Convenient location off the highway. The hotel shares a parking lot with 2 restaurants (Texas Roadhouse and HuHot) that give a slight discount if you show your room key. All the staff was really friendly.

Springhill Suites are usually pretty nice and this one was no different. The room is spacious and beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean. THE TV ACTUALLY HAS A GUIDE! They had a very good breakfast. The experience was good overall and I had no complaints.

Nice rooms, big and clean, very comfortable stay. Great rates! Nice hot breakfast buffet. Would definitely stop here again.

I stayed here one night when I was stranded in Billings due to a canceled flight. I payed using accumulated Marriott points. The hotel offers an airport shuttle that came pick me up, but didn't run early enough to get me back to the airport for my 5:30 A. M. Flight. Outside of the shuttle situation there wasn't much to complain about. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the staff helpful. There were several dinner places within walking distance.

Room was excellent. 2 beds, couch, good size bathroom and kitchenette. Very comfortable. Pool was on the smaller side but still functional. Same with hot tub. A little too much chlorine, though. Made it a little uncomfortable.

Rooms are nice, though feel lacking in some areas, fridge didn't work well, could've used some basic dishes and it wouldve helped round out the experience, overall not bad and front desk helped with us getting checked in though I put in the wrong date for reservation.

Good location close to shopping and food, about 10 min off the highway. Friendly staff clean rooms. Good for a few nights stay.

Was to stay 3 nights and we only stayed one. Staff was very friendly however the rooms haven’t been updated for quite some time, the options at breakfast were to say the least were lacking, lighting in the rooms were poor (don’t bother putting make-up on), location is not the best (close to a lot of manufacturing companies, freeway and train) so noisy, elevators sounded like they were going to bottom out at any second and there was hair on shower wall.

Reservation was messed up for 2 queen beds. Got moved to a room with a king and couch sleeper. Other than that, decent continental breakfast, good shower, and friendly staff.

The hotel staff was awesome, the room wasn't my favorite. The bad was hard, and the shower was extremely slippery. My 3 year old fell 3 times while in the shower. Luckily there were no injuries.

Great stay quiet rooms and a free booze happy hour great place to stay and unwind.

The rooms were very clean, although the layout was kinda weird. The beds felt comfortable and the location is pretty nice being close to the free way. I didn't have any problems checking in and the overall service was good. We did have to leave pretty early and although their breakfast was not open till 630, they let us go ahead and grab a bite before our trip.

It's a good hotel. The counter staff at check-in was a little less than vivacious.

Super friendly staff, great breakfast choices including fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, ham, cheese, and hot breakfast options as well. Rooms are super clean.

I stayed at this location the last week of September, as I was in town to prepare a rental property for sale. The staff at check-in were kind enough, although unhelpful to other patrons, denying the woman in front of us a late check-out because she had not requested the service in advance and informed the woman that the housekeepers were short-staffed on weekends. We checked in without a reservation and had few hiccups with this process. Our room initially appeared clean …but upon closer inspection there were cigarette burns in the carpet and on the sofa, toenail clippings from a previous guest near the bedside table, the toilet ran constantly unless I lifted the lid and adjusted the float arm, orange mold above the shower and bizarre stains on the blackout curtains (as if someone had sprayed a liquid on them that negated the blackout properties). The next morning I went to the front desk to have one of our key cards reprogrammed because it didn't work the previous night and the staff asked with eagerness if I was checking out. I stated I was not and the immediate rebuttal was to ask when I was checking out. I responded that I'd be checking out the following day. All the while a member of the housekeeping staff stood to the side, waiting for rooms to clean. Upon our return to the room in the early hours of Sunday morning, we entered a room that had not been cleaned and smelled of wet towels.

Very nice Spring Hill. Friendly staff and clean, quiet rooms. Only spent one night from the road so we didn't use the gym or pool this time. It was a really good stay.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed @ Springhill Suites. I have been impressed with both this one and the one in Raleigh, NC. I will not hesitate to use them in the future. The hotels were both very clean, they both have a very friendly staff, and the breakfast was very good.

Friendly and courteous staff, prompt check-in, clean room, delicious breakfast. Their pool was a bit small but that didn't stop my kids from having a blast. I was very satisfied and will stay again.

I stayed at this hotel on July 19, 2017 and realized the next day when I arrived home (in another state) that I had forgotten my personal pillow. I immediately called the hotel and they reportedly located the pillow and described appropriate markings on the pillow. Wes and Diane assured me they would take care of the situation. Diane took my credit card information to charge the shipping cost. I followed up on the 21st and have not been able to reach anybody with decisions making authority. No courtesy of a returned phone call or email is provided by this hotel. It is now August 8th and I still have not been able to speak to a manager, assistant manager for anyone with decision making authority. I've called corporate and they have also been experiencing difficulty in reaching management at this location. In my opinion this seems to be a very poor reflection of leadership at this location and at the corporate level… not at all what I expected from a Marriott chain. UPDATE… Today is August 14, 1017 and I received my personal pillow in the mail! After repeated failed attempts to reach a manager at the hotel, I continued to call corporate and explain the situation. The last call I made to corporate was on August 11, 2017. A knowledgeable male who answered the call paid close attention to the details I was providing him and routed me to an appropriate corporate supervisor (in the Guest Experiences department).

Well furnished room and pleasant staff. Only stayed for a short period of sleep but would not hesitate to stay again. Plus it was nice to get a 10% discount at some local restaurants for staying.

Good clean well maintained property located in the heart of Billings retail area. Friendly customer service oriented staff. I stay there 3-4 times per year and will stay there again.

Nice place to stay right off the freeway. Several restaurants and stores nearby. Large rooms, comfortable beds. Great pool for kids to play in. Good breakfast but needs gluten free options.

The location is perfect balance between the city center and shopping destinations. Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The staff is so friendly and ready to assist with inquiries/requests.

This place is usually a nice place to stay. There is just one staff member that always has this attitude towards us when we stay. Very unwelcoming feeling. Even though we stay kind towards the person and today was one of those stays. Idk if I'll come back.

I just stopped by to drop info off to my boss and the front desk attendant was very nice and welcoming. The rooms looked very modern and inviting. And it even had a roomy sitting area with a lot of sitting space.

Nice hotel. Attentive staff. If I had one issue, it was that the parking area wasn't salted and was essentially a sheet of ice to walk on.

Fantastically friendly staff. Great rooms — double bed, living room/work space separate from sleeping space, bar area with refrigerator and microwave.

Surprisingly nice hotel. Online pics didn't do it justice, much better in person. Rooms are large and clean. Would absolutely stay again.

Day staff are rude and snobs. They do not have military discounts. Good place to stay if your an elitist. Breakfast was boring and bland.

My stay was fine but afterwards I was charged for my room twice and now I can not get anyone to call me back to get my money refunded. You would think that such a nice hotel wouldn't be crooks but I guess you can never judge a book by it's cover.

As a business traveler, I'm always looking for a hotel I can count on to provide me with a clean, comfortable room along with efficient, courteous service. The Springhill Suites at Billings has delivered on my handful of visits there. I look forward to staying there and have been disappointed when they were booked up and I had to stay at another hotel.
