An adorable 1950's cabin that the owner has updated but still with the 50's decor. Bed was very comfortable, views were awesome. The owner was very friendly. I want my own cabin just like this!

Well-maintained, but not much to maintain. Very rustic and low-tech, which is fine if you're looking for a place to really decompress without anything else getting in the way, but the usual amenities are non-existent: no AC, no TV, usable Wi-Fi only in common area. I was caught off-guard by this, as well as some of the problems with the cabins: doors that don't close all the way, bug issue (understandable in a forest cabin by the sea, though). Attendant/owner is wonderful and very accommodating, but it wasn't my style. Otherwise, cleanliness is good. Good for those who want more of a camping experience than a hotel/motel one.

The motel is a gem. A throw back to the 50's with an album player and many albums to borrow from the common room. Beds and linens are top notch and so comfortable. Exactly what's needed after a long day of vacationing. The owner, Alice, is a very nice and so willing to help with sights too visit, great areas for this it that.

A large crew of us went to the Lincolnville Motel for a birthday. The owner was very cool and accommodating. The vibe was very relaxed and comfortable. The rooms were cute, clean and kitschy. The pool was great and the coffee abundant. We made use of the grills and outdoor space. Definitely will revisit!

Alice is great! We had a blast unplugging for the weekend with our family. The rooms are very clean and the grounds are wonderful.

I have stayed numerous times as I live by locally. Love the area and Alice the owner. She is the best❤️

We loved our stay. Worked remotely from the common area for a few days and enjoyed the pool and tranquil vibe, and wandered around the surrounding towns for walks/hikes and meals. Super attentive & welcoming owner, has everything you might need for a low key, no frills, relaxing time. Impeccably clean and lovingly cared for. Can't wait to come back next summer.

Not for me don't care for place like this.

It was as adorable as it seems online. The sunrise revealed an incredible view, with sunlight highlighting the changing leaves. The vintage fixtures, pops of color, and fresh flowers combine to create a lovely experience. The bed was comfortable, and the Tocca toiletries were a nice touch.

Loved our stay. Enjoyed the pool, ocean views and relaxing atmosphere. The decor was superb and we loved coming back in the afternoon and listening to records before heading to town for dinner. Host was super nice and had great recommendations. Would love to stay again!

My Family traveled up from Boston to attend a family party. My sister stumbled upon the Lincolnville motel website and we felt it would be perfect for us. The words of the weekend for us were "cute" and "adorable", that's all we kept saying about our cabins! I loved the Decour so much I took pictures of my room
so I could use the ideas for my bedroom at home. The owner Allison was very kind and accommodating to all our needs. My family loved hanging out the pool all day long which I might add was extremely clean. I can't say enough about the cabins, we already decided this will be our go to place when we travel back up to Lincolnville to visit family.

Stayed here 2 weeks ago, and it was the most relaxing place of our week vacation to New England. The cabins were simple, yet very much attention to detail. Will definitely be back… the coffee was the best!

Such a wonderful stay. Adorable cabin stay with updated and modern details. Clean, comfy bed and great view. Would love to return and enjoy a fire pit and dip in the pool. Perfect stop on my coastal trip.

The place is calm, free Wi-Fi, decent room and comfortable bed with air conditioning.

When we pulled up to cabin 10 and saw the flower-filled window boxes and bright blue door we knew this was going to be a positive experience. Water views from our bed, plush white linens, bedding and towels … Ahhh! Cottage was clean and cheery. Decorated with whimsical, colorful touches, and little surprises (a vintage record player and Velvet Underground album! ). Check in was quick and easy, amenities include pool, coffee/tea station, reading/game area, sun room, fire pit, outside open spaces. Easy drive to Camden for dining and shopping. Pet friendly, smoke-free. Only suggestion would be hotter water, please.

Hands down the best place to stay in the area. Alice is super helpful with anything you could possibly need and the cabins are cozy and clean. 100% coming back next year.

LOVE this place! Our room was just as it was pictured. Clean, comfortable, roomy. Beautiful view of nature off our shared porch. Just what we needed at a great price, too. Decor in the huge common room was terrificly quirky and colorful. It made us feel right at home immediately. And Alice was so gracious. She recommended the perfect place for breakfast, too. We only stayed one night on our way between Boston and Bar Harbor but would have enjoyed a week right there! So close to Camden with great food and shopping but just far enough away (10 mins at most) to enjoy the peaceful calm that is the Lincolnville Motel. Looking for excuses to go back next year!
