Very nice hotel! Huge nice hot tub. Would definitely recommend!

When I arrived it was late. They wanted a 200 dollar deposit. I'd already checked in through choice hotels. Com. My room was to be 45 plus points I had earned through other stays. I argued a bit with the desk and they brought it down to 100. Anywhere else my deposit is about the charge for the room. They have my card on file if any problems. I had a service dog with me. I asked if I could get help getting to my room. She didn't want to be bothered. It was a Friday night and they were busy. She said there was a handicap ramp in the corner of the building. Not nicely. I had difficulty getting there and left my personal items behind because I could not make a second trip. That was Nov 8. It is Nov 26 and I still do not have my deposit back. The bank is still holding it as a pending and Quality is the one that has to release it. Being a customer of choice and Quality inn I am very upset to be treated this way. I travel a lot. Always use them. First I talked with a young man who was working behind the desk. He just argued with me. I said no one said it would be a week. Then I called it would be 10 days. Then I called. It could take to 14 days. I've talked to a manager by voice mail. It took a while to get a call back that said they would work on it. That was last Thursday. It's now Tues and I still cannot access my money. This trip was an emergency trip for me. They have not helped because I needed the funds to live on when I got to my destination.

If you check in after 8pm they double charge your credit card…? We called the front desk and they said oh yeah you will get the second payment back in 3 to 5 days. Unacceptable. Don’t stay here.

Beautiful room. Very clean. Great hot breakfast cooked to order. Many restaurants in walking distance. Will definitely come back!

Staff is very nice and helpful. Mary who cold your breakfast is a doll. Room was not the cleanest as we had pet hair on the chair and on the carpet. There was also a mystery stain on the side of the bed. But there is ample parking and restaurants nearby.

If you are travelling with a dog don't use the website to make a reservation. Simply call and let them know Fido is coming along. This gets you on a ground floor just next to the pet area outside. Excellent accommodations for you and the furry friend.

My room 127 was the best ever! Everything was great! I love this place! Will stay here again on another trip! AWESOME! The price is not that bad either. A must stay for anyone traveling through Billings Montana.

Looks decent but when you pay for a room the kids get continental breakfast and adults get cooked food. Cooked food is only eggs hashbrowns and sausage. You can pay extra for kids to get it which is not worth it. Better to go to a restaurant. Rooms are clean but need upgrading. They make you pay 200$ deposit on top of regular price. It seems a little shady or ghetto when you check in.

Nice place to stay, large suite like rooms. Very friendly staff and a custom made to order breakfast. The cook and breakfast will keep you coming back. I know I will stay here again when in town.

Seriously? A FREE cooked to order breakfast, a bedtime snack served at 9p. M. Clean comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff. This place is great!

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The free made to serve breakfast in the morning was fantastic. All around great interactions with staff members at this hotel and a great stay on along trip. Thank you!

Nice friendly place to stay, rooms ok, bit tired but fine for a night or two. Just watch out for the rail track behind the hotel, can be noisy in some rooms. Breakfast OK, lovely lady does cooked breakfast for you.

Mold! We stayed in this hotel for one night and we will never stop here again. This place has a serious moisture issues. We had a room on the first floor, it smelled as a wet dog and it feeled very dumpy. In the morning the hotel staff slided our receipt under the door, when I picked it up from the floor it was damp like somebody soaked it in the water. Also, hotel is very outdated, need some renovation. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. Ourighbors have been pretty loud watching TV at midnight. In the morning hotel offers free cooked by order breakfast, nothing special. It's basically reheated frozen processed food which they make you to believe was cooked just for you.

Easy access to the highway, and Billing's business areas. Also, well within the delivery range of the famous Pie Guy's Pizzeria!

Very clean and employees are clean and nice. Very good free breakfast to order or continental breakfast. We will be back. Oh and price was very good for what you get.

They had a horrible parking lot with a lot of snow and ice build up. They need someone to clear that for them better. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The pillows were nice, the bed wasn't the most comfortable, but I'm spoiled to my memory foam mattress. The staff was awesome! Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay! Entire staff was so friendly and made us feel so welcome! Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was above the average continental breakfast! Stayed with our dog and was very convenient with him as well. Would highly recommend staying here!

My kids loved the semi heated pool. Rooms were clean and stocked adequately. Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow. My money went a long way here :) the pool closes late so there is A LOT of noise at night. I hoped someone would ask my neighbors kids to stop running through the halls since it was shaking the entire building but it lasted hours! Good place to stay but definitely not if you're looking for a quiet night.

We had tremendous time staying 1 night with 3 small children at the Quality Inn. Kind service, great slide and pool (if not a bit chilly), kind receptionist, very nice accommodations for the price. Would definitely stay again. — FYI stay does not include complimentary breakfast but we ordered oatmeal and it was decent for the price and quantity. Overnight price vary greatly for the same room based on time of the year ($70-$125). This obviously isn’t unique to the Quality Inn. But we were in the lower to middle of that range.

Really nice hotel. All the amenities you could ask for but the staff is what really makes this place. Everyone is welcoming and helpful.

Got a 1/2 hour for late check out from front desk 20 minutes after the hour as I was in the shower 3 housekeepers were in my room complaining that I haven't even packed up my things. I felt like I was getting kicked out. Very poor hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was really nice. Breakfast was good. Only complaint I have, is the handicap rooms should be more toward the lobby. Weplan on staying again.

