perfect location in Lincolnville and probably the best kept secret in the area. Rooms were gorgeous, clean with all the amenities you will need. Easy to get to beach (right across street), 5 miles to Camden. Breakfast was gourmet each morning. Order each evening and meal cooked once you hit the table. Thanks Erin and Don!

An amazing, picturesque New England bed and breakfast. Erin and Don were wonderful innkeepers — welcoming, friendly, accommodating and kind. Rooms were pristine and the inn itself was simply beautiful with all of its Maine charm. Breakfast was amazing! Location was great — just across the street from Lincolnville Beach and restaurants. A wonderful night in a beautiful and comfortable bed and breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Coming here feels like stepping into Erin’s and Don’s home. Only eight rooms, the entire old, beautiful house is decorated in New England style, and it’s very homely. Everything super clean and tidy, beautiful garden. Rocking chairs on the porch, more chairs on the lawn, beach right across the property (morning swim in the Atlantic before the breakfast is a nice wake up call! ) Beach chairs and towels are provided. Very, very delicious breakfast is prepared according to your order — decorated w/ wild flowers! Erin and Don are very nice and helpful. This place exceeded everything we could even imagine — and the final bonus is Maya, the Queen of the House (Samoyed dog), who greeted us upon our arrival. ❤️

Wonderful stay at this lovely B&B directly across from the ocean. Watched the island ferry come and go, enjoyed the peaceful rocking chairs on the porch, walked to a delicious dinner. Erin and Don were perfect hosts, friendly, casual and informative while providing lots of private space. Room was clean and comfy but the winning attraction was definitely the 3 course breakfast! Each course delicious and just perfect!

Such a great place to relax! Great beds, rooms, food is amazing, all homemade, owners are so kind and thoughtful. We will definitely go back!

My husband and I and 2 of our children had the most wonderful stay at Spouter Inn! Don and Erin were the most gracious hosts. They went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful.
My daughter has some allergies and Erin was so kind and made sure there was always something for her to eat. She really went out of her way to accommodate her. She didn’t need to do that, but we appreciated it so much! The food and presentation were amazing. Every breakfast was so yummy!
The Inn itself is beautiful! My husband and I had a huge room on the 3rd floor that had an amazing view out over the water. Everything was so clean and well cared for. We had such a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to go back!

Great views and the best breakfast and hosts I've ever had! I cannot recommend this place enough! If you are looking for a majestic Bed and Breakfast getaway in the area, look no further! The only thing more memorable than the panoramic bay views was the food and hospitality! The innkeepers, Don and Erin, are impeccable hosts. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. They had fresh apple sauce from the trees outside and the best crepes I have ever had. The inn itself is astounding! Our room was the perfect blend of historical charm and modern conveniences (the Keurig in room was a great touch! ). If you are visiting the mid-coast, you will not find a better Bed and Breakfast than the Spouter Inn! Can't wait to come back!

Spouter Inn rocks! Rooms were awesome. Place is immaculate. Erin and Don are the best hosts. Woke up to a wonderful breakfast in the sun room soaking up the sun. Highly recommend a get away weekend to the Spouter Inn.