Our room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. We were there in November and the price was reasonable. Pluses from my viewpoint were two chairs with space for two people working at computers, a nice pool, food service a trifle better than most hotels in the class, reasonably sized room, and sufficient number of outlets.

Nice place to stay. I enjoyed the friendly staff, the neatly kept property and the delicious breakfast. One thing I didn't like is how they try to sneak the room "safe fee" in $1.50. I asked to have it removed at check in and the following morning the fee was still on my invoice. I understand if I needed a safe, but come on now.

I love this place only reason I have it 4 stars is there is no elevators, my room is amazing staff is amazing. Snow could have been removed from sidewalk faster but did get done.

We always enjoy staying here. But tonight I made a reservation over the phone for my husband who is traveling through Billings and I could not hear the person on the phone half of the time. I had to keep asking her to repeat herself and she told me her headset wasn't working right. Before I ended our conversation she said that I was fading in and out. And she said that after I said I should get a discount because I couldn't hear her most of the time. We will think twice before staying here again!

It's pretty decent. Price is good. Very quiet which is always a plus.

The room was clean and spacious. There was also a safe but no refrigerator. I was on the second floor, however there is no elevator. The staff was friendly and the cooked breakfast was a great way to start another long day of traveling. I would stay here again.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and spacious. After a long day of traveling, it was great to relax and then enjoy a bowl of chili which was delicious and iced tea. In the morning, we enjoyed a hot cooked breakfast of our choice. The only reason that I gave 4 stars is that there was no refrigerator and the pet area could use better lighting. This will be our first choice the next time we stay in Billings.

Checking in the staff were very friendly. They also upgraded my room without me asking for it which was great. They offered me 200 points or a property gift which (water or soda and a snack). The rooms were decent. Some maintenance and updates are needed for sure. The breakfast was good and the dining area large. I wouldn't have any issue staying here again.

This is a very nice place to stay, and the breakfast is wonderful. Clean and well maintained. Nice pool for kids and whirlpool plus sauna. The full breakfast makes this an affordable place for a family of four. Pool hours and check out time lets kid get in a morning swim before leaving. Highly recommend.

Checked in at 10pm. Was treated very nice. Took kids to pool for 30 minutes to play before bed, treated very nice. Needed change for a $5 treated great by staff. Rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable, & homey. Will stay again and would recommend.

I was really nice. Beds were a bit noisy and you could hear neighbors using the bathroom. But other than that a nice place to stay. Maybe can get some use of the hot tub next time.

Good atmosphere with friendly staff, only downside is the small bathroom in the suites. I recommend this hotel if you want to relax in a big hot tub or sit in the sauna. There's even a pool and they have a snack time on top of free breakfast!

It was good other than the high schoolers in the morning they need to pipe down and control themselves so people can sleep.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Always clean rooms and friendly staff. Free breakfast is real food not just bagels and cerial but bacon and eggs.

I have stayed at the quality inn many times and have always had nothing but a great experience. I'm greater by name and always treated like my stay is very important to them. Rooms are very clean and pet friendly with no hidden charges after your stay. Highly recommended.

I usually don't post many reviews however with the experience I had the past two days this place deserves recognition. From the very beginning the staff was kind and accommodating all the way through the visit. The Breakfast was on point, the cook was very friendly and even made special Micky Mouse pancakes for my kids. The best part was the integrity of the staff; I checked out of my room and I forgot an item. The Hotel clearly states they are not responsible for any items left behind, knowing that I didn't have much hope my item would be there. I called about 20 minutes or so later and they had my item so that I could retrieve it. You don't get that level of honesty in the world these days. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here.

I've stayed at this hotel several times, and I've never been disappointed! The rooms are clean, and my kids love the pool. They have a breakfast like no other, with a cook that makes your breakfast to order. Best of all, as avid Pokemon Go players, there were a ridiculous number of Pokemon that spawned while we were there. We even caught a Rapidash! My kids, and we, were thrilled! I know it's silly, but it just made an already fantastic experience even better. Highly recommend staying there!

Decent room at a good price. Didn't have any problems with my stay. The bed was comfy, guy at the counter was helpful. I wouldn't mind staying here again.

Good location, roomus are nice, good service, but were having a small cockroach problem at the time of our visit.

Would have given this hotel better marks as it is a nice place, but I booked the room thru the 1-800 number. I told him we had a pet and I told the night help we had a pet. They charged our room. Then next morning, we went to check out and mentioned how roomy the bed was with our pet. "Oh, you had a pet? They didnt charge you for that. " Then, she proceeds to back charge our cars for an additional 15.00. Not our fault they forgot, we told them twice we had a pet. Wouldnt stay here again.

Great room! Was cheap and almost like a miniature suite! The bed was huge and I loved it. Even had a little office area for me to work in on my fowntime!

The hotel was clean, but very busy. I felt like we were rushed through everything. Staff lacked personality. It wasn't a very cozy place. The one neat thing they had was a duck pond in the back. The kids loved feeding the little ducklings.

Excellent hotel rooms, delicious breakfast (made to order cook in breakfast room), and has everything you need! We used the guest laundry room which was clean and spacious with a table for folding clothes.

Stayed here for a week and loved every day. Staff always greeted us with warm words and the breakfast was top notch. Will stay here again!
